Does the quality of sleep affect the ability to visit the retreats at night?

Question: How does the quality of sleep affect the ability to visit the retreats at night? If I wake up many times at night, and this has been going on since I was a teenager, do I have any chance of getting into the retreat?

Well, naturally, the deeper you sleep, the more of a chance that you can leave the physical body behind. The more comfortable you are while you are sleeping, so you do not need to toss and turn because your mattress isn’t right for your body, the better of a chance you have of disconnecting from the body going to the retreats. But going to a retreat means going beyond the time-space continuum as they say. So it isn’t something that necessarily takes hours. You can visit the retreat for what is just minutes of earth time and still have great benefit from it.

But what you need to look at here is why you are waking up. It is natural that as you grow older, you will have to go to the bathroom one or several times during the night. But if you have a different reason for waking up, it can be dark forces, or something in your own psychology that disturbs you and wakes you up. In that case you need to make an effort, first of all, to use the decree to Astrea before you go to sleep to cut you free from dark forces and see what effect that has, but also to uncover what forces might be influencing you, and what is the psychological condition that gives them an inroad into your consciousness.
