What can we do at the time of death of people who are close to us?

Question: What should we do when a person passes on and transitions? What prayers or rituals can be done to help the soul to be free and to rise? 

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Ukraine in 2019.

I recommend that you do Archangel Michael’s rosary and the decrees to Astrea to cut the soul free from any ties to the astral plane, to its body, to the earth, to relatives and you can also give calls that any attachments that the people who are still living have to the departed person can be cut so that the soul can be free to rise to its next station in life.

There can be some cases where families have such tight bonds that those who are still in embodiment want to hold on to the departed person and it can prevent it from rising. But the reality is that once your body is gone, has made the transition, then the soul of the being needs to rise immediately and move on to prepare for its next lifetime or wherever it is going in between lifetimes. This is what you need to make the calls for, so that the soul will be free to do this.

Give up the dream of creating the ultimate system that can cure everyone

Question: Can the ascended masters tell us in more detail how to recognize which illusion is behind a particular disease. Is there anyone who has brought information to the material world on this matter under your guidance? 

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Ukraine in 2019.

We are working with many different people, in many different nations, who are open to our guidance, even if they do not recognize our existence, and who also have the medical expertise to understand this. They need to have, of course, the open mindedness of recognizing that there is a connection between a particular physical disease and a particular psychological condition. But there is a growing number of people who are open to this and we are seeking to work with many individuals. We are talking hundreds of individuals around the planet.  I do not want to recognize or acknowledge or point out anyone in particular, because you need to seek this out as it appeals to you individually.

You need to use your intuitive faculties and your own knowledge to seek out these teachings and then you need to realize that although there are many of these teachings that are valid, there is not one teaching that is the absolute highest truth, because at the present time, the people who are open to our guidance are only partially open. Most of them have a particular idea, a particular paradigm, as the saying goes, that is their starting point, that is their foundation and in some cases, they believe this is some absolute truth, but it is not. It is just one particular starting point, one particular perspective.

Now, we may still be able to take a person who has this and work with them within the context of their paradigm, their starting point, and give them some valid ideas. But it doesn’t mean that this is the highest possible teaching we could give. We could give that, if we had people who were more open, who are more neutral, so to speak, and not as eager to fit this into a particular system.

Because there is a very old dream, and we have talked about this before, how much of it comes from the fallen beings actually, of creating the ultimate system, the ultimate knowledge where you could create, for example, a clinic, and any person who came through the door would be put through a series of tests and diagnostics and then they would come out in the end with a list of the psychological conditions they needed to resolve in order to overcome a particular disease.

This is not how we envision it. There are many people who dream of this and they are unfortunately, many of these people who are partially open to us, who have a personal ambition of attaining fame, some even fortune by bringing forth this ultimate system of healing that can help everyone. Unfortunately, this ambition often blocks them from being neutral enough to realize that you will never create just one system that works for all people.

There need to be many different systems, there need to be different systems in different parts of the world, different approaches, I should say, rather than systems, because cultures are different. You cannot take a person who has grown up in a modern country and apply, and come up with a system and then take a person who has grown up in Africa, South America and apply the same system. It will not work because once you deal with a psychology, there are so many individual factors that ultimately, you can create only an approach that helps people gain intuitive insights from inside themselves, from their I AM Presences, from the ascended masters.

So the dream of creating this ultimate system that can cure everyone is an impossible dream. It will be constructive for people to give it up because they would then become better tools for us to bring forth what they can bring forth, which could be very valid for a certain group of people. But give up this idea that you can create one thing that works for everyone. Resolving psychological issues is not and can never be reduced to a mechanical process.

The primary reason why you cannot reduce psychology to a mechanical process is that it is not possible to define anything in the psychology as an isolated phenomenon. What science has been attempting to do now for centuries is to use the reductionist approach. You take a certain condition, you reduce it to a very simple cause, one cause creates one phenomenon and this is not the way it works in human psychology, because human psychology is a whole.

You can take a certain disease, and you can say that there is a certain psychological condition that corresponds to the disease, but you cannot then go in and resolve that psychological condition and automatically remove the physical aspect of the disease, because there may be several connected conditions in the psyche that need to be resolved before you can see a physical result. That is why you cannot create one system that will work for all people, because each person, even if two people have the same disease, each person may need to resolve several psychological issues in order to deal with a physical disease and that means they might need more than one system.

Now, I am not trying to discourage people from seeking to develop these connections between the psychology and the physical health. I am just wanting people to realize that this is a complex issue, that will take quite some time to develop to the point where it can replace physical medicine. At some point in a golden age, there will be very little physical medicine, except some surgery. What you today consider medicine will be replaced by this psychological healing, but this will take time because it is a very complex process.

A crossover effect, the role of rational mind

Question: In the ascended masters teaching it states that the dark forces are not able to directly cause people physical harm. Yet there are a lot of documented cases of physical abuse by the dark forces claiming to be reliable. Are these cases complete fiction? How do you explain the phenomenon as poltergeist in which there is an impact on physical objects. We would like to have a better understanding of this issue. 

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Ukraine in 2019.

We have, starting in Maitreya’s book and forward, talked about the fact that there can be certain places on earth where the vibration is so low that there can be what we call a crossover effect between the astral plane and the physical. This is how you can have various phenomena, and these can in some cases also be physical.

Now, what we mean is when we say that the dark forces cannot cause people physical harm is that we are talking about a normal individual who is relatively healthy physically and psychologically. There are, of course, people who are in such a low state of consciousness, or such an agitated state of consciousness, that they can create this crossover effect where the vibration of the physical comes so close to the vibration of the astral that there can be an influence or influx of energy from the astral to the physical. This can cause certain physical harm to the body or other symptoms.

The phenomenon of poltergeists is simply that, again there is a crossover effect. There are even psychological, somewhat scientific studies, where a group of people have gotten together on a regular basis, and they have attempted to create a poltergeist.  And there are some cases where they have been successful in creating knocking sounds on the walls and other such things.

And so, this shows you that there is a certain power of the mind to produce certain phenomena. We are not denying that it is possible to create various phenomena with the power of the mind. But what we are saying is that if you are a normal healthy individual, we do not want you to live in fear that the dark forces can influence you directly in a physical manner. And certainly when you are a student and use the decrees for protection, you do not need to live in this fear. But, of course, as the collective consciousness is raised, there will come a time where it will be more common to have various phenomena that do not have a material explanation. And this will create a certain period where there will be more of a general awareness of this among the population. And unfortunately, this will also cause some people to go into a state of fear that they could be harmed by these phenomena.

You will see, if you go back several centuries, there were many, many places in the world where the population or at least a large majority of the population lived in fear of evil spirits, dark forces, trolls, demons, all kinds of phenomena that most people today say are not real. What happened back then was of course, again, this crossover effect between the physical and the astral, that caused people to have various experiences. So in order to overcome that stage of human evolution, many people needed to go into the rational state of mind, where they would simply deny the reality of these phenomena, and therefore not be vulnerable to them.

As we raised the collective awareness and start going beyond this rational age, we will again have a period where people will have to deal with this. Now, it is our hope that people will deal with it on a more mature level, so they will not go into fear, but be able to recognize that there are realms of energy beyond the material. There are beings in these realms, and they can seek to influence human beings in a not positive way.

So therefore, you need to be aware of this, and know how to protect yourself from it, which you do by raising your consciousness primarily, so that people do not need to go into fear but can acknowledge it is there without fearing it.

This is what you saw in the Middle Ages, that people acknowledged that there were certain phenomena but they were afraid of it and escaped these dark forces and inroads into their consciousness. Therefore, it was necessary to make people think that it wasn’t real, which closed their minds to this inroad. But we need to move to the more mature level where people can realize there is something there, but they have the discernment to not be affected by it. And therefore, they can also recognize that as there are lower forces, there are also higher forces, namely the ascended masters, who can help them in various ways.

And so, again, there will be more of an awareness of this, as you already see in some nations, where people are open to this. And of course, there will be some, but hopefully only a few, who will react with fear and therefore become vulnerable. But the majority of the people will hopefully react in a more mature way and have the discernment to acknowledge the existence of dark forces without being taken over by them, and therefore also acknowledge the existence of the forces of light and therefore build that relationship with us. That means you can look at the dark forces without going into fear.

You should as ascended master students recognize that you have attained a certain mastery that allows you to acknowledge the existence of the fallen beings and other dark forces without going into a state of fear or panic. But you can just acknowledge this, make the calls, look at yourself and see if you are influenced by these forces, and then free yourself from this influence by using the tools and the help that we offer you.

And it is very important that other people come to that point as well. And you can of course, if you feel so, make the calls for specific people that you know, or for people in general to actually overcome the fear that is there still, because I said that in the Middle Ages people had a fear of these forces that they acknowledged, today people have denied the reality of these forces, but they still have a certain subconscious fear that they cannot identify. And the materialists are not able to free them from that fear.

It can only happen by people acknowledging the existence of something but having the discernment to see that while it is there, you can free yourself from it, you can protect yourself from it, you can raise your consciousness to where these forces cannot affect you.

Does the quality of sleep affect the ability to visit the retreats at night?

Question: How does the quality of sleep affect the ability to visit the retreats at night? If I wake up many times at night, and this has been going on since I was a teenager, do I have any chance of getting into the retreat?

 Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Ukraine in 2019.

Well, naturally, the deeper you sleep, the more of a chance that you can leave the physical body behind. The more comfortable you are while you are sleeping, so you do not need to toss and turn because your mattress isn’t right for your body, the better of a chance you have of disconnecting from the body going to the retreats. But going to a retreat means going beyond the time-space continuum as they say. So it isn’t something that necessarily takes hours. You can visit the retreat for what is just minutes of earth time and still have great benefit from it.

But what you need to look at here is why you are waking up. It is natural that as you grow older, you will have to go to the bathroom one or several times during the night. But if you have a different reason for waking up, it can be dark forces, or something in your own psychology that disturbs you and wakes you up. In that case you need to make an effort, first of all, to use the decree to Astrea before you go to sleep to cut you free from dark forces and see what effect that has, but also to uncover what forces might be influencing you, and what is the psychological condition that gives them an inroad into your consciousness.

Question about spiritual initiations in the next years

Question: Starting in 2009 up to this year, each year was under a certain divine aspect.  This year is the seventh ray year. What about next year? Is it going to be the year of the eighth ray, the ray of integration? Will the ascended masters give us a course in the path of self-mastery presenting initiations under the secret rays?

It is important to take one self at a time, come to see it, and let it go

Question: We use the tools given by the ascended masters to heal the birth trauma and to transcend the primal self. At the moment, I see in myself about a dozen separate selves that actively impact on my consciousness. A couple of them may well claim the title of the primal self. Are there any criteria by which I can precisely specify my primal self at my current level of consciousness? Can the ascended masters recommend something for more intensive work with the birth trauma and the primal self? 

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Ukraine in 2019.

You need to recognize here that when we give a teaching, you have to be careful not to take it too literally, with a linear analytical mind. It isn’t so important to classify a self, to name the self. The important thing is to get rid of it, to let it die. So, once you can identify that there is a separate self that causes you to react a certain way, then you need to work on seeing it, seeing the illusion behind it, seeing the problem that it wants you to solve, seeing that it is an impossible problem, deciding that you do not want to solve it, and letting the self die.

There will be times or there will be people who will take the teaching given, they will start working on this, they will come to identify a certain self. And they will think that this is the primal self. But it is a self that was created later. And therefore, they need to work on perhaps several selves before they can come to see the primal self. And so it is possible you can have the impression you have worked on the primal self and dissolved it, but it wasn’t actually what we have called the primal self. But again, it isn’t important to label it, it isn’t important to categorize it and put it in this hierarchy of selves you might call it. The important thing is to take one self at a time, come to see it, and let it go. And then work on the next self.

There is of course also the possibility that you can have selves that were created before the primal self because you brought them with you when you came to the planet. Or if you are one of the original inhabitants of the earth, you had created selves before you encountered the fallen beings.

So what we are really saying is that the primal self is the first time you encountered the fallen beings, and they attempted to destroy you psychologically and spiritually. But you could have selves that were created before then. But again, you just keep working on it. And you will be working on selves as long as you are in physical embodiment. The tools we can recommend:  well of course, we have the book “My Lives”, “Healing Your Spiritual Traumas” and the other three books that follow them.

That is what we offer.  But you can of course also use various tools, books, teachings, techniques developed in the field of psychology. Some of you have benefited from using the teachings about the inner child that have been available for many years and are available in many languages. But there are other psychological tools that you can use, and if you ask for inner direction, use your intuition, then you will be led to them.

And you should feel free, of course, to use any tool that has some appeal to you intuitively, to dissolve some self or some aspect of a self. We are not claiming that you should confine yourself to the teachings we are giving. Whatever you feel prompted to use, whatever can help you, you should use it. Therapy can also be helpful for many of you, especially if you have never done therapy, various kinds of therapy that we have recommended before.

During the conference seek an insight from ascended masters

Question: What is the best way to prepare ourselves for the conference of the ascended masters? What should we do?  Fast or eat a certain food? What invocations, rosaries should we give? How should we use the time during the conference to maximize our advantage for the benefit of spiritual growth? What should we ponder and meditate on, and what food is best to eat? 

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Ukraine in 2019.

Well, the real benefit of coming to a conference is that you are out of your normal daily environment and you have the opportunity for focusing your attention on the ascended masters and seeking to have some personal, intuitive connection with us. In order to prepare yourself for a conference, well, what you specifically should do is an entirely individual matter. I cannot give a general guideline for all of you, because it is so individual. Naturally, we would say, you do not need to fast but you would avoid any kind of heavy foods, any kind of too much sugar, too much heavy meat. Of course, alcohol. Coffee, tea can also be a stimulant that for many people can give them a high and a low. But for other people, they are so used to it that it doesn’t have that big of an influence.

During a conference, again, it is individual according to your psychology. But what you seek is an insight from us that will help you take the next step or the next several steps on your personal path. When I say on your personal path, I mean in the resolution of your psychology, whatever level you are at. I trust that many of you will be ready to recognize that the path we offer, especially through this messenger, is not an outer path, it is an inner path. With that we mean that it is not a matter of eating certain foods, doing certain exercises, doing certain decrees and invocations, and you will automatically get results.

It is a matter of looking at yourself, looking at your psychology, looking at your reactionary patterns, and coming to see something that helps you resolve a pattern, overcome a self, overcome an aspect of the ego, so that you move from one level of consciousness to the next up. This is the advantage of coming to a conference. And so it is really a matter of being open, being willing to receive that insight of basically saying to us in your mind: “Show me what I cannot see.” And then being willing to see it, and being willing to look at it from different angles until you have that awareness of seeing it, and in seeing it, you release it, you let it go, and you are free.

National identity of the people of Belarus

Question: Do Belarusian’s have their own national identity or are they part of some larger identity? And is there any particular Ascended Master patronizing Belarus? 

Answer from the Ascended Master Igor through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Ukraine in 2019.

My beloved, I am the ascended master who is not patronizing the people of Belarus but sponsoring them, helping them to some degree as it is possible for an ascended master to help people who have not yet taken responsibility for themselves. I have taken on this task because I am also a master who has worked with the Russian people who have the same problem of not wanting to take responsibility.

The Belarusian people are part of a larger group as are the Russians and some in Ukraine but not all in Ukraine. They are the group that has sometimes been called the Rus or the Russian people. But this actually goes beyond recorded history. Therefore it is too complex of a topic that we do not want to go into because we would have to give a much, much longer discourse than is possible here.

But the thing is that the people of Belarus also have their own grouping their own national identity, not only since the nation was established after the breakup of the Soviet Union but even going back before then. So it is not so that it is that they are part of one large homogenous group. They have their own identity. That’s why they have their own nation now. That’s why you have an opportunity to move forward as one nation or you have an opportunity to at some point dissolve that nation and become part of something larger.

We have said before that nation states are simply a phase in the evolution of earth. And there will come a point where our nation states will begin to break up, some will merge, some will split. Therefore there will be much more flexibility where people who feel they have something in common will be able to form these larger regions that will not function quite as the nation states you see today. As quite frankly the further you move into Saint Germain’s Golden Age the more nation states will begin to fade away and dissolve and no longer have a significant role. The world map in 100 or 200 years will not have all these national boundaries on it that you see today.

The Holodomor and karma of Ukrainian people

Question: Beloved Mother Mary I want to ask what are the karmic prerequisites for the Holodomor, the great famine of 1932 – 33?  The famine that was artificially created by the Stalin regime which took up to 6 million lives of Ukrainians who lived on the most fertile lands of Europe. For Ukrainians the Holodomor is a very painful topic and during the existence of the Soviet Union it was forbidden to even mention it. Is it possible that the universal mirror returned to Ukrainians their karma for the so called People’s Liberation Movement under the leadership of Bohdan Khmelnytsky in 1648 against the Poles, Catholics and Jews when many innocent people suffered?

What I would like to offer is that all Ukrainians who would truly give their pain to me I will take it from them if they are willing to release it. Releasing it means that you also release the anger against those who precipitated this and your desire for revenge or to see them punished. You need to forgive because it is the only way you can let go of the pain. This is my offer to all who might hear or read this answer. Or if you who are the students of the ascended masters would want to organize some kind of event or write an invocation to me that people can give for consuming this in the collective consciousness as well.

Now the question is: “Was this a direct karmic return?” Here we need to be very careful. Because there is of course a tendency for people to think that when you understand karma, something can happen, something bad can happen to you in this lifetime only if you have done something bad to someone else in a past lifetime. This is not actually the case. The reason for this is of course free will. You need to recognize that the situation you describe, the Holodomor is not a direct karmic consequence of this.

There are some karmic situations on some of the people who live in what is now Ukraine. But this goes far, far back beyond recorded history. But you need to recognize that as we have said before, there is not a direct one on one relationship between something bad happening to you in this lifetime and something bad you did to others in a past lifetime. It is more at the level of consciousness. It isn’t a matter of saying this terrible thing happened to the Ukrainian people – they must therefore have done something terrible in a past lifetime. The reality is that you have a very complex situation in the collective consciousness of this a certain group of Ukrainians or rather people who lived on the land that is now Ukraine.

Then you had a very complex situation in some of the people who lived in Stalin’s Russia and of course in the leadership of Stalin’s Russia including Stalin himself. So it was this interplay of consciousness that created the foundation on the energetic level that brought about the physical event. But the physical event of the Holodomor was far more severe than anything that has happened in the past of the Ukrainian people. This is unfortunately what often happens when the fallen beings take a situation and inflate it.

If you look at another situation, you could look at the Holocaust and say: “Did the Jews ever murder so many people in their past?”  You can see that in recorded history, even though they committed something very similar to genocide according to some of the books of the Bible it was not nearly at that scale. So you understand that what I’m saying is that the Ukrainian people had a certain vulnerability because in their consciousness there was as both Archangel Michael and I talked about, this willingness to solve problems with violent means instead of peaceful means.

This made them vulnerable to this action by Stalin and his government. But the fallen beings behind Stalin inflated the situation so that what actually happened on the physical was far worse than this karmic vulnerability. This is what they will often do simply to create chaos and suffering and steal people’s energy.

Now you will also see that on the part of Stalin there was some agenda which was to demonstrate to all citizens of the Soviet Union that they could not resist his machine. It was basically like the famous TV series Star Trek where there are those whose motto is “resistance is futile.”And that was the message that Stalin was projecting out to all people who were at the time or would become later part of the Soviet Union Warsaw Pact – “resistance is futile”because you will simply be killed.

So you need to be very, very careful here. Because on the one hand, I do not want the Ukrainian people to say: “Oh, we were innocent, Stalin was the bad guy, we did not deserve this.” On the other hand, I do not want you to feel guilty and say: “We must have done something bad in order to deserve this.” You need to recognize that there was a vulnerability in the consciousness, in the attitude because we can say that it is not impossible for the fallen beings to violate people who are completely innocent. But it is relatively rare that that happens. It is much more common, that when people are violated it is because they have the propensity in their consciousness to respond with violence, to seek to solve problems or conflicts with violence.

In other words if they had had a similar power they might also have used very drastic, violent means to solve what they saw as the problem. This is what you need to look at. This is what you need to work on in the Ukrainian collective consciousness. Once you remove that you will see that the whole nation will make such a leap forward that most people could barely accept it today.

Question about Belarus

Question: What would the masters from their ascended perspective say, about the state of affairs in Belarus, and what would be the most favorable direction of its development? And what can the masters say about the presidency of Lukashenko, his personality, and the prospect of a change in the country?

Answer from the Ascended Master Saint Germain through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Ukraine in 2019.

There are many similarities between Belarus and Ukraine, in a sense that there has been a need to move away from the Soviet mindset and in to a more open mindset that is more devoted to freedom. Ukraine, the people in Ukraine, are further along in this development which is why they do not have as dictatorial of a government as you have in Belarus.

As we have said before, any government is a reflection of the collective consciousness of the people. There is a tendency that if people get a dictatorial form of government, it is because they are not willing to take responsibility for their own situation. Now, obviously, we understand very well, that people who have grown up in the Soviet Union, or any other dictatorship for that matter, had to adapt to this by simply putting out the fire of freedom in their hearts, because they have realized that this is not going to allow them to survive. And so we are no way blaming these people, we understand that they have grown up in a very difficult situation. But still, we need people to recognize that there is a connection between the consciousness of the people and the kind of leaders that they have.

You need to recognize that after the breakup of the Soviet Union, there was a shock in the collective consciousness of all nations who have been part of the Soviet Union or the Warsaw Pact. If you could see what we could see from the ascended perspective, you could see that there was this great, great shock that was going through the collective consciousness, waves of this energy, a fear-based energy.

Because during Soviet times, most people knew their station in life. They knew that: “This is my job and if I do the absolute minimum required by my job, they will pay me, I will be able to live in this apartment and I will have a secure life.” Now, it seemed like this was taken away and the people reacted to this in different ways.

And so the question was, if you look at an individual nation, could a majority of the people see this as an opportunity? Or did they see it as a threat, something that caused them fear? You will see, and the nations that have made the most progress since the breakup of the Soviet Union, that there are more people who saw it as an opportunity.

In the nations that have made less progress, such as Belarus and some of the other former Soviet Republics, more people saw it as a threat. They preferred, as we have said before, a known misery to an uncertain opportunity. Of course, we recognize that in Belarus you have a special situation because you have a president who, quite frankly, even though you didn’t ask about it, is a fallen being in embodiment, who has created a campaign against entrepreneurship.

It is, of course, entrepreneurship in the other countries that has transformed their economy, and made it better, given people a better life. By having such an active campaign against this, he is actually making it very difficult for the economy to grow, which he does not care about because he wants to maintain his power. But it also means that there is this self-reinforcing effect where most people are afraid to take an initiative and those souls who are ready to take an initiative will choose to be incarnated in some other nation, many of them. It is a very difficult situation to overcome and that is why we can only encourage a certain amount of patience. Because you cannot expect, as an ascended master student, that a few students in a country can make the calls and then there will be an instantaneous effect.

You need to look at this in a more long-term perspective and not be discouraged. Continue to make the calls, by all means, call for a change in a collective consciousness so that people wake up, take more responsibility and think about: “Do we want to continue to live in a nation like this or do we not?” Because the first step is that a majority of the people come to that point of decision, where they decide: “I no longer want to live with this kind of government, in this kind of a repressive country,” and then change will begin to happen. I can assure you that most dictators, will feel it at some level, when there is that shift in the collective consciousness. They will realize that they need to allow certain reforms. This was even what Gorbachev felt when he started talking about glasnost and perestroika and sought to reform the Soviet Union.

You need to make the calls and hold the vision for this to happen. It may only take a few years, it may also take longer depending on the people’s willingness to actually make that decision. I am not saying that they need to go on the barricades and start fighting that government. I am only saying they need to come to the point in their own minds, where they make that decision.

Question about the new president of Ukraine

Question: Is the new president of Ukraine an open door for the ascended masters? Is he sponsored by the ascended masters? How can we effectively provide our assistance to the president of Ukraine? And through what kinds of spiritual services? And what prospects does Ukraine have in preserving its integrity, statehood, and ending the war and its economic development? 

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Ukraine in 2019.

As I have already said, we are seeing the new president as potential for being an open door for us and we do sponsor him to some degree. But we want you to realize that saying that we sponsor someone does not mean that everything that person does or says comes from the ascended masters or is approved by us. Because sponsorship does not mean that he is like a marionette, a puppet on a string. But it means that he has some ability to tune into us, although he does not realize where this comes from, he is not consciously aware of our presence, of course, but he has some intuitive abilities. He also has that sense of practical realism of what it takes to actually move forward and move the nation forward.

First of all, you need to recognize here, as we have also said in our dictations, that the way forward for Ukraine is through dialogue instead of confrontation. And it is very important to make all people in Ukraine feel that they are being heard. I know there are some that you will not be likely to satisfy because their definition of being heard is that everybody else does what they want. And unless everybody else does what they want, they will not feel that they are being heard or represented.

If you look at the situation of the president, in a country like Ukraine with the different groupings that are there, is it possible that he can make all of them feel that he is representing them? And the answer is simply no, it isn’t possible. That is why he needs to go for attempting to get the majority to agree with the changes.

But in terms of the situation in the East, which, of course, is the biggest problem right now, it is entirely possible that he has the ability to engage them in an open dialogue. You need to recognize that there are people in the East who feel that they feel, I’m not saying it’s a reality, but they feel that they have gotten more understanding and respect from Putin than they have from their own president. This, of course, is not a reality, because what interaction have they had with Putin and how do they really know how he looks at them? As we have said, they are just chess pieces in his game.

But nevertheless, the reason they feel this way is that they did not get any understanding and attention from the previous president. This president has the potential to engage them in a dialogue and you can make the calls for this. I am not saying that it will be successful because these people are very set in their mindset. It can also, just as with the ones on the right, be difficult to engage them and make them feel that they are being heard.

But nevertheless, it is important to make an attempt to solve the situation with diplomatic means so that, whatever happens, there will be a diplomatic way to bring changes about, instead of having to fight to the bitter end, as some people in the western part of Ukraine are willing to do, even though they have no idea what the bitter end really means and how bitter it will be.

Question: Question about the vigil 500. Sometimes it’s very difficult to find information about the upcoming vigil till the very last moment. And are there any last Sunday of the month without vigils?

No, there isn’t. And you can always look at that page on my website, the Transcendence Toolbox website. And you can always assume that if there isn’t any new information, you just do the same as for the last month because sometimes I don’t get it updated, because it’s the same vigil we’re doing again.

Do not use the outer analytical mind to compare different teachings

Question: Some people have activated Merkaba’s: expanded light bodies. When you the ascended masters work through these people, do you have a wider range? Can you give some insight in the difference from the earth if people activate their light bodies, and what ascended masters and angels can do with these energy fields?

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Holland in 2019.

Well, yesterday, we talked about the impact of words, and I gave the advice that you are free to study all kinds of teachings, whether the previous ascended master dispensations or other teachings that are given today. And if they give you an experience that helps you shift your perspective, raise your awareness, then that is good. But, do not use the outer analytical mind to try and compare different teachings and do a point by point comparison to find out how they exactly parallel.

What we are giving in our teachings is that you have certain energetic bodies that we have called the four lower bodies. And you can purify those four lower bodies, and the more you purify them, the more the light can stream through from your real light body, your I AM Presence.

The more you remove the filters, the blockages in your four lower bodies, the more you can come in contact with what we call your Causal body, which is all of the positive experiences that your I Am Presence has had, since you first descended into embodiment on earth, or on a natural planet.

Again, we don’t really want to do these point by point comparisons. Because there are many, many teachings out there that use different wordings, different concepts, because they are based on a particular tradition. And it’s not our aim to create this mindset that the ascended masters teachings is the only true one or is the highest one that therefore should replace all other teachings on the planet.

This is not our goal at all. We simply put out a teaching, we let those who find that the teaching resonates with them, use it however they can see to use it. And if they need to use other teachings, and as well, then that is perfectly fine. But we don’t intend to create some kind of mapping between our teachings and every other spiritual teaching on the planet.

How do invocations work on a psychological level?

Question: How do invocations work on a psychological level? You’ve talked before about invoking higher energy and how its waves interact with low energy. But can you explain how invocations work psychologically? Does for example, repeating the words while focusing on them cause the meaning behind the words to penetrate our subconscious minds causing change at a deeper level, or does something else happen? 

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Holland in 2019.

Well, in previous dispensations, we were primarily focused on decrease because that was the need of the time, especially for the collective consciousness. The decrees invoke energy in a very concentrated way. But it just invokes energy. So the question is, what do people do with it? And we saw students who were so focused on giving decrees the they didn’t work on their psychology. That’s why I originally developed the rosaries that became what we now call invocations, where you have a combination of the decrees that invoke light, and the statements in between that seek to change the way you look at things.

And so yes, it is so that if you are open, and if you focus on the words, and don’t just repeat them mechanically, then it can have this effect that these statements in the invocations will challenge some kind of self that you have. And it will challenge the belief behind that self. And this then can gradually lead you to a point where you become able to see the self, see the belief, see the illusion—separate yourself from it. This was something we develop before we felt we were ready to give the teachings on the separate selves, but it’s still helped people work on these separate cells and the beliefs behind them.

Now, when it comes to when you are giving invocations for World conditions, these statements, because you are in embodiment, you are projecting them into the collective consciousness. And they may challenge the illusions that many people have, not everybody, because some will be too close minded. But those who are the open minded people, they will suddenly feel some kind of, we might call it a disturbance in their minds. And if they are willing, then after some time, they can cycle through to the conscious level. And suddenly they see an illusion. It’s like we have described that suddenly people wake up and see something that couldn’t see before. And now they say: “Oh, this is so obvious. Why didn’t we see that long ago?

Are there other things that happen when you give invocations?” Well, yes, there are of course, in the sense that all human beings are connected. Instead of saying that we are all one, as the previous question talked about, I prefer to say that all human beings are connected. Because that implies that when you give an invocation, you can have an effect on the collective by pulling up on it. In other words, you are raising your individual consciousness. And without having to actually aggressively do something about other people’s consciousness, you are still raising the collective, because you are part of it. So you are pulling up on it.

And you can say, Well, what effect does that have when I am one person, and there are 7 billion other people on the planet? But it does have an effect. And the more people do it, the more of an effect that will be. And again, look at history, how has change happened? How did democracies come to be? Because some people had raised their awareness, and it pulled up on the collective to that breaking point where now it was possible to actually create a democratic nation. And it’s the same with every other positive change seen throughout history. It starts with some individuals who raise their consciousness, and then gradually, it reaches that critical mass, where now it has an effect at the collective level, even at the physical level.

The purpose of oceans on earth

Question: What is the purpose of such large oceans on this planet, when there could be so much more land mass for more life streams to embody? 

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Holland in 2019.

Well, the actual physical characteristics of the planet are the result of some very, very complex conditions and equations, that definitely relate to the collective consciousness. Part of the equation is, of course, that water is associated with the emotional body. And you can see that there have been periods even in known history, where the water level has been lower, at least in certain regions. And there are settlements that are now submerged under the ocean.

The size of the oceans right now, the amount of water on the planet has some correlation with the disharmony in the emotional body of the planet, the collective emotional body. But the actual conditions are so complex that they really cannot be described in a linear way. We have over the years seen many, many students who find a spiritual teaching, and then they use the linear mind to want to understand all aspects of the teaching. But there are many conditions that are so complex, that they cannot actually be described in a way that the linear mind can grasp because the linear mind has a linear relationship between cause and effect. It wants to be able to say: “Well, here is a particular phenomenon. It must have an effect that can explain exactly why the phenomenon is the way it is.

This is the Newtonian world view of the world as a large machine, where if you know the present conditions, you can predict how the machine will change in the future, because there’s a one on one relationship between cause and effect. But when you step up to an understanding of consciousness, you realize that consciousness is not a linear phenomenon. And so, when you look at anything on earth, any phenomenon on earth, materialistic science wants to believe that a materialistic phenomenon only has a materialistic cause, and there is a one on one relationship between cause and effect.

But as we have explained, both here in this conference, and previously, everything is affected by consciousness. Consciousness comes before the physical manifestation. And consciousness is not a linear phenomenon. Therefore, there isn’t always a clearly linear relationship between cause and effect, you cannot take a particular condition like the size of the oceans, and map this to one particular effect, it is a result of a multitude of different causes and consciousness that simply cannot be explained in a linear way. And this, incidentally, is a teaching you can apply to many, many aspects of life, even many aspects of the spiritual path. Where you see so many times that spiritual students take the linear mind and project that spiritual phenomenon spiritual conditions, or the conditions in the ascended realm should have some linear cause or it should be possible to describe them in a way that the linear mind can grasp. But it simply isn’t.

You could even say that there’s a certain level where the linear mind runs up against its own limitations, and it simply breaks down the linear cause-effect relationship breaks down. And you now need to go to a more, which we might call intuitive or spherical understanding, in order to grasp that higher awareness. You see some spiritual students who remain stuck in a linear mind for an entire lifetime. And these are, for example, students that have accepted a past dispensation of the ascended masters and now they use a linear mind to say that anything that goes beyond contradicts what was said in that dispensation cannot be right, and therefore this cannot come from the ascended masters.

And you see of course, the same thing in many other spiritual movements in political movements, philosophies, and universities and all kinds of other places.

Is there anything behind God’s consciousness?

Question: Is there anything behind God’s consciousness? 

Answer from the Ascended Master Jesus through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Holland in 2019.

No, because God’s consciousness is omnipresent. So how can there be a front and behind? This concept is localized, and it has meaning in the time space universe. But when you reach God Consciousness, it has no meaning any longer. Now, you could say from a certain other perspective, that there is a Creator who created your creation. And is there a higher level of consciousness than that Creator? And yes, there is, as we talked about, some years ago, there was a state we call the Allness that is so different from what you have in your world of form, that we really can’t even in a meaningful way put words on it. You could express it that way, that there is growth there, there is even a certain growth at the level of the Creator Consciousness, because the Creator grows by creating. It’s important not to think of this in terms of these spatial concepts that you have here.

We could say that everything we have given you so far on the Creator and the Creator Consciousness (and we have given you a relatively little), and the reason we have given you so little is that when you get to the Creator Consciousness, you really run into the limitation of words. There are no words that can be used on a planet like Earth that really describe the Creator Consciousness. And almost any words we give people as can be seen by many of the religions of the past, can be and will be misinterpreted and misused. The best way to grasp the Creator Consciousness is to have an experience of the Creator Consciousness. And that is across what the spiritual path can lead you towards.

How to prioritize spiritual tools

Question: Related to the dictation by the Divine Director where he talked about giving decrees and invocations out of love—I love giving invocations, but still only have so many hours. How do I prioritize between my daily needs for protection decrees to Archangel Michael and Astrea to seal myself on the astral plane. The course of Self-Mastery books from the Chohans, which I’m currently in, the new book starting with Healing Your Spiritual Traumas, World invocations, how do I prioritize for a steady growth without overdoing it?

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Holland in 2019.

Well, that could be said to be the central challenge for ascended master students. We are well aware of the fact that we have given you so many teachings and tools that it is overwhelming. But as the Great Divine director said, none of you are meant to focus on all of it, or do all of it. So you do what you can do within the practical parameters of your daily lives.

We have in past dispensation, seen how people became very eager to, for example, give decrees, and they would set aside their daily lives, or rearrange their daily lives around this, often to the point where they would neglect certain practical aspects of their daily lives. And, it’s perfectly correct that any spiritual teaching or tool can be used as a form of escapism, where you have certain conditions in your daily life that you don’t want to deal with. And now you have the perfect excuse by saying: “Well, I have to decree so therefore I can’t deal with this issue.” And this is not what we’re asking you to do, of course. You each have to find your own personal balance. And you can see here that you are each an individual—you come from a certain background, you have a certain psychology. I cannot give you a general answer for how all of you should approach the path. You need to tune into that yourselves individually. That is, in fact your responsibility.

You need to recognize that everything we have given is given for people at a particular station of the path, at a particular state of consciousness, and they are not necessarily given for everybody. The “My Lives” book is primarily given for avatars, although the original inhabitants of the earth can also benefit from reading it, because there are many things they can learn from it. But that is certainly one book that we feel it is important to look at and important to therefore also move on to the other books: the workbooks that are based on it, so you can start working on to these separate selves, and hopefully come to some awareness of your primal self. Because when you can start working on, and even resolve that primal self, everything becomes so much easier. You can say that the rest is merely cleanup work. But it’s almost like once the dam of the primal self has broken, then it becomes much easier to flush out the rest of the water that was piled up behind the dam.

But again, I don’t want to say that all of you should do this, you need to tune in individually. And, quite frankly, we are not asking you to overdo it. And that’s why we have given this measure. If you can do it with love, do it. If it becomes a strain, then don’t force yourself to do it. Now on the other hand, it is also necessary to say that many people have certain momentums, certain energy accumulations in for example, the emotional body, and it’s holding you back. But there is a certain resistance in you from the ego or the dweller or whatever you want to call it towards breaking free of it.

What I’m saying here can also be used as an excuse by the ego for why you shouldn’t give enough decrees to break through. You need to be sensitive, as many of you have actually already done. You find the teachings, you become very eager to give decrees and invocations. And you just do this in a very concentrated manner for some time. And the reason is that you sense that there’s some momentum, you need to break free off. And it will take a concentrated effort. And it will go much faster. If you continue that concentrated effort until you break through, rather than you do it for a while, then you slack off, and any energy starts accumulating again. And now you almost have to start over again. So instead of going on this seesaw, it’s easier to keep the momentum going until you breakthrough.

But again, of course, you cannot then decide this is what I’m going to do for the rest of my life. This messenger spent years being very concentrated, giving decrees. But it came a point where he realized that the decrees had almost become an excuse for not working on his psychology and he needed to focus more on that. It didn’t mean he stopped completely. But he found a different level and a different approach. So you need to be sensitive through the cycles that you go through. And many of you will experience that when you first find the path, you need to make a concentrated effort to break free of something. And once you do, you can then be a little more relaxed about it.

The concept of Oneness and duality consciousness

Question: Why is there so much talk about fallen beings? Are we not all one? Why should we divide people and focus on the bad guys, the small power elite if we are all one and all part of God? So they must be us, a part of us, and we are not different from them. That is if we focus on oneness and not on duality. Everything is God, if nothing is outside of God.

Answer from the Ascended Master Jesus through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Holland in 2019.

Well, there are many people in the New Age movement who hold these kind of views. And if you go to an overall perspective, yes, then everything is One. But if you recognize free will, then you recognize that self-aware beings with free will have the potential to go into what we have called the duality consciousness or the consciousness of separation. And when you go into this state of consciousness, you cannot experience or accept Oneness. So therefore telling people that: ‘Oh, we are all one and you should just feel oneness’, really doesn’t help people in that state of consciousness.

The other thing is, of course, that the fallen beings are not like everybody else on the planet. This is what we have attempted to describe many times, including in this conference. They are different because they have used their free will to get themselves in a state of consciousness, where they see themselves (as the Great Divine director expressed yesterday), they see themselves as being fundamentally different from other people.

As the Great Divine director said, He’s not saying they are, but that they see themselves that way. And the reason why we give these teachings on the fallen beings is that they have had a tremendous impact on earth. And through their worldview, that they are in a separate category and better than other people and that they have a right to manipulate and override the free will of other people. They have created tremendous amounts of division on Earth, they have created layers of divisions between people. But what they have more than anything attempted to do is to divide people from their I AM Presences, their Higher Selves and the Ascended Realm. And quite frankly, on a planet like earth, you cannot free yourself from this divisive influence, unless you realize that, number one, it is there. You realize where it came from, what is the consciousness behind it.

There are many, many new age people who pick up some kind of idea, that may be a true idea from a certain viewpoint. But they don’t recognize that they are not at the point where they can actually fully accept and implement the concept of oneness. Because they have many divisive beliefs, and energy patterns and momentums from past lives and separate selves in their four lower bodies. So they can create this romantic view that everything is One and all you need to do is focus on Oneness. But what they are actually doing is creating a separate self.

Now in some people, this separate self can become so strong because it was created lifetimes ago, in a different setting, that it can override or suppress some of the other selves. And therefore these people can go around, as you see in some spiritual movements, where you have these people who are very controlled, speak very softly, move in a controlled manner, and always seems to be harmonious and cool, calm and collected. And you see this in many spiritual movements, where people take on this certain outer aura. But what happens to many of these people is that after having done this for a certain time, they experience some kind of burnout.

And you saw, for example, in a previous ascended master dispensation where many people had created an outer self that said that this is how they should walk the path, they should do all of these things that you stopped doing many other things. And it was a strain for them to maintain it. So when the guru became ill, and was no longer there, some of these people flipped, and now suddenly started doing all of the things they had felt they couldn’t do, while they were supposed to be good chelas. And they went into a very hedonistic-almost lifestyle, of doing all the things that they felt they had sacrificed before.

You can also see some people who managed to maintain that overlay for an entire lifetime. But the result is that they don’t grow. Because they are not resolving any of these elements in their subconscious minds, their four lower bodies.

From a certain sense, we can say: ‘Yes, we are all One’. And we have said before that there are some people on the planet, they don’t need to focus on fallen beings, they just need to focus on themselves and their own growth. But there are many, many people, many more people, who can benefit from realizing there is something called fallen beings, and they have a deliberate intent to create division. And only when you see this intent and see how they are trying to create division, can you free yourself from these many, many layers of illusions they have created.

There is, in other words, to use the words I used 2000 years ago, a prince of this world who is seeking with everything he can think of, to keep you in this world. And quite frankly, any idea that’s out there, can be used to keep you in this world, including the idea that we are all One. You can see by just looking at the world and all of the conflict that’s in the world and looking at people in the fanatical mindset, that, from a deeper level, you are all One, but certainly not from a superficial level here on Earth.

If you all One, why is there so much division and conflict? And so what often happens is that people who believe in this, ‘We are all One’, have isolated themselves from the rest of the world. They live in some kind of protected environment where they are never challenged. They don’t go out there and try to talk to somebody who’s in a fanatical mindset, because if they did, they would realize, well, we may be all One, but we certainly don’t experience ourselves as being all One. And why don’t you? Because of all these divisive factors created by the fallen beings. How are you going to overcome the division? Unless you become aware of the cause of the problem? How can you cure pneumonia if you don’t know there are certain bacteria that infect your lungs? Knowledge is power. Ignorance is not bliss, even though some people think it is bliss.

The Polish documentary ‘Tell No One’ about pedophilia in the Catholic Church in Poland

Question: Could the Masters comment on pedophilia scandal in Poland and the Polish journalist’s documentary ‘Tell No One’, about pedophilia in the Catholic Church in Poland. Has it had any impact on the collective consciousness of the Polish people in terms of freeing the people from the state of being hypnotized by church positions in our culture and tradition?

Kim: OK. So, the background for this is that Poland is a very, very Catholic country. Probably the most Catholic country, definitely in Europe, maybe in the world. The church has a very, very strong position. And up until just this year, there has been some awareness that there was a pedophilia problem in the church, but it’s never really been exposed. And then this independent journalist, who couldn’t get any funding from state media, he did crowdfunding and he made this documentary about the pedophilia problem, and even talk to certain priests who had had done these things. And it has had over 20 million views I think, on YouTube, and it’s really created a stir in Poland. So that’s the practical background for it.

Yes, it has had a tremendous impact in the collective consciousness. Now there are of course, people who are in such a state of fanaticism, to use the word that is the theme for this conference, about the Catholic Church, that they could just go into denial. Anything that comes up about the church, that questions the church in any way, they consider it a criticism of the church, and they have decided in their minds that no criticism of the church could ever be valid, because the church has to be the perfect institution. Because otherwise, how could they be saved when they have come to believe that their salvation depends on the church. Therefore, they go into denial about it. And there are, of course, many such people in Poland for whom the documentary hasn’t really shifted their perspective.

But this isn’t really a problem in the sense that, these are not the people, the closed-minded people are not the people who change a country. The people who change a nation are the people who are open. And there are many, many people who either were open before or have become open after seeing this documentary. And they have suddenly realized that there is a real problem.

Now you can look at this and say: “Why did it take so long? Why didn’t they realize this a long time ago, when it has been realized in other countries?” But every country has its own collective consciousness, and it needs to go through its own process before people are ready to have that shift. And definitely there has been a shift. The question is, of course always, that you can pull people out of their normal, everyday awareness. This is something you see on the spiritual path as well. You can pull people out of their normal everyday awareness and give them an experience, that there is something more. But then when they go back into their normal, everyday awareness, how do they then interpret the experience? Do they use the experience to raise their normal state of consciousness? Or do they, as Peter did with Jesus, use their present level of consciousness to force the experience to fit into their worldview. There’s always the potential that even though there is an exposure like this, many people will initially be open to it. And then as time goes by, they will find ways to explain it away or say it’s not really such a big problem, it’s not really so important. But still, it’s clear that if you look at what happened in the United States, Australia, Ireland, and now Poland, there has been a shift, and it may take a certain time, before it really has the full impact in terms of changing the church or the church’s position in society.

But it’s clear that all of the Polish people cannot go back to the way it was before. And therefore there will be progress. And it is not so that you should look for an immediate change. But you should realize that this is the start of a process that will take time and will go through several stages. But this documentary was the turning point for Poland. As in some cases, other documentaries have been in other nations. There always comes that turning point where the change becomes irreversible. And this has definitely happened in Poland.

Sex and transfer of energetic patterns between people

Question: Can cancer be transferred from person to person through sexual intercourse, as a certain program in higher bodies, in a latent state that becomes manifest when certain conditions are fulfilled?

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Holland in 2019.

Well, my beloved, I’m reluctant to answer the question because I don’t want you to go around fearing things. You know, or perhaps you don’t realize, that when bacteria were discovered, many, many people went through a period that lasted almost a generation of being incredibly afraid of bacteria. Because this was some hidden danger that they couldn’t see. And before they knew about it, they couldn’t really fear it, even though they observed that people got sick. But after they knew that there these small little things that could invade their bodies and kill them, there was a tremendous fear of this. And some people still have it. Some people have it to a degree, where they can’t even function in their daily lives.

In a sense, you could say that, whether it’s through sexual intercourse, or some other close relationship, there can be a certain transfer of certain energetic patterns or matrices from the emotional, mental and identity bodies between people. But as a spiritual student, this is not something you need to worry too much about if you are using spiritual protection, if you are walking the path of seeking to overcome your selves. Because you cannot take something in from another person, unless there is something in you that makes you accept it.

You could look at yourself and look at how do you feel about your relationship with other people. What you are supposed to do. If you have a strong sense that you always need to feel sympathy or empathy with others and always be so sensitive to other people, then you know you’re more likely to take in something. It might not be cancer, it can be an emotional pattern, or you can take on their burdens or their energies. And this, of course, is not what you are meant to do on the spiritual path.

You have to recognize here that why are you a spiritual student? Because you are more sensitive than the average person. You are sensitive to the spiritual energies. But you can’t be sensitive to the higher energies without also having a certain sensitivity to lower energies. And you need to come to a point where you realize and decide that you have a right to live on this planet, without taking on other people’s energy.

And therefore you need to be very discerning about your sensitivity, so that you do not allow your sensitivity to become an opening whereby other people can, so to speak, dump their negative energy on you. And so the answer is, yes. Does it happen often? No, it doesn’t. And therefore, if you take certain precautions, then you don’t need to worry about it. In other words, I don’t want to create some kind of phobia in spiritual students, where they are now going around being afraid of taking on something from other people.

How can fallen beings grow and ascend?

Question: If the fallen beings do not receive a light from above and do not have a tie with their I Am Presence how can they grow to ascend? How many fallen beings were able to do this and to ascend, if a person is a fallen being but then turned to the light, is he or she is he or she not a fallen being anymore? Can you show examples of such beings who have turned back to the light?

Answer from the Ascended Master Jesus through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Holland in 2019.

Well, not in in terms of people who are known in human history but in previous spheres, many fallen beings have indeed, turned back to the light, as you say, started the spiritual path and have ascended. There were also those who in previous spheres were confronted with the need to change and instead of falling, they accepted the need to change and follow the path.

You need to recognize here that we have said that whatever experiences you have here on earth, however negative or traumatic, they are for you, your I Am Presence still manages to learn positive lessons. Well the same actually applies for fallen beings, at least to some degree.

So, this means that if you take a being that has, perhaps fallen through several spheres and had many, many experiences, there are still certain positive lessons that the I Am Presence has learned from this and when the fallen beings then turns around and starts walking the path, it will gradually grow to a point where it can start applying or building upon the positive lessons in its I Am Presence, which means it can more quickly free itself from the fallen state of consciousness than if it did not have those experiences to lean upon.

Now, how can a falling being turn to the light? Well, basically the way that human beings turn around as a result of the school of hard knocks. That being comes to a point where has had enough of those kind of experiences of always struggling and being in the fallen and consciousness, it starts to realize that the fallen consciousness is a prison that is very, very unpleasant, very, very restricted. And when it develops that motivation to change, it cannot pull itself up from the fallen state. But if it is willing to ask for help from the ascended realm, then it will receive that help and then through that help, it can gradually rise above the fallen state to the point where it can begin to walk the path.

There comes a point where you could say that now the the being is firmly anchored on the upward path and therefore it is not a fallen being anymore because the definition of a fallen being is a person who refuses to walk the path of self-transcendence. When exactly that happens, I do not want to give a particular definition of it. It is to some degree individual but there does come a point where you can say that, that being is no longer a fallen being. Of course, it still has much unresolved psychology, many separate selves, much karma to balance and so forth, but it is not a fallen being because it is now willing to transcend itself.

The failure of a scientific project can actually advance human knowledge and raise awareness

Question: The National Institute for Subatomic Physics has plans to build an underground telescope in the south of the Netherlands, to research the real matter of which our universe is made. I would like to participate as Project Coordinator for the construction of this. Is this is a project that can be successful? Can this project be successful? Can I contribute to this?

Well, first of all, we do not give personal advice, you need to make your personal decision based on your inner guidance, your inner your intuition and your sense of what is right for you in your life according to your divine plan. But in terms of the project, what do you mean when you say, a project can be successful?

If you look at the people who are planning the project and what they hope to accomplish, they may have a specific definition of what would make the project successful, but I may have a completely different definition, because my definition is not to prove certain theories that human beings have created.

My definition is to advance human understanding to raise understanding and a project like this and many other research projects can very well be successful in raising understanding, giving scientists and humanity a new understanding. Sometimes, there will be scientists who plan a research project, they define what would be successful, and according to their definition, the project fails.

But according to my definition, the failure of a project can actually advance human knowledge and raise awareness and therefore, that is also a success. There are many research projects currently going on that really can only be successful through their failure, because they help point out some of the blind alleys of the materialistic approach and the need to reach for another paradigm.

Question about narcissists, sociopaths and psychopaths

Question: The term narcissist, sociopath and psychopaths refer to a particular set of personality disorders that many people seem to be more consciously aware of today. Can the masters comment on how these disorders develop in certain individuals, why they are so dangerous for anyone dealing with them and how we can protect ourselves from them?

Well, we have already given various teachings on this both in terms of fanaticism, but also in a previous answer. But what I will say is that these kind of what you call “disorders”, it’s very, very important that psychologists and psychiatrists and other people concerned about mental health become a more aware of these concepts and that they develop their understanding of them. Because it can really bring forth a new awareness of what we have talked about with fallen beings, where without knowing the term fallen beings, understanding where they come from, they can at least identify that they are certain people that have a different approach, that do not have empathy, that do not care about the consequences for others.

Therefore, you can see how this can help people who are victims of such people, identify what’s going on see that there’s a problem and free themselves from it on a personal level. It can help society come to a point where they realize we cannot have a democracy, if we allow people with these personality disorders, to gain any kind of prominent position in society. How they develop is as we have talked about, it can be through a trauma that causes beings to be completely focused on themselves and of course, when the fallen beings fell, they became completely self-focused.

But there are as we said, also avatars who can become very focused on themselves and therefore gradually over several lifetimes become so self -focused that they fit these categories that are now being used. These categories that you have now are not necessarily the final understanding of the psychological conditions. It will be refined over time, other categories will emerge because it is not possible to give a static definition of anything in the psyche. It needs to be an ongoing process, where you gradually reach for deeper and deeper understanding.

If you don’t have enough of the experiences that the self gives you, you cannot let it go

Question: It was said that you can consciously reject separate selves when you see them, but they may still remain in the subconscious mind, and the masters will not be able to take them from you, if you cling to them subconsciously. How can one work with the subconscious mind to make it release those separate selves, so that can be taken? How can I stop my subconscious mind from projecting imperfect images?

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Holland in 2019.

Well, I would prefer to say that let go of the idea of the subconscious mind as having some kind of life of its own. What has a life of its own, is the separate selves. They might reside in the subconscious mind. It is not the subconscious mind that is projecting images into your conscious mind, it is the separate selves.

What can happen is that you can come to a point where you see a certain separate self and you see some of the consequences of that self, but you may not be willing to look at the self and get rid of the self. This may be partly because the self gives you a certain type of experience and you have not had enough of that experience.

So therefore, you are ignoring the self or pushing it into the subconscious, so you do not have to look at it all the time. This can happen to people, and in that case, you simply have to then say, “Well, you have not had enough of the experiences that the self gives you, so why worry about the self? Why try to get rid of it? have that experience until you’ve had enough of it”

In order to get rid of a separate self, you have to not only see the self and see what it’s doing, you have to come to see the belief or the decision that created the separate self. You have to see the limitations of it, how it is limiting you, how it is out of touch with reality, how it is based on a limited perspective and illusion. And when you see that illusion, that belief behind the separate self, that’s when you spontaneously let it go. You don’t need to decide with the outer mind to let it go. You just feel how your perspective changes, and you are releasing that self.

Well, of course, you can say that there can be separate selves in your subconscious mind that are projecting images into your conscious mind. In many cases, that can also be openings in your emotional and mental body through which dark forces are projecting images into your conscious mind. The best way to deal with that, then is to invoke the protection of Archangel Michael, and call for Astrea to cut you free from any ties to these dark forces. This can give you a temporary relief, but of course what created the opening in the first place was the separate self, so until you get rid of that separate self you can not really be totally free of this.

Again, there are many, many people in the world, not necessarily spiritual people, but even some spiritual people, who have a certain separate self that gives them a certain experience and they are not willing to let go of it. This creates an opening, whereby the dark forces can project images into their minds but you cannot do anything about that unless you become willing to let go of the self.

There is no division in the ascended realm

Question: When it was decided to let fallen beings embody on earth, and then perform a rescue mission, were there any spiritual beings that did not support it? What is the perspective of Alpha and Omega? in other words, was this intervention necessary by the law of God and His will? Or was it a local experiment by beings at a certain level of consciousness, who may not infallibly represent the vision of the rest of the universe? 

 

Answer from the Ascended Master Jesus through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Holland in 2019.

Well, the question is asked, from the human perspective, where you are so used to seeing divisions. And you are used to thinking in terms of a hierarchy, where there can be different levels that can be separated. But you need to recognize or at least attempt to consider that the situation is fundamentally different in the ascended realm. You could say that, yes, the decision to allow fallen beings to embody on earth was made by the Elohim, the archangels and the ascended masters working with earth. But the very idea that we could make a decision that was out of alignment with the perspective or the desires of the consciousness of Alpha and Omega, is simply impossible. There is not the possibility of that kind of division in the ascended realm. 

It is not necessarily so that we had a committee on earth that was contemplating allowing fallen beings to embody here and we send an emissary to the Central Sun to ask Alpha and Omega, what they thought about this. Because what we did was, tune in to the entire hierarchy above us and by doing this, we knew exactly what is the intent and the principles and the ideas of that hierarchy and therefore we knew what was within the realm of possibility for a planet like Earth. 

The earth was not the first be planet were fallen beings were allowed to embody, this has happened before and so you see that in the Ascended realm, there is a fundamentally different kind of connection and oneness. We are not sitting here around earth, being completely separated from Alpha and Omega and therefore able to make decisions that are out of alignment with them. 

We are seeing ourselves as part of the whole hierarchy, the whole stream of consciousness that comes from the creator through Alpha and Omega to this entire undescended sphere. The idea that we could do something that was outside of that stream of consciousness simply does not apply to the Ascended realm. Theoretically, you could say that we could do this, but then we would fall into embodiment and no longer be ascended masters. Well of course, since we have ascended, after being in a duality, consciousness, that just isn’t a realistic possibility.

What is the purpose of sleep?

Question: What is the purpose of sleep, we know the human body, if deprived of sleep, goes into decline and eventually dies. But that only explains the dangers of not getting enough sleep. What is its purpose? And was it part of the Elohim’s original design for this planet? 

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Holland in 2019.

Well, as you point out, the purpose of sleep is survival because the body needs it. But nevertheless, you can also go deeper in understanding of this, it was not part of the Elohim’s original design, because on a natural planet, you do not need to sleep. That is partly because you do not have a body that is as dense as the physical bodies you have on Earth, the physical bodies are more dense, and therefore they need that rest.

But sleep also has a spiritual aspect. Because when you sleep, you get an escape from the conscious mind. And given the stress factors on Earth, there are many, many people who actually need that escape from the conscious mind for some hours every night, or they would literally go insane. And you will see even yourselves as spiritual people, that you can also get caught up in a certain state of mind, in a certain sense of frustration. And if it was allowed to continue 24 hours a day, seven days a week, it could escalate to a point where it became a self-reinforcing spiral that was hard to get out of. It is important to get that break. 

There is, of course, also the in the importance of sleep that when your outer mind is neutralized, you can in your finer bodies or the conscious you can travel to the etheric realm where the ascended masters have various retreats, where you can study and learn, receive directions and healing. And therefore, further your spiritual progress while you are asleep. 

Many of you will have experienced that you wake up with a certain insight or understanding that you didn’t have before you went to sleep and that you weren’t necessarily thinking about the day before. This is an example of how you actually carry in your conscious awareness, some awareness of what you learned at the spiritual retreats during night.

The flow from your I AM Presence and free will

Question: When I am in the flow, everything in and around me seems timed and guided, but not by me. First, everything I hear becomes sacred in timing. Then, my words are just coming through without me thinking about what I am saying. And with information I never have spoken about in this way. And finally, even my physical body is literally moved by something else than me. Everything is clearly taken care of, and I feel more myself than before. But there is this feeling of having to give up control and handing it over. This can feel like giving up making decisions and some freedom, I can always decide to resist what I am guided to do, but is it so that we have to give up free will in the end? 

Answer from the Ascended Master Jesus through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Holland in 2019.

I generally, my beloved, love subtle questions that have these kind of deeper perspectives. Do you have to give up free will to be connected to your I AM Presence? Well, that depends on where your free will is centered. Is it centered in the Conscious You, or is it centered in a separate self? In other words, we have talked about the ego as a conglomerate of separate selves. And to the ego, being connected, being in the flow, will seem like it has to give up its free will.

But the ego’s will is not actually free. What we could say here is that the ego or a particular separate self can have a feeling that it has free will. That is why you could say that even fallen beings think they have free will. While in reality, they do not have a will that is free. They have will, but it is not free. The ego thinks that free will means that you can do anything you want without worrying about the consequences—certainly without worrying about the consequences that it has for others—you should be able to do whatever you want, without facing the consequences, otherwise your will is not truly free. That is how the ego feels, that is what the fallen beings feel. That is what the fallen beings will even claim and have in many cases proclaimed that you only gain free will by rebelling against God, as certain fallen beings have said. You realize that the ego, of course, and the separate self can never be in the flow.

You as the Conscious You can be in the flow, when you go into that neutral state of mind. We have also called it pure awareness, but perhaps a better term is to say, you go into a neutral state of mind, because you are not acting through a separate self, you’re not even perceiving through a separate self, you are not acting through these wounds and opinions of the separate selves. And that is when you will feel you are in the flow. And what are you in the flow of? The flow from your I AM Presence, what we have called the River of Life.

But you see, to the Conscious You, when you are in that neutral state of mind, you are not giving up your free will. You are actually claiming true freedom of will. Because you are realizing that you are one with the I AM Presence and therefore, the will of the I AM Presence is not an external will. So how can you give up your will, in order to be in the flow? You choose to be in the flow because you experience that life gives you a richer experience. And that the outer things work out better. You cannot force yourself to be in the flow. But if you still have remnants of the ego and separate selves, they will feel that you are forcing yourself, you’re giving up your free will, their version of free will, in order to be in the flow.

That is why I said: “I can of my own self do nothing. It is the father within me that is doing the work.” I did not have and could not give the concept of the I AM Presence back then. I used other words, but it is the same meaning. I also many times felt I was in the flow. And was lead from situation to situation that somehow magically opened up. And I was not making decisions with the outer mind because I was just in that neutral state of mind. And when I was in a certain situation, I was not evaluating and analyzing, thinking about consequences of different decisions, there was just a spontaneous course of action came to me—a vision, a sense, this is what I will do.

And then I accepted that whatever was the consequence of this was what was meant to happen. And therefore, I could stay in the flow. There were times where I lost the flow and got frustrated, as you will also see in the scriptures. But there were many more times than what you see in the scriptures. There were even many more times than what you see in the “My Lives” book. But nevertheless, there were also many, many times where I was in the flow, and was totally at peace with following that inner direction that came to me and just made it obvious. This is what I will do, not what I should do, not worrying about consequences. This is what I’m doing.

Question about biodiversity and bees

Question: There is a lot about biodiversity and the position of bees and the disappearing of insects worldwide nowadays. Could you comment on what we can do to support biodiversity, and also what direction beekeeping should take?

Well, biodiversity is a subtle concept, because many of the animal species you see on the planet today, are expressions of a lower form of consciousness. And as the collective consciousness is raised, some species will become extinct. Because humankind transcends that consciousness.

On the one hand, you cannot necessarily go into the mindset that you have to support the greatest possible biodiversity. In terms of bees, then bees are not an insect species that will become or is meant to become extinct in the near future, because they serve across an important function.

So, therefore, if you feel prompted to do so you can certainly make the calls on this. And in terms of beekeeping, well, it is important to maintain an adequate population of bees to do the job they are doing. And therefore, that is really the main direction is that it needs to continue so that the bees can fulfill the function until at some future time that can actually be transcended, and the bees are no longer needed to pollinate.

Question about the sevenfold flame in the head

Question: In previous ascended masters teachings, the I AM teachings, as well as mentioning the threefold flame in the heart, they also mentioned the sevenfold flame in the head. This dispensation has not talked about this, is there any benefit to us knowing and applying teachings on the sevenfold flame in the head?

Again, if you feel a personal inner prompting to study these teachings, then do so. If you don’t feel that, then just focus on the teaching that appeals to you, whatever that is. We have not got into it here. And we didn’t mention it in the Summit Lighthouse either.  Because we have given other teachings that we feel are more important or easier for people to apply.

What is black magic?

Question: What is an example of an avatar using black magic? If I visualize a protective bubble over an area of land, in an effort to protect it from weather conditions, say a hurricane, for example, is this black magic? And then I say, I don’t have proof this works, I just think it might.

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Holland in 2019.

Well, what I generally recommend is that, whatever you do, you always have a certain openness in your mind, to adjust whatever you are doing according to the vision of Christ, so that you do not superimpose your current outer understanding upon something. Now you could say that, what we have said about the fanatical mindset, that when you go into adopting a certain view of how you think the world should work, and you are then projecting that view on to the world. That is the simplest definition of black magic.

Because as we have said, the state of the world as it is today, is not what was created by the Elohim. The Earth has been taken down to a much lower level. Matter is more dense, there is suffering, there is shortages of all kinds of things. And this wasn’t in the original design. So this has been created by humankind, because people have adopted the state of duality, a state of lack. And they have then created images of how they think the world works based on that consciousness of lack. And they have projected that on the world, and therefore the cosmic mirror has mirrored this back to them and the physical conditions have out-pictured what is in people’s consciousness. And this is the broadest definition of black magic.

That is why we need you to realize that you have at any moment until you ascend a certain limited view, because you have a limited perspective through the physical body. And that’s why it is wise to never actually insist that things have to be a certain way but always have that openness, that your vision is adjusted based on the mind of Christ. As this messenger realized some time ago, that he really had no fixed absolute opinions or no fixed absolute knowledge, because he realized that anything he knew and understood today could be expanded upon tomorrow, and he could gain a higher understanding. And that is why it is so important to not think you have the absolute understanding of life, or an opinion that is absolute or epically important.

Now there are of course, many other forms of black magic that are more and more severe. But that I feel is beyond the question. There are if you talk about avatars who have used black magic, there is the story of an Eastern sage named Milarepa, who was actually seduced by a fallen being who was a black magician into applying black magic, and then realized his error, and gradually rose above it to the point where he could ascend. So that is, by no means the only example from Earth. But I do not find it necessary to give more examples at the present.
