How to deal with Covid vaccine

Question: The COVID vaccine is going to be introduced to the world very soon. How should we deal with the situation? And how can we prevent the possible ill effects of the vaccine?

Answer from Kim Michaels given during the 2020 Webinar – Increasing Your Christ Discernment.

You need to choose for yourself whether you want to do it. I think it’s an individual choice is really the answer to it. You need to look at the situation in your country and how the vaccine was developed, and how confident you feel that it has been tested sufficiently.

I can comment on how I would look at this. Personally, I don’t like having anything spayed into my body. So, unless I felt it was absolutely necessary to get a vaccine, I wouldn’t do it.

I live in in Denmark, where there hasn’t been any talk about making it mandatory. I don’t think they’re considering this. While there may have been a debate about it, but I don’t think it’s ever been really serious that they would do this. I would say that, given that I’m not in a particular risk group, I wouldn’t do it as I see it right now. But if the situation changed, and there was more of a risk of getting the disease, then I might do it. You know, because I would feel that if it was approved by the Danish health authorities, I would feel confident enough that it had been tested and therefore it would be safe enough to do it. That’s how I would look at it right now. I’m not saying I would never take the vaccine—that would depend on what it was. But I will say that if I was a doctor or nurse who worked in the hospital, then I would do it just simply to avoid the risk of contracting the disease.

The muslim countries and secular democracy

Question: There is no caliphate anymore. But the institution lasted 1300 years and Islam had a golden age. Will a return to the caliphate help Muslims more?

Well, the short answer is no. The caliphate was a form of dictatorship. You can see also that some will claim that during the Roman Empire, that Rome had a golden age. You can see other situations or examples from history where a dictator brought a civilization into what has been called a golden age.

But we are in the modern times now. And the challenge for all nations is to move into a democratic form of government. This is the only thing that will ultimately help the Muslim countries. In order to fully do this, they will need to create secular democracies that are not dictated to by Islamic fundamentalists, or other religious authorities. You simply cannot create a fully functioning democracy if it is dominated by one particular religion.

How to deal with physical violence

Question: I’m a bit confused about how to deal with physical violence when we encounter it. You once mentioned it is not enough to give decrees and invocations etc. There must also be a physical attempt to stop the violence. In the book from Lady Master Nada, she mentions that we make severe karma when we intervene and stop someone from being violent as we go against the free will of that lifestream. To me though, trying to protect a child, for example, from being physically abused, seems the right thing to do. Could you please elaborate on this?

Well, you need to go and study Nada’s teaching more carefully, because you will see that it was given in a specific context and it cannot be applied in general ways as the linear mind wants to do.

Now it is clear that if you see a child being abused, you need to take appropriate actions to stop the abuse. But this does not mean of course, that you use violence to stop the abuse. This was the deeper meaning of turn the other cheek. But you can of course, involve the appropriate authorities when you see violence and abuse. By making them aware of this and then allowing them to take whatever action they deem necessary you have fulfilled your responsibility in the situation.

Children and positive affirmations

Question: I don’t know if I misunderstood the answer about the positive affirmations given earlier. But I make my daughter say positive affirmation such as: “She is a child of God, she is one with God, she is a spiritual being, God loves her” and others, unconditionally. Will that create some separate selves in her?

Answer from Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2020 Webinar – Increasing Your Christ Discernment.

Well, I will answer this because if you look at the answer again, you will see that if you do it in a forceful way, it will create separate selves. It is very individual, how your daughter is, how it functions. If this is something that is being forced, then it can certainly develop a separate self. You also need to consider the age of children because I have seen in the Summit Lighthouse how some parents got almost obsessed about developing their children’s highest potential even in the womb, and also when they were babies, and I think that in some cases, they actually stressed the children, and it became too much for them. You have to sometimes, you know, let children be children and let them play because that’s part of childhood as well.

What can I do to have better eating habits?

Question: I feel happy and satisfied only when I eat unhealthy foods. When I eat healthy, I feel like something is missing that I am not full. What can I do to have better eating habits?

Well, the answer is partly in the question: “What can I do to have better eating habits?” For many people eating is a habit. There is a certain habit that you have formed, perhaps since childhood, perhaps even over lifetimes. You can form the habit where even at the physical level—at the level of your body, your body only feels satisfied when it gets the kind of foods that it is used to. Because your body has adjusted to a certain type of food and digesting that food and taking nutrition from that food, so the body can feel that it has not gotten enough nutrients, when it doesn’t get the food it is used to.

Now obviously, you do need to look at general guidelines for what foods contain the nutrients that your body needs. I am not saying that you should eat foods that do not contain enough nutrition.

Eating is a very individual matter. Some people need, for example, more protein than others. And they cannot fulfill that by being vegetarians, for example. The question is, “What is your definition of healthy food? What is your definition of unhealthy food?” This is something you need to look at.

Then you need to consider that you have two things that are going on in the world concerning diet and nutrition.

You have these collective entities that have been built that cause people to introduce eating habits of eating certain types of food. You will find them locally around the world where certain countries, they eat certain foods, and people have a habit of eating this kind of food.

Then the other tendency you see in the world is that there is—as a result of a growing awareness of everything, including nutrition—there are all of these nutrition gurus that spring up. Many of them have an ambition of making money or becoming famous and they launch these sometimes elaborate theories about a better way to eat. In some cases, they may have some points. But the fact of the matter is that you cannot create one single theory about nutrition that fits all people. You need to somehow tune into your individual body.

The tendency that you see in the world, and you see it among many spiritual people, is that you come across some kind of system or idea about nutrition, you decide with your outer mind, or perhaps you even feel some intuitive prompting that this is what you should follow. But then you become very strict and rigid in following it. And this is where you do as we have said before, you attempt to use an idea to force it upon your physical body. This has caused many spiritual people to start eating a certain diet that simply does not fulfill the nutritional needs of their bodies.

For example, many, many spiritual people have forced themselves to become vegetarians, or even vegans, when their bodies simply cannot get enough nutrition from this kind of diet. Not only protein but often also minerals. You need to consider: is my body actually signaling to me, that the foods that I think I should be eating are not fulfilling its needs.

You also need to consider that if you have a habit of eating what is clearly according to normal standards, unhealthy foods, such as junk food, then your body can have built this habit of feeling that unless it gets a certain amount of carbohydrates, for example, or fatty foods or fried foods, it just is not full, it does not feel satisfied.

This can even have an emotional level component where you feel satisfied by eating these kinds of foods, emotionally. This is where you can then discipline yourself to not eat these foods, and eat more healthy foods. You may need to do this for some time, until your body or even your emotional body develops, or sheds the old habit and develops a new one.

You can of course, also look at your attitude to nutrition, your attitude to certain foods, your attitude toward your body, and use our tools for discovering what selves you have that relate to the body, to how you see the body in general and to nutrition in general. You can then make progress with resolving some of these, which means that sometimes you do not have to force yourself to establish the new eating habit, it just happens spontaneously, as a result of you resolving these selves.

Why do spiritual organizations focus primarily on women?

Question: Master Jesus, I know that I’m a spiritual being, but still, I’m grateful for the opportunity for being in a male body. I have the most sincere desire to master my masculinity and become the best Christed man that I could possibly be. I am and always have been a spiritual person. Being a spiritual person as a man is difficult, because all spiritual organizations and teachings that I have encountered during my current embodiment, are very gynocentric. According to Google, gynocentric means centered on or concerned exclusively with women, taking a female, or specifically, a feminist point of view. I believe that this gynocentric approach that is demonstrated by all spiritual teachings and organizations that I have encountered, is very unbalanced and it degrades men. It also causes us men to flee from spirituality, not because we don’t have spiritual inclinations and aspirations, but because all spiritual teachings and organizations in our present days have a very strong tendency of being hostile towards men and masculinity. Master teachers, could you please share your thoughts on this?

You will look historically at the fact that for thousands of years religions have been male dominated, and been very focused on portraying this image that men are superior to women. As we move further into the raising the collective consciousness, we need to go through a period where there is more awareness on women’s situation, and raising up women to have leadership positions in society and even in spiritual movements.

This is part of the explanation. But the fact of the matter is that we have said many times in this dispensation, that you are not born as a man or a woman, you are born as a spiritual being. Any of the teachings we give and have given both in this and previous dispensations can be applied equally by men and women. It is not the focus of the teaching that causes men to flee from spirituality, if they indeed do that. Many, many obviously do not, but some men may do so. But that is because of their particular psychology, their own unwillingness to confront certain aspects of their psychology.

You are, of course, free to pursue building your masculinity, if you see that as a goal. But I must stress the fact that you will not ascend as a man. Neither will you ascend as a woman. You will ascend by transcending the gender roles defined on earth, including the view of what it means to be a masculine man. Which is also something relative, defined on earth, based on the history of various societies. You will see that in some nations the gender roles have softened up, and have even to some degree reversed, so that men can take care of the children, men can be at home, the woman can be at work. And this is part of this process of overcoming this male-dominated focus that has been there for so long, and it has put women down as a sort of second-rate citizen.

If you have a problem with this, I suggest that you have an unbalanced view of masculinity and what it means to be a man. And you would benefit from considering what separate selves you have, that you could simply let go of, and then you would feel much freer. And you could actually find a higher way to pursue masculinity.

We are not, of course, saying that in spiritual movements, men and women need to become alike, and men need to start behaving like women. But it is clear that as you move higher in consciousness, you are not acting in the traditional male or female roles. You will find new ways to act and interact.

Question about the death transition of known and famous people

Question: Can someone comment on what happens to a livestream who is widely known on earth, a pop star or a leader of a country, if he or she leaves the physical plane? Is it hard to move on if so many people think and talk about you? Are they emotionally attached and so on? Are people who are holding on to that lifestream limiting the lifestream’s ability to move on?

Well, you can see many of the famous people who have passed from the screen of life, and they have, in many cases had difficulty moving on. This is again, because some of them have actually being fallen beings, but even those who are not fallen beings have this desire to be idolized. They have a desire to be looked up to and to be felt as important persons and to leave a legacy.

If a person has a strong desire to leave a legacy, then the person often cannot simply leave that embodiment behind. It wants to stay and monitor what happens, what people say about it, what they do, whether they mourn, whether they grieve, whether they continue to think about them and talk about them and so on. And it has in many cases delayed these lifestreams ability to move on.

It is important to realize that once you pass out of one embodiment, you are done with that embodiment. And what you need to do is simply let go of everything from that embodiment, so you can either move on into your next embodiment and prepare for that embodiment, or ascend. And especially if you want to ascend you need to, of course, leave that embodiment behind. And it is only by leaving things behind that you can actually ascend.

Should I ascend after this lifetime?

Question: is it true that the earth is going through a shift as all the changes are showing (into the fourth dimension)? So it is important that we are able to ascend at this time.

Answer from Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2020 Webinar – Increasing Your Christ Discernment.

I am going to comment on this. I do not know if it is a typo with the fourth dimension. There was talk before, especially for 2012, about the fifth dimension. And the masters have said that that is just not an ascended master teaching. It is something that comes from the mental realm. But in line with what was just said in the previous answer, if it is part of your divine plan to ascend after this lifetime, then it is important for you to do it, of course. But it may not be part of your divine plan and it is important you follow that. You cannot with the outer mind, force yourself to think that you should ascend after this lifetime. And you should be careful about not taking the masters teachings and allowing your outer mind to create some kind of absolute idea about what you should or should not do.

You always need to be very intuitive and open to sensing from within. And the masters have said before that your divine plan has stages. And you will practically never see your entire divine plan in one big vision where you see all the stages. You are at a certain level right now and it is important that you focus on that level. And then when you go to a higher level, then you will see what you have planned for that level. So that is why it is important not to make a decision with the outer mind right now and say: “This should be the case for the rest of my life.” You need to always be open that there can come a point where all of a sudden, you have passed certain initiations, you have risen to a certain level and now you see something you did not see before and it changes your perspective on many things.

Can I ascend after this lifetime?

Question: I have had the experience that I am a spiritual being, the feeling that all life is one so I do not doubt that we are all one with God. But in my normal day to day consciousness, I still feel and believe that I have a lot of karma with my late husband and my children. So I need to reincarnate again, and work all this out and also to help them. Is this an illusion? Is it really realistic that we normal people can ascend after this lifetime?

Well, it is entirely possible to be a spiritual person and an ascended master student, and it is not in your divine plan to ascend after this lifetime. This applies to a substantial part of you. I do not want to put a number on it. We have talked about it before that there are some of you that want to be in embodiment again because you will want to be part of manifesting Saint Germain’s Golden Age. There are also some of you who have defined certain goals for yourself that you want to fulfill that is not realistic for this lifetime. Some of you have determined that instead of ascending with only some of your karma balanced, you want to balance all of it. So you cannot apply a particular standard.

But there are, of course, some of you who have made it part of your divine plan to ascend after this lifetime. And if this is what you have done, then it is because it is realistic for you to do so, if you transcend yourself as you need to do. It is clear that if you look at normal people, in terms of normal people in society, the vast majority of them are not ready to ascend after this lifetime. And they could decide to enter an ascended master teaching and apply that teaching. But it would not mean that they could ascend after this lifetime.

But if you have a strong enough sense that there are certain things you want to resolve, and that you do not feel this can be done in this lifetime, then it is most likely because you are tuned in to your divine plan. Now be careful not to make a decision with the outer mind. But continue to walk the path and increase your discernment. And you may get a different sense later on. And then be open to receiving that.

Definition of ego vs. having no ego

Question: It seems that the 144 levels of consciousness possible on earth can be divided into three different levels: until the 48th, until the 96th, and until the 144th. So, if this is right, in every stage, we are faced with different levels of initiation in Christ consciousness. In this initiation of the challenge of Christ, is it possible to be faced with a glimpse of not just another self to get rid of, but with the entire structure of our ego? Or is this just another illusion to make us believe that having confronted our ego structure, we know it all – and don’t need to keep challenging our mental box about Christ consciousness?

Well, the simple answer is: Yes. There are, of course, people on earth who have come to believe that they have no ego left. This is where it gets a little subtle because it all depends on how you define ego. You can have a narrow definition of ego and you can say that a person has come to see through that ego, has confronted that structure, and has overcome it. Therefore, according to that definition, the person has no ego left. But it doesn’t mean that the person doesn’t have any separate selves, and is, therefore, now in a higher state of consciousness and doesn’t have to look at its own psychology anymore.

This is the illusion that many people have fallen into over time. Especially those who have gained some kind of position as being spiritual teachers, as being in a spiritual movement, as having attained a position in a spiritual movement, or whatever. There are many of these people who claim, or their followers claim or they themselves believe that they have no ego left. Sometimes, it can be right according to their definition of ego, but it doesn’t mean they don’t have any psychology left they need to look at because as we have said, for each of the 144 levels of consciousness, there is an illusion, there is a separate self that is based on that illusion. You need to keep looking at this for as long as you are in embodiment.

We have said before that you can overcome any limitation as long as you are willing to look at it. If you make yourself believe that you no longer have any ego or unresolved psychology, and therefore, you don’t need to look at your psychology, well, then you will not rise above that level. You may have reached a fairly high level of consciousness, but if you do not go beyond that level, you will not fulfill your highest potential. You will not make your ascension, possibly. The reality is that when you come to the higher levels of Christ discernment, you begin to see that for each level there is a certain separate self that needs to be resolved. You realize that you have some separate selves left. It doesn’t bother you; it doesn’t mean you are feeling like you cannot express yourself. You realize that there’s always something to look at—you always look at your reactions to situations. If you’re willing to do this, that is when you will make it.

Whenever you come to a point where you stop yourself, then you will not progress beyond that level. It is that simple.

I know there is a very old dream on earth that you can come to a point where you have reached an ultimate state of consciousness. But it is just an illusion, my beloved, projected by the fallen beings, reinforced by many well-meaning spiritual people. You will see that most spiritual movements or religions have this belief. Christians would say: “Well, I have no ego”. Buddhists would say:” Well, the Buddha had no ego. Muslims would say, “Well, the prophet had no ego”. With many other spiritual movements—in the Summit Lighthouse, it was believed that the messenger had no ego. In the I AM Movement it was believed that the messengers had no ego. In Theosophy, it was believed that Madame Blavatsky had no ego, and so forth and so on.

Consider yourself fortunate that you are involved in an activity where the messenger doesn’t feel the need to claim that he has no ego and doesn’t want other people to think so. That is why we have been able to give these teachings. Otherwise, you would have come to a certain point where you would not have been able to progress further.

The contribution of Portugal to Europe

Question: Could the ascended masters speak about the contribution that small peripheral European countries like Portugal could give to Europe as it moves towards the golden age consciousness?

What I sense is that the answer really is that all countries have the potential to bring forth certain ideas that are part of manifesting Saint Germain’s Golden Age. And it is not that the big countries have a patent on this. So what the smaller countries can do is, they can be open to one or several ideas that will bring the whole forward.

Question about Iceland

Question: Iceland ranks first in the world in gender equality. Does Iceland have a high level of collective consciousness that is above other Scandinavian countries or nations?

Answer from the Ascended Master Jesus through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2020 Webinar – Increasing Your Christ Discernment.

Well, first of all, you have to be careful about not setting up a scale and saying this country is higher than the others, and therefore it is better or so forth and so on. It is, of course, clear that there are some countries that are higher than others. But in terms of Iceland, in certain respects, it has an advanced level of consciousness.

But as you can see, from the financial bubble that was created in Iceland, there is also some serious limitations in the collective consciousness. There is a dream of some unrealistic form of economy where you do not have to make an effort, you do not have to multiply the talents. And this is what has caused the nation to go into this downward economic spiral.

And you saw that the other Scandinavian countries avoided this, because they have actually transcended that level of consciousness. And so, I would not say that Iceland is higher than the other Scandinavian countries in general. But I do not wish to create a scale here and saying this country is higher than that country, and so on.

All of the Scandinavian countries are at a fairly high level, as are many of the other countries in Northern Europe, Canada, New Zealand, South Korea, Australia, at least parts of Australia, and parts of the United States, but not the United States in general.

So their are, of course, what we have called the modern democracies, who are the most evolved countries on earth. And it is not really necessary to go into some kind of absolute linear scale that says, this is the highest country and this is number two, and so on.

Find out what is an important topic for you and focus on it

Question: What is the main invocation or rosary to give the world more light?

Well, they are all effective. They just work for different things. What the masters have said is, you feel what is an important topic for you to focus on. Something that appeals to you, that feels important to you. And then you find the invocations and rosaries to deal with that topic and then you give those.

And then at some point, you may feel that you have done this enough and now there is something else you need to focus on. There is not one that is the most important, they are all important. This does not mean you have to give all of them, you know. That is why I said you focus on whatever is important to you right now.

Our divine plan vs. producing certain results here on earth

Question: Is completing and fulfilling one’s divine plan for any given lifetime, not something that we are meant to do or accomplish on earth? That is, is there a difference between wanting to produce certain specific conditions on earth versus wanting to fulfill one’s unique divine plan on earth?

Well, when you understand what a divine plan is, you realize that the divine plan may specify that you do certain things and produce certain results here on earth. And these are then possible for you to manifest. Otherwise, you would not have defined it as part of your divine plan, because you do not set a goal for yourself that is not realistic for that lifetime.

But aside from that, it is of course possible that after you come into embodiment, you can decide with the outer mind that you want to accomplish a certain outer result. And if this is not what is in your divine plan, then it could become a hindrance to the fulfillment of your divine plan, a hindrance to your growth in consciousness, and it can actually become a distraction that takes you into a blind alley. Your divine plan does not set goals that cannot be fulfilled in this lifetime.

Your divine plan is for that particular lifetime. It may also have some long-term goals, but it has defined certain goals for a particular lifetime. And it is possible and realistic to do this. If you transcend yourself, as you have specified in your plan that you want to transcend yourself in that lifetime.

The monotheistic movement of the pharaoh Akhenaten

Question: Was the monotheistic movement of King Akhenaten inspired by the ascended masters?

Answer from the Ascended Master Jesus through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2020 Webinar – Increasing Your Christ Discernment.

Yes, it was to some degree. But you need to see that there is always a deeper understanding here. You are on a difficult dense matter planet. There is absolutely nothing that could be brought forth here that cannot be perverted by the fallen beings. You had a situation in Egypt where they had created so many different gods, just like you have seen in other cultures where there is the proliferation of gods. So many, that it becomes confusing and overwhelming. And this means that, after this proliferation of gods has gone to a certain extreme, it is beneficial that the people start pulling back towards a simpler view of God, such as the monotheistic religion.

And the pharaoh, Akhenaten was, to some degree open to receiving ideas from the ascended masters and therefore instituted this change, or attempted to institute it. But you also need to see that when you look at it historically, it is not so that monotheism is necessarily the only right or the superior form of religion. Because what has monotheism been used by in the Jewish religion, the Muslim religion and the Christian religion? It has been used to deny ascended masters, to deny that there are other beings in heaven than those defined by that particular religion, be it, Jesus and God, or Allah and Mohammed. You see that anything can be perverted by the fallen beings. And so there is not just one form of religion, that is the only right one.

Question: Is the ancient Egyptian god Thoth an ascended master?

No, this god is not an ascended master.

The sense of ownership associated with family

Question: I think there is a mass conviction that the death of a loved one, a dear loved one, is a great and irreparable grief. And we need to learn to disconnect ourselves from this belief in such a way as to replace the wrong belief with the right one. There are also big losses of the relatives and friends who are still in embodiment. I experienced this fear and pain in myself. While studying the teachings of the ascended masters, I was still unable to deal with this situation, due to some kind of belief that I still cannot see. I was not ready for this situation and when it happened, I was not in harmony and love. What beliefs behind this terrible suffering do people have on this dense planet Earth?

Well, this is the belief that, again, originated with the fallen beings. And it can be seen out-pictured by many of the leaders of the past. You see a leader who has set himself or herself up as being this ultimate authority as a dictator, being almost revered by the people as a god. Yet this person knows that even though the people might think he is a god, while he is still in a mortal body, and there will come a point where that body can no longer sustain its life and he will die. But he is not satisfied with having reached this position just for one lifetime. So he wants to leave a legacy. And as part of that legacy, he wants the people to be so attached to him, that they will feel his death as an irreparable loss, that they will grieve over for a long time to come. This is just all building up the ego and a sense of being special. This is how it all started.

But it has also been reinforced by the belief that has again been spread by the fallen beings and you can find it in people’s common talk: “My parents were so and so”, “My children are doing this or that”. You all talk about my parents, my children, my brothers, my sisters. There is a certain sense of ownership associated with families. And it is inevitable as you grow up on a planet like this that you take this on to some degree. Of course, there are some cultures that have it to a higher degree than others, where they almost worship the family, where the family structure is considered to be the most important aspect of people’s lives.

Now, as you walk the spiritual path and reach the higher levels of Christhood then you realize, of course, that you are a spiritual being. You have lived many, many lifetimes on earth. You have not always had the same parents or the same siblings that you have in this lifetime or the same children that you have in this lifetime. These are not your parents, your children, you do not belong to them. And they do not belong to you. It is this sense of ownership that you can begin to question. And then you can realize that you are not defined by your family, and you have a right of course, to move beyond your family. And you will have to in order to manifest Christhood and express Christhood. You cannot stay within the confines of what your family considers normal.

Now, another factor in this is, of course especially in the Western world where reincarnation has been denied since the Catholic Church banded it as heresy in 553. So, you have this very deep trauma associated with death, you only have one lifetime, you only have one chance to secure your salvation. And after you die, you will be gone forever from this planet, you will either go to heaven or you will go to hell. This projects t that when your parents die, you will never see them again. And of course, in the materialistic culture that has sprung up, your parents will cease to exist when they die—you will cease to exist when you die. And how could there not be a sense of loss associated with a loss of awareness and a loss of identity? Which is the most precious gift that you have, your individual awareness. So again, if you feel you need to, you can read some of the many books about near-death experiences.

So many people have now witnessed that their body died, but they did not cease to exist, they continued a life in another realm. Many of these people have come back. And they have explained how there is no sorrow, for those who die. They are not grieving that they are not alive anymore. They often feel relieved. They are enveloped in love, they meet their past relatives or their spiritual guides, and they are in a higher realm that is much more enjoyable than what they had on earth. You do not need to grieve for their sake, because they are not losing anything by not being alive.

And when you realize this, you are realizing: “Well, what are you grieving for?” In many cases, you are grieving, not because you personally feel grief, not because your parents benefit from the grief, but because your culture has created this idea that you are supposed to show your grief because this shows how much you loved your parents. And if you do not then you will be condemned. And so why are you grieving? In order to uphold some image that is demanded of you in your culture. And when you begin to see this, you can begin to let it go. You can use our tools to expose these selves and just say: “Enough of this. I’m letting this die”.

The balanced approach to sex

Question: How can I replace the unbalanced and objectified image of women and sex with a constructive and non-objectified image of women or sex in my four lower bodies?

Kim: It’s also a very long explanation that I’m not going to read but basically, what it concerns is that if you have these very strong images, in your mind of perverted sex, that prevent you from having a more natural attitude to sex. What do you do?

Well, sexual activity is certainly one of the tools that the fallen beings have used to manipulate people, confuse people, and create all kinds of manipulation. It’s clear that one of the major ways they have done this is by perverting sex and sexual activity into something that is very low, very dirty, very base. They have, over time, used these perverted sexual practices or images to even project into people’s consciousness these distorted images. There are demons and beasts in the collective consciousness who are projecting these images.

Now, if you have this in your consciousness, it’s because you have some kind of vulnerability, some kind of opening, that maybe goes back to past lives where you were somehow forced or pulled into participating in such activities. You need to use the tools we have given to uncover these selves and resolve the self and the belief you have about sex and why you feel so bad about the perverted aspects of sex that you cannot even focus on a more relaxed or natural expression of sexual activity.

In the end, there needs to come this decision where you simply decide that anything on earth can be and has been perverted by the fallen beings. There is no activity on earth that you can participate in, that cannot be perverted. So literally, if you allow the perversions of the fallen beings to stop you from participating in a particular activity, there is nothing you can do. You can withdraw into a secluded room and wait until you starve to death because you can’t even eat without this being perverted by the fallen beings. You simply need to look at this and say, “Well, sex is just another human activity. It’s something you can do with the physical body, and there is nothing inherently wrong or unclear or impure about it. So, I need to look at what kind of selves I have created that makes me believe that sex is dirty, and that I shouldn’t participate in it.” And so forth and so on.

You realize here that the issue or the topic of this conference is Christ discernment. When you attain Christ discernment, you can look at sexual activity and say: ” Well, the perversions are the perversions. This is not something I’m going to put my attention on, but it doesn’t mean that I can’t have a relaxed relationship to sex and enjoy it. And if I’m married, for example, that I can’t fulfill my spouse’s sexual desires and even enjoy doing so”. Again, we have said before that there is a very long tradition that spiritual people feel that sex is wrong and anti-spiritual, and you shouldn’t engage in it. This is also a projection of the fallen beings, its also some separate selves, some collective beasts in the collective consciousness, and you can resolve this as well. I’m not saying that this means that a spiritual person should have sex or should live in a relationship, but you should be able to do it without having any kind of reactionary patterns or negative feelings about it.

Basically, we can say that as you reach the higher levels of Christhood, it doesn’t mean you participate in any human activity, but there are many human activities you participate in and there is no issue with it. You are completely neutral about it. You’re not pulled in this or that direction by it, and you have no overlay of “should or shouldn’t”, or whether it’s wrong or not wrong, and this entire evaluation based on the value judgment. You can, for example, participate in social activities with other people, without evaluating whether this is spiritual or not spiritual, whether these people are spiritual or non-spiritual, and so forth, and so on. There’s nothing wrong with enjoying life on earth when you are participating in it. It doesn’t mean that it takes up your attention and it pulls you away from the spiritual path. It’s just part of life. If you are in a social setting, with family members, for example, and eating a meal, well, why not enjoy the meal? Why do you have to sit there as a spiritual person and evaluate, “Oh, should I be eating meat? Should I be taking another piece of steak? Should I be doing this should I be doing that?” This fades away when you reach the higher levels of Christhood.

COVID vaccine – render unto Caesar that which is Caesar’s, and unto God that which is God’s

Question: The masters have stated that population control is one of the fallen beings’ agendas. Vaccination has been shown to be an effective form of controlling the population and shown us the use of Gardasil in third world countries making the women sterile. Is vaccinating oneself with a COVID vaccine seen for the greater good and in line with Mother Mary’s recent dictation? Or where does free will come into it regarding what one consents to what goes into the body and for the good of babies and children who don’t have a say?

Well, my beloved, we are in no way saying that you should let yourself be vaccinated with the COVID vaccine. But it’s clear that if you are in a profession, where you are critical care personnel – and if your government or even a private organization requires you to either be vaccinated or not be able to function in your job, then you need to make a decision whether you want to leave the job, or whether you want to just take the vaccination and not make a big deal out of it. Whether you want to be vaccinated needs to be an individual decision. I’m not saying you should, or you shouldn’t.

But if you live in a country, where it is required by the government, then again, you face this situation of what are the consequences of refusing to get the vaccine and what do we actually get out of protesting against it – rather than taking Jesus’s admonition to render unto Caesar that which is Caesar’s, and unto God that which is God’s.

My point has been, talking about masks and vaccine, that there are certain issues that are simply not worth protesting against because they are not significant enough for your path to Christhood, or for changing society. That is where you render unto Caesar that which is Caesar’s—you just do what is required without making any political or spiritual issue out of it and you render unto God that which is God’s by focusing on what is most important for your spiritual progress and your divine plan.

The novel “The Master and Margarita” by Mikhail Bulgakov

Question: Was the novel “The Master and Margarita” by Russian writer Mikhail Bulgakov inspired by the ascended masters? I know it was written in the Soviet Union during Stalin’s regime. The story concerns a visit by the devil to the officially atheistic Soviet Union. It combines supernatural elements with satirical dark comedy and Christian philosophy, defined categorization with a single genre. Many critics consider it to be one of the best novels of the 20th century, as well as the foremost of Soviet satires.

Well, certainly, this is an example of what we have talked about before that there can be certain books that have a certain inspiration from the ascended masters, contain certain ideas, but also contain a human-interest story or certain elements that are not in alignment with the teachings or coming from us.

You have to see this book in the context; it was not an attempt to give an entirely accurate, consistent ascended master teaching. It was an attempt to bring out some ideas within the very strict confines of what was allowed, based on censorship in the Soviet Union, but could still challenge people, as many people have been challenged by that novel.

There were people who grew up in the Soviet Union, or the Warsaw block, for whom this novel was a major eye opener that opened them to think beyond the official party line. What I’m saying is that not everything that is in the book is entirely accurate, of course, but that for its time and its place, it was, we might say, a groundbreaking book and certainly a paradigm-shifting book for those who were open minded enough for it.

I’m not necessarily saying that all ascended master students now need to go out and read the book. This is something you need to decide individually. This messenger has read parts of it but has never finished the entire book.

Using and promoting ascended master teachings

Question: Is it possible for students of the ascended masters, to use the teachings and promote them on a commercial basis as a business activity, such as in a practice of spiritual psychology offered to clients?

Answer from Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2020 Webinar – Increasing Your Christ Discernment.

Well, I will answer that, because it’s clear that it is indeed possible and allowed, and the masters, in fact, encourage that. So, you have very wide freedom. I mean, you don’t have copyright on ideas. If you use certain ideas that the masters have given, you can use them together with other forms of therapy, coaching, whatever it may be. There are already some people who are doing workshops and who are using some of the ideas of the masters without tying it into the ascended master teachings. In other words, it’s promoting an idea that’s universal rather than requiring people to believe in ascended master teachings.

If you go back when I was in the Summit Lighthouse, the culture there was that the most important thing was to promote not just ascended master teachings, but also the Summit Lighthouse as the source of those teachings and the messenger for the Summit Lighthouse as the only messenger.

There you had this culture that in order to receive any particular ideas from the ascended masters, people first have to accept that the ascended masters exist, that they have messengers on earth, and Elizabeth Claire Profit is the only messenger, and the Summit Lighthouse is the only organization representing the masters. That was a very, very big hurdle to overcome, given how the whole culture was and all the many rules that were there. But today, we are in the Aquarian Age, and it’s a matter of bringing these ideas out in whatever context it’s appropriate – wherever it can help question something. It doesn’t have to be tied back to the ascended masters or to me.

I usually say that if you are taking something from an ascended master dictation (or a whole dictation) putting it on your website, then you just need to let them know that it’s copyrighted material so that people don’t get tempted to publish it. In other words, I’m not saying you can take the masters dictations and freely publish them in books, then we need to have some kind of publishing agreement. But in terms of the ideas and teachings, you’re free to use them any way you can.

The path to Christhood in the Muslim culture

Question: For the second challenge of Christ, since I’m living in a Muslim culture, does it go beyond expressing one’s creativity and way of life to speaking out openly and putting oneself in danger, as they have zero tolerance to some topics? Or should it be done from within their own religion where they can relate?

Answer from the Ascended Master Jesus through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2020 Webinar – Increasing Your Christ Discernment.

The example I gave 2000 years ago was that I was willing to let myself be killed in order to bring forth the judgement of the fallen beings and demonstrate the higher levels of Christhood, where you don’t let anything on earth stop spirit from expressing itself through you. But that was an extreme example because it was given at the beginning of the Piscean age. This is not to say that people who are walking the path to Christhood should put themselves in danger by speaking out in situations where they can see ahead of time what the result is going to be.

However, it is important that you realize that no matter whenever I’m asked a question like this, there is no standard answer. It is individual for each person. There can still, in today’s age, be some people for whom it is part of their expression of Christhood to challenge certain authorities or certain beliefs that can put them in danger, but it is important that this comes entirely from within and is not in any way interfered with by the outer mind. There are, unfortunately, spiritual people both in ascended master organizations and elsewhere, who can make this decision with the outer mind to put themselves in danger because they think it will demonstrate their Christhood and their attainment on the path. If it is just a decision that comes from the outer mind, then it does no such thing.

Basically, what we have said, if you noticed it lately in several dictations, is that it isn’t a matter of converting people to any particular belief system, including the ascended master’s teachings. If you live in a Muslim culture, your primary goal is not to convert people to ascended master teachings, but you may still, within that context, be able to bring forth a few ideas that can help people question certain beliefs, certain customs, certain ways of doing things. This is an individual evaluation that you do not make with the outer mind, you just, we might say, you wait until you have a clear direction from within. If you don’t have a clear direction, then you wait. You still strive to walk the path, use the tools and teaching to resolve whatever selves you have, and as you resolve those selves, you will get a more clear inner direction.

Limits of materialistic science

Question: In electromagnetic wave functions, there was a real part and an imaginary part, describing the status of energy. What does the imaginary part mean here? Is it showing how much energy is out of the physical reality and the real part is showing how much energy is available in physical reality? If so, what does it mean that energy is out of physical reality? Is it then in some lower levels, the emotional reality or is it in the spiritual reality?

Well, you know that astronomers have observed the movement of the galaxies, and based on their understanding that this movement is caused by gravity, gravitational forces, they have calculated that the mass, the physical mass, of all galaxies is not enough to explain the movements of the galaxies.That is why they have come up with the idea of dark matter, which exerts a gravitational pull, and they have also come up with the idea of dark energy, which also influences the physical.

The reality here is, that scientists have begun to realize, that based on their observations and their equations, they cannot explain everything in the physical octave by what can be observed currently as physical material phenomena. They are beginning to realize that in order to explain what they observe in the material world, they need to posit the existence of something, matter and energy, that they cannot observe. They are not, most of them, currently willing to say that it is in a different realm, but that is the reality. The reality is of course, as we have said, that there are four levels of the material universe, and, what you see in the physical material level is just effects of causes in the three higher levels.

It is not so that this is in a lower level, because the highest is the identity level, then the mental, then the emotional, and then the physical is the lowest. The flow, the natural flow through this, goes through the three higher levels and into the physical, and in some equations, you need to propose that there is something imaginary, or whatever you call it, beyond the “real” so to speak, what you can observe, in order to make the equations work. This is just a sign that material science has reached its limit, and there is a need to rethink and go beyond and find some model that there is both energy and matter that exists beyond the physical spectrum.

There are already scientists who are open to these ideas, but of course, they have not broken through at the mainstream level yet. And, if you feel so inclined, you can certainly make the calls that more and more people will be cut free to embrace these ideas, so that it can become more mainstream, or at least it can challenge the mainstream view, that everything in the material world needs to be explained by what can be observed by science currently.

Sensing the level of consciousness of other people

Question: At some point on the path, are you supposed to be able to sense the level of consciousness of another, or is this potentially pride or ego at play? This comes partly from my own experience of people who may be close in age to me, but they have a different maturity to the level than I do.

Well, we actually encourage people, at least at a certain stage of the path, to not go around consciously or deliberately evaluating your own state of consciousness or the consciousness of other people, and the reason for this is that it can very easily be tainted by this desire to be special. You want to see yourself as special, and therefore you don’t want to see other people as being more special than you are, and so, this can definitely color your ability to evaluate both your own level of consciousness and that of others.

It is clear that as you raise your Christ discernment, you will come to a point where suddenly you can receive this impulse: that a certain person is in a lower state of consciousness, or a certain person is in a higher state of consciousness, or that you have made progress to a certain stage and you need to acknowledge that, but this is not something you produce with the outer mind, this is something that comes spontaneously from your Higher Being.

Being realistic is a key to success

Question: I have a tendency for art, and I believe I try to imbue it with ascended master insights all along. Yet it has been really hard to make something out of it, both economically and professionally, to the point that I’m starting to feel that I need to pass beyond it. And yet somehow it is almost the only thing that I love to do, and that more or less I’m good at — or because of failure, starting to question my real capacities. Is the universe telling us to move on to other things when we knock on doors that won’t open?

Well, this is, again, one of these enigmas on the path. There are certainly many, many people, both spiritual people and other forms of creative people, who have had difficulty being recognized for their abilities. There are certainly instances where people have knocked on doors that have not opened, and they have continued to knock, and continued to knock, and it is because they were actually meant to go in a different direction. But there are, of course, also instances and you will find them over and over again, even from childhood: “If at first you don’t succeed, try, try, try again.” And there are instances where you need to keep knocking until something opens.

However, when you are facing something that does not produce results, the constructive approach to take, is that the reason the door has not opened is that there is something in you that you have not seen, something you have not resolved. In other words, it may not be that the door is not opening because it cannot be opened by you, but it may be that the door isn’t opening because you have not found the right key — because you have a certain separate self that is blocking you from discovering that key. So the constructive assumption to make here, is that you need to then use the tools we have given, to expose whatever selves you have that relate to your creative efforts.

What I also will say is that nobody has said that you have to create art that is based on ascended master ideas or images. If you are to be successful as a commercial artist, you need to look at what is it the market needs, and then you provide that. Sometimes, after time, you can have built a certain name for yourself in a field, and then you can introduce ascended master ideas.

Many ascended master students have gone into a state of mind where they think that: “If I use the ascended masters’ teachings (it does not have to be art, it can be other fields) then the masters will magically make sure that I will be successful.” But this cannot happen, due to the nature of the field, the collective consciousness, whatever is going on in that field, whether it is art or science or something else. You have to be realistic. You cannot expect that we can magically change conditions in the world, because that would require us to set aside the collective consciousness, and that is a violation of free will.

You have to make a realistic assessment of the field you want to go into. Look at what are the requirements in the field for you to get established in that field. Then once you are established, you may be able to introduce certain ideas here. But you take it one step at a time. You introduce one idea that may shift something, but you cannot expect that you can introduce the fullness of whatever insights you have received from our teachings into any field, because people will not be able to deal with it. You have to be realistic and go step by step, and then gradually introduce more and more.

How to interact with non-spiritual people

Question: Seeing that the masters are encouraging an age of community, how can we balance the notion that we are students of what seems to be a very radical teaching, compared with more established common popular ideologies, and still be communal with people that have nothing to do with what we believe? I sometimes feel that I bring out more, ‘better’ energies when I’m alone. But too I feel some inner drive to be more social, by always having a tendency toward introversion, and yet I feel almost canceled by social interactions when I take part in them. Sometimes it really feels like we are the only olive tree in a forest of acacias.

Well, this is one of these enigmas on the path of how to deal with you being a spiritual person, and interacting with people who are not spiritual. But it is important for you to build a certain interaction with people who are not in the same spiritual teaching, because it is the only way to really prevent what we have seen in so many spiritual movements, where they create this self-reinforcing spiral that actually blinds them to many things.

An organization can create a collective consciousness, a certain culture, that pulls people in, and can have many not-so-constructive effects, for example, it can make an entire group of people feel they are very, very special, and this can encourage a certain sense of spiritual pride. They can build a certain sense of idolatry of the leader, of the movement, and many other things that are not constructive.

So, it is important to have some contact with people who are not spiritual, just as a frame of reference. Of course, when you deal with what we have told you in this conference, especially the desire to feel special, then it becomes easier to interact with other people.

This doesn’t mean that you need to partake in any kind of social interaction. There is no reason to go to a club and dance to rock music and drink alcohol in order to be social. You can have another social interaction, like this messenger who has participated in social events all of his life without drinking alcohol.

And you can still talk to people about what they talk about, and you don’t have an intention with the outer mind that you should change them or convert them, but you are neutral, and you are attuned, and once in a while you may receive some impulse from your higher self that you can express as an idea that either helps people or challenges some of their beliefs. It is not that you have to convert them, but you just plant a seed. You give them some idea that maybe over time they can process, and it helps shift their awareness.

Spiritual perspective on the chronic fatigue

Question: I have had chronic fatigue my whole life. It appears that it results from the activity of the Epstein-Barr virus in my body. Millions of lives are affected by that same virus. What is the spiritual cause for that condition?

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2020 Webinar – Increasing Your Christ Discernment.

Well, you have to be careful to consider what you mean with the “spiritual cause.” There is, of course, a physical aspect of this, namely, a virus in the body. And I know we have said that everything in the physical octave is the effect of causes in the three higher realms. So, you cannot really say that there is a spiritual cause for a virus. There is a virus in the higher realms, in the emotional, mental and identity, but that is not really a spiritual cause.

Any virus is the result of a lower state of consciousness, certain beliefs and images that are in the collective consciousness, and you have taken this in and it makes you vulnerable to the physical virus entering your body and your cells. There is, in other words, not an immune response in your cells that can consume the virus and it is because it is not seen as a foreign element by your immune system. And the reason it isn’t seen as a foreign element, is because there is some corresponding self, there is a belief in your emotional, mental and identity bodies.

In the case of viruses that produce fatigue, there is not just one single cause, but what you need to ponder here, and why you need our tools to come to see these separate selves is, that it is very, very easy for people, especially avatars, but also the original inhabitants, to feel overwhelmed by conditions in the physical octave. You feel so overwhelmed dealing with conditions, dealing with the conflicts that you see.

You are overwhelmed, not just physically, but emotionally, adjusting to all of these emotions that are constantly coming up in your emotional body when you experience certain outer conditions.

You are exhausted, overwhelmed mentally, because you cannot understand why all of these things are going on, and you cannot understand what to do about it. And you can even be overwhelmed at the identity level, because you don’t yet have this clear sense of who you are as a spiritual being, and you don’t understand why you are here, what made you come to this earth, why, as some people feel, you have deserved to be here, or why God is punishing you by putting you on a planet like this. There can be many of these subtle beliefs, and it makes you feel overwhelmed.

In order to feel less overwhelmed, you are attempting to build sort of an armor around yourself. It is comparable to building a physical buffer zone, a wall around your body. Imagine that you are making bricks out of clay and stacking them up so you build a wall around your physical body, and you make it thicker and thicker so it can withstand the attacks from without.

What many people have done over many lifetimes, when they didn’t have a spiritual path, and the teachings we are giving, is that you have attempted to use fear-based energy to build a wall around your emotional body that can keep energies out, so you do not feel so overwhelmed. And you build walls in the mental and identity realms as well. Well, of course this takes effort, and so it creates a resistance in your four lower bodies, and it is this resistance that actually makes you feel tired.

Chronic fatigue is therefore not just a physical thing, but of course it has a physical parallel, that can be not necessarily caused by a virus, but certainly reinforced by the virus. But it really is something that starts in the three higher bodies by this sense of being overwhelmed. Of course, I am not saying that you should not take whatever physical precautions you can take to deal with a specific form of virus. But if you really want to overcome this, you need to use our tools to work on the three higher bodies and discover these separate selves, these beliefs you have about this planet, and the resistance you feel.

I would say that certainly the majority, not all spiritual people, but the majority of spiritual people, are dealing with fatigue in some way or another. And it is simply because you are spiritual because you realize that there must be a higher reality than what you see on earth. And you are therefore overwhelmed by the contrast, where you know there are so many things on earth that shouldn’t be happening. This creates this resistance in you that takes energy to uphold, and therefore you are draining your energy, instead of being able to use it for more creative purposes. When you overcome this resistance by overcoming the selves and the beliefs, you will free up some of this energy, and you will have more energy.

But you also need to be aware as a spiritual person that: Why are you a spiritual person? You are spiritual because you are sensitive to energy. In other words, you are spiritual because you sense that there are energies that are higher than what you see on earth. There is a spiritual realm beyond it. But sensitivity can also make you sensitive to lower energies, and that means that you can be more sensitive to people’s suffering. And this can be overwhelming to you as well, and cause you fatigue, because again, you feel frustrated — what can you do to alleviate people’s suffering? But you cannot stop yourself from feeling it.

And that is where again, you need to use the tools for spiritual protection. But you also again, need to uncover those selves that make you think that you have to feel people’s energies. As we have said before, you don’t have to feel people’s energy and let them pull you down, and let other people pull you into their emotional reactionary patterns.

How to build attunement with the Christ within

Question: My question is regarding the exercise of attunement that Jesus has given. For those of us who seem to struggle with visualization techniques due to overactive imaginations and not necessarily a lack of giving protection decrees, are there perhaps any other technique you could recommend to build attunement with the Christ within?

Well, there are many techniques. In a sense decrees, invocations, is a tool that doesn’t require you to visualize. Another possibility is to still the mind and again this can be difficult when you have an, as you say, over active imagination.

You can use various tools for meditation where you focus on your breathing, you take very deep breaths for a time, you focus on breathing in and out, try to keep your attention on your breath. And after some time of breathing deeply, you attempt to relax the body. You can lie down while doing this. And then you find what Saint Germain has called a point of stillness within you. It isn’t a specific physical location. It is just simply a point of stillness. And then you attempt to, not force your attention, but just keep your attention on that point of stillness for as long as possible. Inevitably thoughts or images will come. But when you become aware of the thoughts, you just pull your attention back to the point of stillness.

You are not trying to get answers to specific questions. The more neutral you can be, the better. And this is what trips up some people when they attempt to do this attunement exercise. They are seeking answers to a specific question. They are seeking help to overcome a specific problem. And this colors their mind, so they cannot be in that state of listening grace, in that state of neutral awareness that is required for you to receive an impulse from the Christ mind.

You can also make a decision that you are not attempting to get specific answers. You are just seeking to experience some connection, some contact, some experience with the Christ mind, or with me as an ascended master, or with another ascended master, or even with your I Am Presence and Christ self. You are opening yourself to an experience without seeking a specific answer.

Healing work and therapy

Question: My question is regarding the psychological concept of Shadow Work. It would seem this is not too dissimilar from what the masters refer to as: ‘Letting our separate selves die’. Sometimes intense discomfort bordering on pain can accompany this work, in the heart chakra and elsewhere. Are these unpleasant episodes due to the prince of this world still having an inroad in our four lower bodies? Would the masters care to comment on this concept and the related unpleasant episodes one can experience?

Well instead of being too specific here I would like to give a general comment about any kind of healing work and therapy. It is unavoidable that when you are going into the psychology, whether you use this method or that method to probe the subconscious mind, there can be things stirred up that can be quite unpleasant.

In some cases, it can be projections from dark forces that are seeking to scare you from looking into the subconscious, or that are seeking to make it as difficult or as painful as possible. In other cases, it is caused because you have untransmuted fear-based energy, in for example your emotional body. When you go into the subconscious mind you reach this reservoir of this energy, and it can cause pain in your heart chakra, or the chakras, or even in the physical body.

The answer that I want to give in general is, that with any kind of therapy that you engage in as an ascended master student, it is important to make the calls for spiritual protection, to make calls for Astrea to cut you free from the astral plane or lower beings and to make the calls for the Violet Flame to transmute any energy in your four lower bodies, especially the emotional body. If you do the so-to-speak, spiritual work, the alpha aspect of healing, then the Omega aspect of any form of therapy will work better and will be less painful.

Question about hypnotherapy

Question: I have taken an appointment with a person who does hypnosis, but now I hesitate. In some of the recorded sessions, the people hypnotized are channeling the ascended master Jesus and Mother Mary, but they speak weird things, so I think it is not you speaking. Is it valuable for me to honor my appointment?

Well, this is a decision that you need to make yourself, but if you already have hesitation about it, then you might consider why you are desiring to participate in hypnotherapy. Is it to resolve something in your psychology that you can’t see? In that case it could be valuable to do , but you might be able to find a therapist who is more focused on that, rather than producing some kind of phenomenon.

It is true that there are many, many people, whether it is during therapy or in other ways, in the entire channeling community who are desiring to feel special, by producing some kind of phenomena that can impress other people, and this is not something you want to engage in as an ascended master student.

You can benefit from hypnotherapy, in terms of healing your psychology, perhaps even coming to see certain selves, but that is really the only benefit you need to be concerned about, as an ascended master student. You need to simply let those who are interested in phenomena, do what they need to do, and you don’t take part in it.
