The coalition of pro-Russian nations

Question: We know that the fallen beings’ different factions often conflict with each other. But lately we see that after Russia attacked Ukraine, a large coalition of the fallen beings of all planes has formed, and they rally around Russia and its fight against democratic nations. Some countries like Belarus, Iran and North Korea are giving direct military aid to Russia. Also, other Asian countries from Turkey to China are helping Russia circumvent sanctions imposed by Western nations. Third, countries such as Serbia, Hungary and Slovakia provide political support to Russia. Furthermore, there is a significant pro-Russian lobby in the U.S. Congress that is hindering military aid to Ukraine. Please comment on this.

Well, it is simply as we have said before, that we are moving deeper into the golden age. And the fallen beings know they cannot stop it. But they are trying to work with all kinds of people they can work with where they have an inroad into their consciousness to create as much upheaval and chaos as they can.

It is also a product of the fact that as the earth is being pulled up by the rest of the universe, people who are unbalanced must act out their unbalance in more and more extreme ways so it becomes more obvious to themselves and others.

You simply see this polarization as we have talked about before where the world is clearly going in the direction that more and more states will become democracies. The fallen beings of course do not like democracy and would have preferred to prevent the emergence of democracies. They are now using whatever people, whatever nations where they have influence, to create this last-ditch attempt to slow down the move towards democracy. And Putin and his government and many among the Russian people have been willing to let their minds be taken over by these forces. Xi Jinping and many among the Chinese government have done the same. North Korea, of course, and amazingly really when you think about it, some among the Republican Party in the United States have been willing to go into this anti-democratic effort.

This is, of course, partly because some among the Republican Party come from a background of the fundamentalist evangelical Christians who have this view that America should be a Christian nation. But you see, if America was to become a Christian nation, it cannot remain a democracy, at least not in its pure form. That is why you see that the Islamic countries that are under the Sharia law are not real democracies, because they are a religious dictatorship where the people can vote for political representatives but they cannot override the religious authorities. And this is what some among these Christian nationalists want to see for the United States. And that is why they have, some of them at least, decided to support Donald Trump because they think he is going in the same direction. Trump is actually not going in the same direction because he does not care about Christianity or Christian nationalism. He only cares about himself and his own building up his self-image, his brand. But then the Christian nationalists have so far failed to see this. Even more and more people are beginning to see it.

This is simply what is going on in the world. You see this, as we explained in a previous conference where we focused on democracy, this attempt to slow down the evolution towards a democratic world. And we see that these forces are becoming more and more extreme, more and more desperate, because really when you stand back and look at Russia’s war in Ukraine, it is becoming more and more desperate. It has been desperate from the beginning, after the first three days where they realized that Ukraine would resist, but it is becoming more and more desperate. And you see this in how they treat their own soldiers, how they attack civilian targets, civilian infrastructure, and how the brutality even towards their own soldiers is only increasing.

The division into Ukraine, Belarus and Russia

Question: Was the division of the Eastern Slavs into three nation states with different national identities and divine flames: Ukraine, Russia and Belarus, planned in the spiritual realm?

No, it was not. It was simply a manifestation of the duality consciousness that always creates division even among people who come from a common origin. There is nothing spiritual about this division. What would have been spiritual was if they had managed to retain some kind of cohesion and unity so that there could not be the kind of conflicts you see now between these three groups. In other words, it would not have been possible for the Russians to think that they were superior and had the right to suppress the other groups.

What does it mean that Lord Maitreya is the coming Buddha?

Question: Lord Maitreya is the coming Buddha. What does this have to do with the teachings of the ascended masters? What is the true message behind this expression? How will it be manifested?

Well, as we have explained, there is a progression in the ascended realm where certain ascended masters hold certain spiritual offices. And over time, as a given ascended master who has held an office for some time has reached a level of consciousness where it is ready to move on. And another ascended master has grown to the point where he or she can take over that position.

Gautama Buddha holds the office of the Lord of the World currently, and at some point, Lord Maitreya will take over that office, as there are other offices where the master is gradually replaced. It does not actually mean anything for the teachings of the ascended masters because they will continue to be given based on this progressive revelation that we have started.

People with dementia

Question: Can someone make strong-willed decisions for a person with dementia? Is this a violation of the patient’s free will? What is better to do if the patient is in self-harming behavior? Where is it better for the person with dementia to live: in a related treatment center or at home?

Well, can you really say that a person who has reached a certain stage of dementia is able to exercise free will? Therefore, it is perfectly acceptable that other people who are in a position to do so make the decisions for the patient, especially to stop self-harming behavior or even behavior that could unwittingly lead to harm.

If it is possible, it is in most cases where people have gone beyond a certain limit, better that they live in some kind of specialized treatment center rather than living at home. This is especially true if there are not people close to them who can take care of them on a daily basis at home.

Western nations helping Ukraine and other nations

Question: In one of the dictations, the masters said that a large-scale confrontation with the West would quickly deplete the potential of the Russian armed forces. We see the opposite situation. Western partners cannot provide Ukraine with the necessary weapons. The masters also said that developed countries should support those living below the poverty line in underdeveloped and undemocratic nations, which in turn directly or indirectly help Russian expansion.

Given the current circumstances, to whom and in what manner wealthy developed nations should provide aid?

Well, if there was a direct confrontation between NATO forces and Russian forces, then the Russian forces would quickly be depleted. Now of course, some of NATO’s weapons have gone to Ukraine, but still in a direct confrontation, Russia would be in real trouble very quickly.

In terms of other nations, well, you see in Africa, for example, how Russia has certain forces there, even extensions of the Wagner Group, who are trying to take advantage of various conflicts in order to gain control. There are certainly nations in Africa where the Western nations could provide some kind of aid. And I do not mean aid as a form of Band-Aid, but where they could, as we have talked about before, truly go in and help these countries develop to a higher level, where they would not necessarily become modern democracies overnight, but they would at least be put on a track to where they could have a self-sufficient economy.

I understand that this is a very difficult thing to do in some of these nations, because you basically have the extension of tribal warfare that goes back centuries. And therefore, some of these nations are very divided. And what Russia does is it picks one of these factions, gives them weapons and support in the hope that they will eventually take over, and this will give Russia some advantage. And obviously, this is not what I am talking about with the developed nations.

There may be some nations where it cannot really be done, but there are certainly others where more could be done. The same with nations in the Middle East, where also more help could be given, not as a form of aid, but as a form of an assistance to actually build a viable country.

Are there any changes in the collective consciousness in Russia yet?

Question: Is the collective consciousness of Russia changing? Are the people of Russia awakening to the realization that the blind are leading the blind and in the end, everyone will fall into the pit? Or has not enough time passed and more vigorous blows are needed?

Well, I have commented somewhat on this in a previous answer about the war. But what I will add to it here is that obviously the change has not happened yet, because if it had happened, Putin would not be in embodiment and there would be at least a beginning of a process of Russia withdrawing from the war. Because if it was not for Putin sitting there holding the entire situation in this fixed position, then there are other people who can see that there is no military victory that can be achieved in Ukraine. And it does not matter how many soldiers you throw at it, how many bombs, how many rockets, how many drones, how many artillery shells. There is no military victory that can be achieved, at least not a meaningful military victory. And the cost is way too high compared to what you get out of it.

Obviously if there had been enough of a shift in the collective consciousness, as we have said before, Putin is kept artificially alive by the Russian people and the moment that changes, then he will no longer be in embodiment. Obviously, the blows have to become harder.

You see, what most people do not realize is that when a situation like this happens, an entire nation can be put on a downward track. And an example of this is the German nation after Hitler invaded Poland in 1939. The entire German nation was put on a track that was leading downwards. It was, as we have called it, the School of Hard Knocks, and the knocks got harder and harder. And the two very decisive knocks were that Germany lost the war and the exposure of the Holocaust. Because what caused Germany to go into the war was this dream of greatness and the sense that we are so special and we have a special role in the world and we are saving the world. And when the war was lost and the Holocaust was exposed, many among the German people could see that there was a glaring contradiction between what Germany actually did and this over-inflated sense of self-importance. And the sense of self-importance cracked and that has caused the German nation to move on to a much higher level than it would have been otherwise.

When Putin invaded Ukraine, he put Russia on the same kind of track. Russia has the same over-inflated sense of self-importance— the dream of being an empire, being important in the world, even saving the world. This is what led to this notion that the goal was to de-Nazify Ukraine.

But the mindset that caused Putin to start this war was exactly the same mindset that the Nazis had in the 1930s. This over-inflated sense of self-importance, wanting some recognition from the world of being an important nation. It is a matter of how hard do the knocks have to become before that over-inflated sense of self-importance cracks for the Russian people.

When will they see that there is a glaring discrepancy between this sense that Russia is such a special nation and the level of brutality that is being acted out in Ukraine? I am not only talking about the level of brutality against Ukrainians, but the level of brutality against Russian soldiers, where so many—tens of thousands—have been killed unnecessarily. You do not win a war by walking out in front of machine guns in an open field and being shot without having a chance of shooting the enemy. As an American general once said: “You do not win a war by dying for your country, but by making the other guys die for their country.” And the way that soldiers have been used in these “meat wave” attacks as they are called is not going to help win the war for Russia. It is simply a level of inhumanity and brutality that has not seen in Russia since Stalin’s time and that most of the world has transcended.

This level of brutality against your own people is in glaring contradiction to this over-inflated sense of Russia’s importance in the world or greatness as an empire. And it is a matter of when a critical mass of the Russian people sees this contradiction and gives up this dream of creating some Russian empire that saves the world from the decadence of the West. And when will that happen? Well, as we have said, there is great movement, great upheaval in the collective consciousness and things are shifting. But when exactly the critical mass will be reached, well, that is something I will not put a date on.

Feeling lonely in Russia (among people lacking basic humanity)

Question: I am a student of the ascended masters and I live in Russia. When I communicate with people close to me, I am sometimes almost shocked to realize how much people do not want to change their beliefs and how they believe Russian propaganda. Although I try to accept free will, it is tough for me to deal with my reaction to the feeling I have and this feeling is loneliness among people. I desire a warm relationship with people around me and I am willing to accept views on various issues. The only thing I cannot reconcile with is my fellow citizens’ lack of basic humanity and their devaluation of life. When I encounter such attitudes, I begin to feel these uncomfortable states of otherness and as a result, loneliness. In addition, I feel and recognize the separate self that sees itself as an opposition, not even to specific people but in general, to the collective consciousness of my compatriots who demonstrate such inhumanity. While I realize that one or more separate selves are projecting these states of alienation from people, loneliness and even opposition onto me, I have not yet been able to deal with them and set myself free of them, which I, as the conscious self very much desire.

I realize I am asking an almost rhetorical question. Still, could the ascended masters give me some recommendations on how to transcend these separate selves that I am now facing and cannot cope with in any way?

Well, I understand that living in Russia in the current situation is very difficult. But you can see any number of other places in the world where spiritual people are in much the same situation, where they feel they cannot communicate with the people around them because they are simply not at the same level of consciousness. If you look beyond the specific situation in Russia, you will see that this is a quite common reaction for spiritual people around the world. There are various things you can do about it.

First of all, you can seek to make contact with other spiritual people, even if you do it over the internet. I know it is not the same as a personal relationship, but still it can help you somewhat. You can, of course, also realize that as an avatar, you can never really feel close to the original inhabitants of the earth. You simply cannot really feel the kind of kinship with them that you could have with the inhabitants of the natural planet you came from.

There are simply certain things you have to accept as you discover the path of Christhood and walk that path. And you have to come to accept that you will not have that kind of close relationship with the original inhabitants, because they are at a lower state of consciousness, they cannot relate to you, as you say, they still do not have the humanity. And especially not the essential humanity that allows them to see that they are more than the kind of human beings they were brought up to see themselves as.

It is almost necessary for a spiritual person to accept that you will have a certain loneliness when it comes to other people. However, it does not mean you have to feel lonely or isolated, because as you resolve these separate selves that are relating to wanting to get something from other people, as you resolve these selves and let them die and give up the idea that you should get something from other people, you can begin to attain more of a connection to your I AM Presence and to the ascended masters.

Now many ascended master students can see that when they were younger, they often felt very lonely, because they felt isolated from the people around them. But as you walk the path, you overcome that sense of loneliness, because you have a greater connection with your I AM Presence. And really, your I AM Presence is the ultimate way, in fact, the only way for you to overcome loneliness. Now, we of the ascended masters can also help you with this, but ultimately, it is connection with, union with, your I AM Presence that will help the Conscious You overcome the sense of being lonely or incomplete. No other people can do this for you. The ascended masters cannot really do it for you in quite the same way as the I AM Presence. But we can, of course, give you a sense of connection and community because you are connected with us. We are your spiritual teachers. And ultimately, some ascended master is your spiritual parent. By working with this, overcoming these selves, often what blocks you is this: You have these selves that make you feel obligated, feel like you should be able to relate to other people, you should have a relationship with them, you should accommodate them, you should be nice to them. Or some other way, you have a belief that you should have a relationship with people that you are not resonating with because you are at a higher level of consciousness than they are.

These are at least some ideas you can begin to contemplate. You can use our tools and teachings to look for whatever selves you have that makes you feel obligated towards the people around you in your society. And then when you come to resolve these selves, you can let go of this and then start to feel that greater connection from within instead of seeking a connection from without. And this will open you up to connecting to your I AM Presence and the ascended masters. And this will help you overcome the sense of being lonely.

End of the War in Ukraine

Question: On the webinar for Ukraine in October 2022, the ascended masters said that the war would not last long and that Putin would not rule for long. But it is already the third year of the war and it is the third year that Ukraine has been brutally bombarded with all kinds of weapons. Putin was re-elected for another six years and started to destroy Ukraine with particular ferocity. When will the conflict end and when will Putin be withdrawn from this embodiment? When will we achieve a world without war? I have been giving invocations against the war in Ukraine for over three years. Although you say not to be attached to the result, I do not have enough physical or moral strength. Could I have chosen such an embodiment for myself?

Answer from the Ascended Master Saint Germain through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2024 Easter webinar.

We did not say that the war definitely would not last long or that Putin definitely would not stay in embodiment for long. We said there was a potential that this could happen. At the time we said it, there was a potential because the war had created a great upheaval in the collective consciousness of Russia which caused many Russians to reconsider their support for Putin. Unfortunately, they did not choose to abandon their support for Putin and therefore, the war is still ongoing because Putin is still in embodiment. And the Russian people have not yet made that shift that allows them to see the fallacy of Putin’s promises and therefore withdraw their support from him.

Now this is a very complex situation and it is not just the Russian people who are part of the equation. It is also the Ukrainian people, who are also in this situation of being, so to speak, forced to decide what kind of a nation do they want. And there are still many Ukrainians, not only in the eastern parts but all over Ukraine, who are in doubt or indifferent about whether it would be better for Ukraine to be under Russia or be an independent country.

There are still some that are doubting whether it would be better for Ukraine to be part of the EU and turn more towards the west. There is not a decisive movement in the Russian population, not a decisive movement in the Ukrainian population.

This could have happened and it looked like it would happen in 2022 but it has not happened yet. This does not mean that it will not happen and it certainly does not mean that Putin will rule for the next six years or that he will stay in embodiment for the next six years. Because there is again great upheaval in the collective consciousness of Russia. And it is in part caused by the ongoing effect of the war, the effect of the sanctions, Russia’s isolation, the suppression from the authorities which gets worse and worse, the economy, the increased interest rates, increased inflation and so forth.

But a major factor has also been the attack in Moscow at the concert. Because what Putin has in a way been promising is that if the Russian people gave him power, he would keep them safe.

And now it has been proven that despite the fact that Putin was warned from abroad that a terrorist attack could happen, he did not take it seriously and he did not protect the people. Many people in Moscow have so far felt that they were isolated from the war, that it did not affect them because most of the soldiers that were sent to Ukraine came from the eastern regions of Russia. They have sort of lived in this bubble and that bubble has now been shattered. It remains to be seen what the effects will be. There is a temporary surge of nationalism but there is also this underlying doubt that Putin can fulfill his promises. And it is a matter of where does this go until it tips that balance.

Now as I said, this situation is complex. It is not just Ukraine and Russia but also the rest of the world. And you see, for example, in the United States where there is now this division again of whether to support Ukraine and how this is playing out in the Republican Party between those who are the blind followers of Trump and those who are real traditional Republicans who naturally would support Ukraine against Russia. Again, there are lessons to be learned there and where does the consciousness shift?

Then there is the entire continent of Europe where again, even though there was initially a very united response from Europe, there is still some division, there is still some lack of clarity of what the European response will be. Now you see the beginning of voices that say the only way to prevent a war with Russia is to make ourselves ready to win it so that Russia does not dare attack. And again, it is a matter of where this goes. And when does Europe come to the point where they can take a higher response, a more unified response to this conflict?

Then there is the rest of the world where other countries also are being initiated. How will they respond to this? Will they allow a large country like Russia to attack another country and they will just sit by and pretend like it is not happening? Or will they take a stand and say: This is not the kind of world we live in? In other words, when will we achieve a world without war? Well, when a critical mass of people and a critical mass of nations decide that war is no longer acceptable to them. That war is not an acceptable means to achieve an end.

As to whether you could personally have chosen this embodiment, well, yes, you did. It is part of your Divine plan to be in the situation you are in. And you need to discover what are the lessons you wanted to learn? What is the psychology you can transcend? And what is the higher aspects of your Divine plan? Nobody is forced to be in embodiment. There is always some level of choice. It is natural that you forget this as you come into embodiment. But nevertheless, you did choose and by discovering the reason why you chose, you can overcome the burden that you are feeling right now. It is understandable that you are feeling this burden. I am not in any way blaming you. I am simply saying that it is possible to overcome it.

In terms of how long the war will go on, well, you cannot put a date on something like this. You can give the hope that it will not last for that long. But you cannot put a date on it because as I said, there are so many delicate factors that play into this equation. But certainly, one of the big factors will be that the Russian people begin to ask themselves, can Putin fulfill his promise? And one of the promises that he made was that if they gave him power, he would keep them safe. Well, now many people in Moscow have realized that he may not be able to fulfill that promise.

But people could also start asking themselves: Well, is anyone safe in Putin’s Russia? Are they safe from external attacks? But are they safe from Putin and the suppression of the population that gets worse and worse and worse? Can anyone feel safe? Or are you working your way back towards the situation under Stalin’s Red Terror, where nobody could feel safe? And does the Russian population once again want to experience a situation where nobody is safe from their own government? Now another promise that Putin made was that if you give me power, I will stay out of your normal everyday lives.

But again, many people are beginning to doubt whether he can fulfill that promise because first of all, the war and the international sanctions are beginning to affect people’s everyday lives. The suppression of their freedoms is beginning to affect their lives, but also look at how the rhetoric has changed. After over two years of calling this the ridiculous term of a “special military operation”, they have now started, the Kremlin has started to use the term war. This means that at any moment now, the Russian government could decide to close the borders so nobody can leave Russia. And they could have a general mobilization where all men within a certain age range would be drafted into the army and sent to Ukraine. Is this not a gross interference with people’s everyday lives and with their safety? Certainly, the many tens of thousands of people who have been killed as cannon fodder in Ukraine would think it was not fulfilling the promise to keep them safe.

Archangel Michael’s invocation for protection

Question: Question about invocation for protection. At the Korean conference, Archangel Michael said he could not interfere in our lives and protect us as we had thought for many years – magical thinking. What kind of power does the invocation have for protection and does it make sense to give it?

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2024 Easter webinar.

It is not correct to say that Archangel Michael cannot protect you. What we have said consistently over the years is that we cannot protect you against your free-will choices. This means that you can invoke Archangel Michael’s protection to protect you against say a specific entity, such as tobacco or alcohol. But if you have a subconscious self or several subconscious selves that make you attached to drinking alcohol for example, then Archangel Michael cannot protect you against that because it is a free-will choice.

But by giving the invocation, he can protect you against other lower forces that you are not voluntarily inviting into your force field. In order to get the full protection, you need to look at whether you have ties to such forces and whether you have an attachment to them—a subconscious self that actually invites them into your force field. And then you need to resolve that self and then the protection will work also for these entities.

In other words, if you are not voluntarily inviting an entity into your being, it may still project at you, especially if it had a hold on you before. Let’s say you have invited the alcohol entity into your being. Now you resolve this and you choose with your free will that you do not want this in your being. But still the collective alcohol entity will attempt to project at you the desire to drink alcohol. And this is where once you have resolved the self that invited the entity inside your energy field, Archangel Michael can then protect you from these projections.

There are, of course, when you invoke Archangel Michael, many forces that he can protect you against. But if you have a specific force, as I said, that you are inviting in because of a subconscious self, then Archangel Michael cannot override your free will. And it is your responsibility to uncover that attachment, that subconscious self, and use your free will to let it die.

Kryon and other beings from the mental level

Question: I do not admire beings like Kryon, however the masters have said that Kryon is a highly advanced lifestream. (Kim’s comment: That I do not actually think is correct. I do not remember them saying that, not with these words at least.) Why does Kryon need to milk energy from the ones in embodiment? Have these beings exhausted their limit of being in the higher octaves and refuse to move on?

Well, there are indeed beings who channel through people in embodiment from the mental realm. And there is quite a number of those in the mental realm, who are attempting to get energy, get attention from people in embodiment. This does not mean they are necessarily fallen beings, malicious beings, but they are, as you have said, not willing to move on beyond a certain level. There are beings who can develop a certain ability to use the mental mind to come up with these seemingly sophisticated, complicated teachings.

And ideally, they should use their advancement of this mental mind to rise to the identity level and eventually move on to the spiritual. But if they refuse to do this, they can get stuck. And therefore, you can say that they are still evolved to a certain level of mastery of the mental realm. But they can be cut off from the flow of energy because they are not willing to grow. Therefore, they attempt to get energy from people in embodiment by channeling these very sophisticated, intellectual, mental messages. The only way you can really expose this is by reading the vibration and the intent behind it.

But you can also learn with the rational mind to sense when something is just a little too mental, a little too intellectual, a little too rational and recent.

Do all beings in the higher octaves receive energy from the spiritual realm?

Question: Can the ascended masters clarify which inhabitants of the upper three octaves do not receive energy from above and why? Some lifestreams do not need to incarnate physically. There are fallen beings among them. Some co-creators reside in those octaves between embodiments. Do they all have access to energy from the spiritual realm?

Well, basically you can say that those who do not receive light from above are those who have gone below the 48th level of consciousness and therefore, do not see themselves as connected beings, they have gone into separation and duality and therefore, become more self-centered and selfish. There are beings who are in these emotional, mental and identity levels who are in that category.

There are also those who are in between embodiments who are not below the 48th level and then there are some beings that were not originally created to take physical embodiment but to start at, for example, the emotional level, work their way up after having served there or in the mental or the identity realm. Those are still receiving light from above if they have not gone into the selfish state of consciousness.

And of course, as we have explained, they are also fallen beings in the three realms and they, of course, are not receiving light from above either.

Body work and the light from the masters

Question: I am a master of osteopathic massage for the face and body. Before each session I invoke the help of Mother Mary, Jesus and Archangel Michael for myself and my clients. During head massages I often see a column or stream of light which can be white, blue, purple, gold or a combination of colors. I assumed it was the light that Mother Mary gave to my clients through me. Is this light from Mother Mary and is it given to a specific person? Or is it just a light that is not intended for someone? Or is it not a stream of light but just my imagination? If the light flows from Mother Mary, what does it mean? And what can I do to strengthen this light?

It is always safe to assume that when you are an ascended master student, when you are walking your spiritual path and when you invoke the presence of ascended masters, we will radiate light through you, so it is not your imagination. It is not necessarily just a general light that streams through you. It is directed towards the person that you are working with, so that we can help that specific person heal in whatever way it is possible.

You need to recognize that what we are talking about for all of our spiritual students is that you find some way to help others as part of your Divine plan, whatever is specified in your specific Divine plan. And when you do this and you tune into us and become the open door and invoke our presence in whatever activity you are doing, then we will work through you in however way we can. We might radiate light in certain situations, we might give you ideas, words or images that can help you express something that benefits other people. It is simply that you need to recognize that when you are students, when you are sincerely walking the path, we will work through you as you are able to be the open door.

In order to increase the light, use our teachings and tools to resolve psychology and strive to become neutral so you do not have an intent of wanting to heal the person or wanting to be famous or wanting to have recognition, but you are as neutral as possible. That way we can radiate more light and a more pure form of light through you.

Moving away (psychologically) from your home country

Question: For the last 25 years, I have lived among people who practice black magic and have been constantly in contact with them. I understood that this is part of my Divine plan. For an extended period, I was surrounded by a folk healer. I was in her egregore, whom the employees of the authorities and law enforcement also turned to. As a result, I was under the supervision of these structures. I managed to get out of it and moved to a village where it turned out there were lots of bros, such as in the mafia, who also began to follow me openly. They installed a wire on my phone and in my car. Nevertheless, I have been working on my psychology by myself for seven years. I came back to God practically from the gates of hell. For these seven years, they have tried to expel me from the village repeatedly through black magic, which involves even death curses.

Despite all that, I am ready and want to manifest Christhood. But how can I do that under such control? After all, they can control the people I will communicate with, and I already know how they can get something out of someone using violence. I am also worried about the ascended master students in Russia because I subscribe to the related social net groups and a telegram group, and they can see the other students there. How can the students of the ascended masters coexist near the power structures when the state is moving towards totalitarianism? And these structures ban the teachings of the ascended masters given through Kim in Russia, and what calls should be made because the power in the country uses black magic to control the population.

Well, certainly you can use our decrees and invocations to call for the judgment and the binding of these dark forces behind such people. But this is something you need to decide intuitively whether this is the best use of your time. In terms of how you can coexist as ascended master students, well, you need to decide this on an individual basis. You do not need to be concerned about the authorities discovering ascended master students because of your membership, because they can monitor whatever they want to monitor regardless.

What you need to decide personally is how long you will want to keep yourself in this kind of environment. What are you hoping to get out of it, or would it not be more constructive at some point to simply move from this environment? There is a not uncommon trend that spiritual people can reach a certain level of their path where in order to move on they need to move to a different physical environment. It is even said that the Buddha said that: “Moving from your home country is accomplishing half the Dharma.” I am not saying that all of you need to move from your home country, but you need to at least move from it in your psychology, in your mind, so that you transcend whatever the culture is in your local area.

And the question you can always ask yourself is, if this is part of your Divine plan, what are you thinking you can get out of it? Is it to help other people and reform other people? Or is it that you yourself are meant to transcend something? We have often said that you can place yourself in a certain environment in order to force yourself to deal with some unresolved issues in your own psychology. Because in this environment, it becomes difficult to ignore them. But when you have learned that lesson and transcended that psychology, then it might be necessary for you to move on so you can fulfill the higher aspects of your Divine plan.

I still feel defined by my birth trauma, what can I do?

Question: I have practiced the teachings of the ascended masters for over 10 years. I feel that I am making progress, experiencing significant shifts and overcoming negative attachments and self-destructive emotional reactions. That allows me to put more time into studying the teachings than before. Despite all of my attempts to use the books on spiritual trauma, I still feel defined by the birth trauma of the primal self. I have studied the masters teachings given before and after that many times and want to ask how I can best apply those teachings. Should I give again the invocation for freedom from your birth trauma and the other invocations in that series of books or should I focus on earlier teachings while participating in the current vigils? Are there any recommendations you could give me?

Well, as we have said before, whenever you are in a situation like this it is because there is something you have not seen. You need to look at what you have done so far and try to do something different. When I say do something different, I do not mean that you give particular invocations, read particular books or participate in vigils. I mean that you attempt to shift your perspective. It is not a matter of what you are doing, it is a matter of what you are seeing or rather not seeing. So if you have the same mindset that doing the outer things, the outer rituals will automatically produce the change, then that is what you need to shift. You need to realize that it is not a matter of blindly doing the outer things. You need to be willing to look at yourself, look at your own state of consciousness, look at how you view yourself. We have given teachings on this, even in the book “Healing Your Spiritual Traumas” and other teachings. But so far you have not seen them because you have not realized that you need to shift your perception. And this will not happen automatically. It will happen only by you consciously looking at your attitude, looking at your approach. And you can use the teachings to help you, but it is not a matter of understanding it intellectually. It is a matter of studying a teaching until you really see what is being said and therefore you shift your consciousness.

I am realizing that this is not the answer you are hoping for. Many people are not willing to make that shift, but it is the only way to overcome these traumas. The whole idea of these traumas, as we have said, is you were in a situation that was unbearable. You created the subconscious selves to push the situation away from the conscious awareness so you could still live psychologically, survive psychologically. And this was necessary because you were at a lower state of consciousness when you were exposed to the trauma. But now that you have risen to a higher level of consciousness, you are ready to start looking at what you have not looked at. But this requires you to be willing to see something you have not seen before. And you have subconscious selves that resist this and therefore you need to look for those selves. Ask for our help. Use the teachings. Try to see what you have not seen. Many people have done this. What one has done, all can do. But you have to be willing to see what your subconscious selves do not want you to see. And that means being willing to question your entire approach to the spiritual path, your approach to yourself, your approach to life on earth.

It can be done. I know it is not easy, but it can be done because I have done it and ascended masters have done it and ascended master students have done it. You may benefit from communicating with other students and see what helped them.

Yulia Navalny: a new leader for Russia?

Question: Alexei Navalny knew the risk of returning to the country and willingly sacrificed himself. Did his death benefit Russia in the long run? Does his wife, Yulia Navalny, have a chance to become a leader for Russia like her husband? Is it true that he is the first person in the world to try to change the existing system from below and partially succeeded? After all, regime change usually happens when others replace some elites. Does Navalny’s experience have significant global importance for the world and Russia?

As I said in the answer to another question, Navalny had a higher level of consciousness than the current Russian leadership, but not really a high enough level to bring Russia into the golden age. This is out-pictured in the fact that he went back to Russia and allowed himself to be imprisoned, which he knew was going to happen, and he knew that eventually he would be killed. He could have done more by staying outside of Russia and forming an opposition abroad. But because of his lack of balance, he chose to do what led to his death. His wife is not really at a level of consciousness where she could bring Russia much further, and there needs to be leaders that will emerge who are able to do this.

They are in embodiment, but they cannot emerge until there is a shift in the collective consciousness that brings down the Putin government, because the people see the fallacy of the claims made by Putin, and they lose their trust in him. And as Jesus said, they are willing to begin to make their own decisions and see through these lies that they have been programmed to believe by the propaganda machine.

Implicit in your question is that in the collective consciousness of most Russians, there is still this belief that there will be one person who will lead Russia to greatness. And what is needed is, as we have also explained, that a majority of the people in Russia reach that level of being willing to contact the Christ mind within themselves and know what is real and unreal. They also need to manifest that basic humanity and begin to accept the higher levels of humanity, the essential humanity of their potential to grow. This is what happened in the democratic countries.

There may have been one person who was the forerunner for a shift, but it really only happened because there was a shift in the collective. This whole idea, which goes very far back in Russia, that there is one person who is the ultimate leader for Russia, is precisely the illusion that blocks Russia from entering the golden age consciousness. As long as Russians, the majority of Russians are in this state of consciousness, Russia cannot enter the golden age.

It is not correct that Navalny is the first person to try to change the system from below. Many people have attempted to do this. And that is why you see that some democratic nations actually made the transition to democracy without a bloody revolution like you saw in the French Revolution or the Bolshevik Revolution. That was because there were people that changed the system from below. And therefore, there came a point where the collective consciousness has shifted enough that the power elite could see that they needed to give up some of their power. There are many, many examples of this around the world. What you need to realize is that the Russian population, the majority of them, are truly living in a bubble, in a veil of illusions where they are so centered on Russia that they think that the rest of the universe and the rest of the planet either conforms to their vision or should conform to it. But Russia is not the center of the universe. It is not the center of earth. It is not the savior of earth. Neither is any other country. Some countries have realized this. The majority of the people have realized it. Others have not yet. But Russia will not move into the golden age until the Russian people overcome this focus on Russia’s greatness.

And unfortunately, this is what will give Russia and the Russian population some very hard knocks in the coming years. It could happen by them simply looking at the fact that Russians have a much lower standard of living than most other countries. Look at the way many Russians live. No indoor plumbing, no electricity, no running water, living in old Soviet-era apartment buildings that are run down and barely functioning. Look at the level of freedom they have, or rather do not have, of how they are so oppressed by their own government, much more than most other nations. This should enable people, if they were willing to look at it, to see that Russia cannot save the world when it hasn’t saved itself, when it hasn’t raised itself to a higher level. The entire idea that Russia is somehow ahead of the democratic nations is just fiction. How can Russia save the world from those who have a higher level of consciousness than the Russians? Unfortunately, many people are not willing to make this simple observation. And that is why now with the war starting, Russia is in a downward spiral that simply must end with the knocks becoming so hard that the Russian people are willing to say: “This cannot go on. We cannot continue blindly following Putin and the people around him. This war must stop because it is not in the interest of Russia and it is not in the interest of the Russian people.”

And the question is, how hard do the knocks have to become before a majority of the people shift? I have no answer to that question.

Alexei Navalny’s death and judgment upon the Russian power elite

Question: Some time ago, one of the most prominent leaders of the Russian opposition, Alexei Navalny, was tortured in a Russian prison. His death shocked many spiritual people in Russia. I feel like his life-stream was at a high level of consciousness and was striving, yet not in a sufficiently balanced way, to fulfill its mission to serve and uplift life. In the early teachings, the ascended masses said that the violent death of a life-stream at a high level of consciousness at the hands of the fallen beings could bring judgment upon them. Is that fair to Alexei Navalny? Can his death bring judgment upon the part of the Russian power elite? Can his death also increase the karmic consequences for all Russians who did almost nothing to defend him?

Well, it is correct that whenever a force-based regime uses the ultimate force and kills somebody, there is a certain judgment upon those who are making the decision and who are executing it. And although Navalny was at a higher level of consciousness than most of the current Russian leaders, he was still trapped in a very nationalist view of Russia. And therefore, even if you imagine a situation where he had become the president of Russia, he still would not really have been able to bring Russia decisive steps towards the golden age. It would have been better than the current leadership, but he was not at a high enough level of consciousness to transcend the Russian collective consciousness’ focus on itself and itself as an important nation as the savior of the world. As we have said before, Russia needs to make a transition where it begins to see itself as an equal among nations, instead of being somehow superior.

A relationship with a partner who resists growth

Question: I have a question for the masters, I live in a Muslim culture, and it is very hard to meet a partner who can go beyond the culture or religion. I met a partner who initially was open to the teachings, and he seemed to already have transcended many things, even going beyond many aspects of Islam. But when the point came of questioning Muhammad or the Quran as not being infallible, this is where he could not go beyond this and just stopped his growth from the outside, although he may be growing from the inside and processing things. I do not know that. It is very difficult to have a relationship with such a mindset. Is it possible to be in a relationship with a Muslim or Christian or whatever outer religion where the partner is not willing to transcend certain ideas and at the same time walk the path to Christhood to the fullest? Is it possible to only have the practical aspects of the companionship while pursuing the path independently but not opening such subjects with the partner? I feel this is one of these dilemmas on this difficult dense planet that I cannot wrap my head around, because I feel it is important for the other partner to also plunge into the River of Life, and I feel my outer mind is going in circles regarding this issue.

It is difficult to give one unequivocal answer to such a question. There could of course be cases where it is simply a matter of giving the partner time to grow, but those are relatively few, and in most cases what will happen is that when you have a partner who is committed to spiritual growth and another partner who is resisting it because he or she is holding on to certain beliefs, then there will eventually come a certain conflict in a relationship, because as you go higher on the path your growth will become a threat to the other person who will feel that you are making progress and he or she is not, who will feel the greater distance, the greater contrast, and therefore the person’s ego will act out and the person will often become an open door for lower forces to use that person to stop your growth.

This has happened to many ascended master students who had partners who were not in a spiritual teaching and who were not growing spiritually. The difficulty here is that there are of course exceptions, there are cases where after some time the partner overcame a certain hump and started to grow. It is understandable that with your outer mind you cannot make this decision, but you do not have to make it with the outer mind. You have to tune into your intuition and sense what is in your Divine Plan. Is it in your Divine Plan to help this person, this particular person, or does your Divine Plan involve things that go beyond this person and is meant to help other people, possibly transform your culture? If the latter is the case, do you really want to be tied to a person who might prevent you from fulfilling the higher aspects of your Divine Plan? Or do you simply need to say, well this is as far as I am willing to go with this relationship and therefore, I need to express this to my partner and let him or her decide?

Not in the sense that you demand something of the partner, but that you simply express how you feel about the relationship and what you are willing to do and not willing to do. But what you need to realize also is that when you have a situation, any situation where you feel like your outer mind is going in circles, then it is because you have not truly considered what you want. In other words, there is a division in your being that is caused by separate selves. There are some separate selves that are pulling on you to stay in the relationship because you have a certain view of what a relationship should be like in your culture. Perhaps it even goes beyond the culture and goes back to past lifetimes.

You need to clarify, who are you, what kind of relationship do you really want? Because the moment you overcome the division about relationships where you feel obligated to do something or to have a certain kind of relationship or to give the other person a certain leeway, the moment you overcome the division, you will have a clear intuitive sense that is beyond your outer mind. And then it is possible that your partner will sense this and will therefore make a decision to step up to a higher level of the path. And it is possible that your partner will decide not to go up higher. And then it is quite possible that the situation will change. You will either leave the relationship, you will meet someone else that can fulfil your desires for a relationship that you have now clarified. You see, many times you have people, even spiritual people, who have what in previous dispensations was called a karmic attraction to others.

For example, you can see two people who meet in a spiritual movement, and they instantly feel this very big sexual attraction to each other. And they think that because of the attraction, they are meant to have a relationship that they might think they can have a special relationship. But in many cases, it is because they have karma with each other, and they have a desire to balance the karma. But the thing is, you may have karma with other people, but it does not mean you have to have a relationship with them in order to balance the karma. You can still do this by learning the lesson, transforming your consciousness, making calls for transmuting the energy.

You have to be careful that you do not feel an attraction to a person, and you think you have to have a relationship with that person. And that is why it is important to clarify, what view of relationship do you have from this and past lifetimes, what sense of obligation? And you can use the tool of centering in your heart, thinking about a certain aspect of a relationship and feeling whether it raises your energy or lowers your energy. Do you feel this limits you? Do you feel a sense of dread? And you have to take this on a simple obligation, or it can be no other way. Then it comes from a separate self. And you are not going to increase your growth by allowing yourself to be pulled into a relationship by these separate selves. You need to then look at the selves, flush them out, and let them go. And then you overcome the division in your psyche concerning relationships. And you will see clearly what to do about your present relationship, and you will attract other relationships to you. Whenever you feel that your outer mind is going in circles, it is because you are lacking clarity. Look for the selves that are pulling you in different directions, lowering your energies, making you feel obligated or a sense of dread. Resolve those selves, and you will have greater clarity. And in some cases, a situation will change, and suddenly another person will appear in your life that you can have a higher relationship with.

How to break free from the possession

Question: I have been possessed by an entity for years. After tuning with the Christ within, that evening in bed a being grabbed my heart hard. I thought it was Jesus and did not resist, but it was the possessing entity impersonating Jesus. I was a beginner in the ascended master teachings at that time, so I did not have enough discernment. I had been asking Archangel Michael and Elohim Astrea to free me from the possession for years. I realized that I had a separate self that wanted to be special or to have special abilities, so I extinguished it. I reflected on whether I had made a pact with the devil and concluded that I had not, although it may have happened in a past life. Even so, I declared that I am breaking that contract. I dissipated the separate self or spirit that did not want me to make my own decisions, and I vowed to take responsibility for myself. Why is it that despite all my efforts, my prayers are not being answered? What more do I need to do? I really want to get out of this School of Hard Knocks. I want to achieve consciousness growth. Dear ascended masters, please help me to break free from the possession.

As we have said many times, giving decrees and invocations or praying to the ascended masters cannot work against your free will. You need to consider that a possessing entity cannot possess you against your free will. This may not be a conscious decision on your part. You may not have consciously invited the entity in, but you came to a point, most likely in a past life, where you were at a low point, you felt you were suffering, and you felt that this was forced upon you by external circumstances, and you did not want to take full responsibility for yourself and your own state of mind. This possessing entity offered you an advantage, that if you allowed it into your mind, it would make certain decisions for you, so you did not have to make those decisions yourself and take full responsibility for yourself. And in order to be free of the possessing entity, you need to use the teachings and tools to discover the subconscious self or selves that cause you not to want to take responsibility and make decisions, and when you let those go, then the entity must leave and will leave, because then your calls and prayers to the ascended masters will work.

You need to consider this very carefully. And I recommend that you use the book healing your spiritual traumas and use the tools in there to try and uncover these selves that for many people who are possessed go back to the birth trauma. And when you see the self, when you see the illusion, when you decide that you are willing to take full responsibility for yourself, then the entity cannot stay in your force field.

President Macron and Putin

Question: In this time, when the French president appears to provoke and antagonize the government of Vladimir Putin on a regular basis, creating conditions for war with Russia, how can we as your direct students participate in the masters’ plan for dealing with this situation?

What you can do as ascended master students is what we have already talked about, give the invocations and decrees, raise your consciousness, hold the vision. Now I would not agree with the assessment that the French president is antagonizing the Russian government and creating the conditions for war with Russia, because what actually caused Russia to invade Ukraine was a miscalculation on the part of Putin and those people who support him and who are either in the same state of consciousness as he is in or do not have the courage to contradict him.

They had gotten themselves into this state of mind, which you have heard them express any number of times, and you still hear them say that the West is weak, the West is decadent, the West is divided. And they never imagined that the West would respond the way they have done to the invasion of Ukraine. And they are still thinking that one day they will be tired of it. And one day they will take over Ukraine. And some of them are still thinking that this will be a springboard to go further with a plan that Putin envisioned of recreating the Russian Empire. They still think that the West is weak and therefore Ukraine will fall. And this will mean that they can take other territories. And what the French president and others, other leaders are doing is an attempt to counteract this illusion on the part of the Russian leadership by making it clear that the West is not divided, the West is united, at least in Europe, against Russian aggression. And that further Russian aggression will be met with the only kind of response that the Russian leadership understands, namely, a clear and undivided response.

The Russian leadership are in a state of mind right now where they only respect force and strength. They started the war in Ukraine because they thought the West was weak. And the only way to stop them from taking over Ukraine and continuing their conquest is to demonstrate to them that the West is not weak. It is as, for example, the German leader has said that the only way to prevent a war is to demonstrate that you are ready to fight it. I am not saying that this is the highest outcome. This is obviously not my vision for the golden age. But given the current situation and the decisions made by the Putin government, it is the only response that can prevent an escalation of Russia’s conquest. And that is why, of course, even though the situation is not ideal, it is simply a practical reality that if the West appears to be divided, then Russia will seek to exploit this. And that is why it is a severe miscalculation by Donald Trump and the Republican Party to signal that they are not behind the support of Ukraine. It is a severe miscalculation. And it is an enormous karma that is being made by the people who are creating this seeming division in the Western response to Russian aggression, because it can only lead to further Russian aggression. And that is what could lead to a large scale war.

Now you will notice that the West has said that they are not seeking to attack Russia. But Russia has repeatedly said that the war is not an aggression, but a defensive war. Because Putin is trying to portray the image that if he had not attacked Ukraine, the West would have attacked Russia. But just ask yourself a simple question. Even though Russian production of weapons and ammunition has increased over the last year, there was a point at the end of 2022 where Russia’s stockpiles of weapons and soldiers was at a very low point. If NATO had had active plans to attack Russia, there would never have been a better point to attack Russia than in 2022 or early 2023. And the very fact that NATO did not attack Russia when they were tied up in Ukraine proves that NATO does not have any active plans to threaten or attack Russia. NATO was of course created in order to stop Russian aggression. I am saying Russian because the Soviet Union was led by Russia. There is really no way from the perspective of the Christ mind that you can construe what Russia is doing as anything but aggression.

It is aggression. It is not defensive. It is the typical response of a dictator who has attained all power in his country, but still cannot solve the country’s problems and therefore must have an outer enemy that he can blame for the fact that he cannot solve the country’s problems. You will see if you look at the French president that he started out saying that we should not humiliate Putin, we should give him a way out. But now he has changed and realized that this was not a realistic scenario. And I am not saying that I approve of everything that the French president stands for. But how often do you see a world leader who is willing to change course and thereby implicitly admit that he was wrong before? This deserves a certain amount of credit.

OOBE and the experience of knowing all

Question: Many people who have had near-death experiences say that they go into this totally positive place where they meet the Creator God, and suddenly they know everything that is, ever was and ever will be. This sort of feels off to me. It sort of implies that if I already know everything, what more self-transcendence is there? I feel like people describe the outer body experience this way, because it is such a massive contrast from their earthly experience. Can the masters give me their perspective?

Well, you need to understand here that a near-death experience is an experience where the person steps outside of its normal state of consciousness. There are, of course, many ways that you can step outside your normal state of consciousness, which is what many spiritual tools and techniques are meant to achieve. But for some people, they cannot do this unless they have the death of their physical body, because only then are their minds freed from identification with the body.

What this shows you is that most of the people who have a near-death experience have a clear attachment to the body, which means they are not at a particularly high level of consciousness. Because then you can step outside your normal state of experience, or state of consciousness, without the death of the body.

Where a person goes after the death of the body, whether it is temporary in a near-death experience or the permanent death, is determined by the person’s level of consciousness. And what you experience there is determined by your level of consciousness. Now, some people go into seeing visions of hell as a result of a near-death experience, and others experience what they call visions of heaven. And there are some that experience what they call the Creator God, but it is not what we call the Creator. It is this mental image that is created in the lower identity realm of this all-knowing, all-good God, such as you see in the monotheistic religions. And the purpose of this is really to give them a contrast to their normal level of awareness.

The question is whether they will use it that way, use it to transcend their level of consciousness as some do, or whether they will use it to validate the beliefs they held, such as, for example, their Christian beliefs, their belief in the Christian image of God. As a spiritual person, you can be inspired by near-death experiences, but you cannot take everything that these people experience, or what they say about it, literally. Now, you are correct in your observation that the reason why people feel like they know everything, is that it is such a contrast to their normal limited state of consciousness. It is possible to contact the higher identity realm, or the lower identity realm, and experience beings who have a much broader consciousness than people have on earth. And this can give you the impression that these beings know everything, because they know much more, and they see much more than you do on earth. But no one knows everything, not even the Creator, as we have explained that free will is the ultimate law.

And free will cannot be predicted, or it would not be free will. What you see in some of these people is that they have accepted this false image of God that Maitreya talked about—the all-powerful, all-knowing, all-good God, that supposedly is in control of everything. But as Maitreya explained, that God does not exist in reality, but only as a collectively created entity that people have fed their energy into for a long time.

No one knows everything. Of course, as an ascended master, you have a much broader perspective. And you can know many, many things. I as an ascended master, if I really want to know how Alpha and Omega at the highest level of the world of form, what they know about a certain topic, then I can raise my consciousness and contact them, and therefore experience what they experience. But even they, of course, do not know the future in detail. They may be able to see certain trends and project. And you could say, of course, that the Creator knows that ultimately all spheres will ascend.

But how long that takes and exactly how it unfolds, it is not possible to know because of free will. But again, you can always say that for people at a certain level of consciousness, even these near-death experiences have a certain value in potentially opening people’s minds to the fact that there is much more to know about life than what you know here on earth, even in the outer religions or scientific materialism or political ideologies.

We can say that many people think, because they have this religion that is the ultimate truth, that they know everything that is important to know. And it can be valuable for such people to experience that they do not know everything and that there is much more to know. Of course, you can say that nobody who is in embodiment on earth and who has a near-death experience and comes back can actually know everything because, how could the limited awareness that you have, know literally everything? It can only have a sense of an expanded consciousness where you feel like you know everything, you know so much more than what you know when you are in embodiment.

And this can then give you a valuable perspective that can potentially help you expand your consciousness and open your mind to new knowledge, which has happened to many people who have had a near-death experience and many people who have read about them.

Self-administered EMDR: Is it safe?

Question: Beloved Mother Mary, I have self-administered EMDR, which is a therapeutic technique, guided only by a therapist video on YouTube. I have achieved great results with this as my subconscious mind incredibly leads me to clarity and sometimes even closure, so I believe. The only problem is having to deal with mild anxiety, which can disrupt my sleep. Brain spotting is now a branch of EMDR. Is it also a great tool? Is it valuable to use in combination with EMDR? Can these tools be safely and effectively self-administered, despite some anxiety as a side effect? If so, would you still recommend getting help from a professional for better results?

Kim Michaels: And then there is a question that continues with some other system, which I do not know anything about. I do not sense they can comment on that through me at this point. But Mother Mary will comment on the other one.

The question is whether using the EMDR technique based on a YouTube video is something I recommend. Well, I am not saying it cannot give you results. But if you experience side effects such as anxiety, then you should consider finding a therapist that can help you do this. Because EMDR is not a technique that is meant to be used without being in the context of talk therapy. It should be used by a therapist who has talked to you, who knows you, and who can work with you and see whatever effects come up. In general, I recommend that you do this with a therapist. But this is not to say that you cannot do it yourself, but you need to be careful then. And if you have side effects that are negative, then stop doing it. Of course, I recommend you also use decrees and invocations, especially for spiritual protection in conjunction with any kind of therapy, whether you have a therapist or attempt to do it yourself.

How psychedelics affect the three higher bodies

Question: Beloved Masters, I ask you to tell what happens to the three upper bodies of a person and his consciousness when he takes various psychedelic plants and mushrooms. How dangerous for progressive spiritual growth are such experiences and substances that enter the human body? It seems to me that such practices are an attempt to take heaven by force.

Answer from Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2024 Easter webinar.

Kim Michaels. Well, I actually do not sense the masters want to comment on it because they have commented on this before and have said that they do not recommend it. You have to understand something very simple here. The ascended masters are not trying to judge or condemn or put down anybody. They are always trying to give a message that helps people grow. They know that there is an awful lot of people since the 1960s and even today who have taken various kinds of drugs, psychedelics or whatever. And they do not want to in any way discourage these people from embracing the true path and walking the path. They are not trying to say that if you have taken drugs, you cannot make your ascension.

They would never say something like that. And I do not actually think that is the case either. But it is clear that it has an effect on the identity, mental, and emotional bodies. Especially the emotional body, it can, you know, the conscious mind has the function of evaluating what you allow to come into your force field. And when you sort of neutralize the conscious mind by taking drugs, you become more open especially at the emotional level. There are many people that have opened themselves up to these lower entities by taking drugs or alcohol. But there are of course many other activities that can do the same thing. What the masters want people to understand is that by sincerely walking the path you can overcome these effects. It is not something that is irreparable. But of course, you know, you cannot take the teachings of the ascended masters, study the teachings and apply the invocations and decrees, and keep thinking that you can continue to take drugs or drink alcohol.

If you really want to make your ascension, you have to give up everything on earth including these substances. I mean, it is just, you know, there comes a point where you have to make a choice. Clearly it has an effect. Clearly it is not helping you grow. But it is not like you cannot overcome it. But of course, at some point you just have to stop. It just has to be enough and you have to decide what it is you want. Do you want to ascend, or do you want to continue having embodiments where you explore what these physical substances can do to the physical body and brain.

And it is true that there are people who use these substances to try to take heaven by force because they think that if they have some experience that is beyond their normal level of consciousness, that is the same as spiritual growth. But it is not because an experience does not necessarily raise your level of consciousness on a long-term basis. You raise the level of consciousness by resolving the psychology, seeing the illusions, getting rid of these separate selves.

And you can have any kind of experience. Even a genuine mystical experience that is not based on drugs is not the same as raising your consciousness. It can be an impetus or frame of reference for raising your consciousness. But it is not automatically going to raise your consciousness.

Buddhism, death, and the outer path

Question: I have an important question that, to Buddhists, is somewhat similar in scale to Christians incorrectly thinking they would be saved if they accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior. So to me, it is crucial that I hear directly from the ascended masters to clear this up. The ascended masters teach that one’s level of consciousness determines where one goes after death. Is this the only factor, or does one’s accumulated positive/negative karma matter too? Also, there are teachings in the Buddhist sutras that do not include consciousness as a factor to be reborn in a Buddhakshetra, be reborn as a deva, or avoid going to the lower realms. For example, it is taught therein, one could accomplish such if one or one’s dead relative makes offerings to particular buddhas/bodhisattvas, recite sutras or mantras, copy sutras, or keep a buddha’s name in mind. Please help me resolve this.

Answer from the Ascended Master Gautama Buddha through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2024 Easter webinar.

There are various teachings in Buddhism that have deviated from the original teachings that I gave and this has happened because, as we have now explained, Jesus and Maitreya in such great depth, that even when a teaching is given from the one mind then people who are trapped in the conceptual self in separation will superimpose their concepts upon the teaching and will believe that the teaching has validated their concepts.

No teaching has ever been exempt from this and no teaching ever will. There were people who were at a fairly low level of consciousness and with a low level of consciousness, I mean that they believed in the illusion of an external savior and an external path to salvation. This is why to this day many Buddhists believe that taking these outer measures of making offerings, or reciting sutras, or spinning prayer wheels will secure them a better place in the hereafter however they conceive of it. And it is indeed similar to Christians believing that declaring Jesus to be your Lord and Savior, or going to confession, or lighting a candle, or saying prayers, or rosaries will automatically get you to heaven. It is the outer path, the dream of the automatic path. And it is of course not what I taught 2500 years ago, nor what any true spiritual teacher has ever taught.

But what we run into here is that 2500 years ago, the collective consciousness was much lower, people’s understanding of the world was much lower and especially people’s understanding of the psyche or consciousness was much lower than it is today. There was a limit to what teachings could be given at the time. Just as you will see that Jesus, even though he indirectly talked about changing consciousness and changing psychology, he could not really give the kind of teachings we are giving today.

So no, it is not correct that doing these outer measures will get you into a better afterlife. What does determine your afterlife is indeed your level of consciousness and this is not an outer mechanical thing. How does consciousness relate to karma, accumulated positive or negative karma? Well, as we have now explained in several contexts, karma is an expression of your consciousness in a sense that what causes you to take a certain action that creates karma, it is the level of consciousness you have that determines how you react to situations on earth. If you kill somebody that creates karma, yes, but why did you kill somebody? Because you were at a certain very self-centered level of consciousness. As we have explained, if you have not changed your consciousness by the time you pass from the physical body, then that level of consciousness will determine where you go and it will also determine what comes back to you in future lifetimes.

But if you do change your consciousness over the rest of your life then you can go to a higher level after death and you can also, when you come back into embodiment, you can avoid the full physical descent of the karma because, as we have explained, there is nothing in your identity, mental and emotional bodies that reinforce the karmic impulse when it comes back. In other words, karma is meant to teach you a lesson. If you have learned the lesson already there is no point in having the descent of karma which means that an ascended master can set aside or dissolve that karma, or at least set it aside temporarily until you have reached a higher level of consciousness where you can dissolve it more easily.

It is perfectly true that in every religion or spiritual tradition you find people who are still at that level of the outer path and no matter what the teaching is, no matter what the teacher says, no matter what I said when I was in embodiment, no matter what Jesus taught his disciples when he was in embodiment, people will take the teaching and use it to validate the outer path.

We have done everything possible to make this very difficult in this dispensation and we will of course continue to do so. But when we no longer have a messenger in embodiment then it is indeed possible that people at a certain level of consciousness can take the outer teaching and superimpose the concepts based on separation and duality upon it and use it to validate the outer mechanical automatic path to salvation. This will, of course, become more and more difficult as you move into the golden age, but as long as there are people on the planet who are below a certain level of consciousness, it cannot be completely avoided.

As long as we have a messenger who can speak the word, then we can counteract it. But still today, even with the many teachings we have given, there are people who are still at that level of the outer path, who have found the teachings, who are supposedly studying them, and who are practicing the decrees and invocations, but still have not actually truly seen through the lie of the outer automatic salvation.

Was Bob Marley a being of light despite his struggle with addiction?

Question: I recently had the opportunity to know more about the late reggae singer Bob Marley. I cannot help thinking he must be an avatar, knowing the huge impact he had on his country and the planet through his music, conveying a magnificent message of love, peace and unity.

I wonder why he died so early of disease, knowing he had so much to give. I also wonder if by any chance he ascended, although I doubt it because he was known to have a severe addiction to drugs. Even if I understand, he got traumatized several times and also that smoking was part of the Rastafarian culture. This leads me to the following question. How can such a magnificent spirit do so much for Christ and at the same time not be able to escape this addiction? The question could also be put that way, how can one suffer from addiction and at the same time be able to release so much divine energy?

It is a complicated question because it touches upon several topics, but let me try to keep it somewhat simple. What you see in many people that you see throughout history, is that they can have a certain creative drive, creative abilities, but they also have a very complicated, unresolved psychology. It is a common image out there that geniuses are often very socially awkward and find it difficult to relate to other people such as, for example, Einstein or Oppenheimer, as portrayed in this latest movie.

The reason for this is not just one answer. In some cases, you actually have fallen beings who have a certain attainment on doing something in the physical, a certain mastery over the physical realm, but it also carries with them the fallen psychology, the unresolved psychology, which eventually causes them to self-destruct.

You also have a certain group of avatars who still retain some of the creativity that they brought with them from a natural planet, but because of their birth trauma and other traumas created after that, they have created this very complex psychology. It is sort of the what a psychologist calls the self-sabotage syndrome, where you have these people who are creative, who can bring forth certain new things, but by doing it, it is almost as if it activates the lower aspects of their psychology. This is actually the case often with avatars, is that they have a certain connection to the Christ mind that enables them to bring forth something new, but the light they are bringing forth flushes out the unresolved psychology so they have to find a way to deal with it. If they do not have a spiritual teaching, if they do not have an understanding of psychology, if they are not willing to work with their psychology, they have to cover it over. That is where addiction can be one of the ways that they attempt to cover it over, and their attention from it. This, of course, often means that they do not express their fullest potential, they express something, and then the unresolved psychology comes up.

Another aspect that comes in is that many people who become famous, especially in musicians and actors, or politicians, they cannot handle the attention that is put on them from the collective consciousness. This simply becomes too much, it also stirs up their psychology, and therefore, they cannot deal with life, they cannot deal essentially with the psychology, but that makes them unable to function in life and to continue their career, and again they can attempt to numb themselves by chemical substances or in other ways.

Really what happens is that these people have in their Divine Plans that they can bring forth something, but they also have it in their Divine Plans that in order to reach the higher levels of their plan, they have to resolve their psychology. But if they are not willing to do that, if they grew up in a context where they did not have any help on resolving psychology, then they can get stuck. They reach a certain level and then they cannot go beyond it.

You see some people who are bringing forth something that makes them famous, and they really cannot bring forth anything new after that. That is because they do not transcend the psychology, so they cannot rise to the next level of their creative efforts. This applies to anybody, really, who is in any creative field, and you see this pattern over and over again in creative people.

The only way out of it is to adopt the attitude that you are willing to work on your psychology, and you search for whatever teachings and tools that appeal to you, and you apply it. There are people who are beginning to do this, because there is a greater awareness of psychology and a greater willingness to deal with it. What you will see in coming decades is you will see more and more creative people who do not get stuck, who do not self-destruct, and who either rise above addiction or avoid going into it, and therefore, continue to be creative for a long period of time.

This is indeed one of the things that will accelerate the manifestation of the golden age. You of course all have the opportunity to be among those who fulfill the highest potential of your Divine Plan, whatever it is you have defined for yourself, without getting hindered by, or stopped by your own unresolved psychology. That is why we have given you all of these tools, because you are open to hearing it directly from us.

Fear of global catastrophe on earth

Question: This question is about global cataclysmic events. Recently I have been listening to a lot of near-death experiences. Some of them are very uplifting and I really find a lot of benefit from listening to them. However, I have noticed that in some NDE’s there is a trend of people being shown a great global cataclysm that is going to happen in our lifetimes. They say that it will be so intense that 90% of the US and European population will perish and great amounts of land will fall into the sea, World War III, etc. I find that it is hard for me to not have a fear-based reaction to this.

When I was a child and very young, I was very fearful of something like this happening whereas the past decade or so I have not thought about it at all. Obviously, I would really prefer not to have the world go through something like this, it seems unnecessary. Do the masters have any comments about this to help clarify the situation or perhaps bring some peace of mind?

You need to recognize here, as I just explained in another answer, that earth has a very long history or rather human beings in embodiment on earth have a very long history. There has, as I said, been periods where there have not been very many people in embodiment on earth. Other times the population has grown but then there have been certain very dramatic events that has reduced the size of the population.

This has indeed happened. That is why many people, as you raise your consciousness, you naturally begin to go deeper and deeper into the subconscious mind and encounter these subconscious selves that you created in response to traumas in past lifetimes. This means that when you walk the spiritual path, it is inevitable that at some point you come to deal with these subconscious selves that were created in these very traumatic situations in the past where you did experience such traumatic events that reduced the size of the population. In other words, these events have happened, and you created conscious selves to deal with them and you still carry, in many cases, those conscious selves with you. It is unavoidable that when you walk the path, there will come a point where you uncover some of these selves and they come up to the surface and you have to deal with it.

What you can do here is to realize that whenever there is fear, it comes from a subconscious self. You can actually set aside the whole question of will there be a characteristic event or not because you can realize that regardless of what happens, you will be better off without this fear-based self. Therefore, you can use the tools and teachings we have given to come to see the self, separate yourself from it and just let it die. Because the future has nothing to do with this self. Whatever happens or not happens, the self was created in the past and it is living in the past and you are better off for your spiritual growth to let it die. This is one approach to take.

The other approach is to read our dictations, listen to our dictations, where we over and over again talk about the world is not coming to an end. There will not in the foreseeable future, in fact not ever on earth, be one of these cataclysmic events that wipes out the majority of the population. It is simply not in Saint Germain’s plans for the golden age. Of course, beyond Saint Germain’s Golden Age, the planet will continue to go up.

Of course, reading these dictations will not in itself resolve the self. That is why you have some students who have managed to read our dictations, give even some of the invocations, and they still have not seen the self for what it is, a self, they have not let it go. They are continually waiting for the end of the world to happen next week or next year or whenever. They are looking for these prophecies out there, whether it is near-death experiences or psychics or some kind of prediction. Some are even going back to previous ascended master teachings, and they are holding on to the self that predicts that one day this will happen, and they will be proven right because they foresaw that it was going to happen. Again, this just comes from a separate self. But until you see that it is a separate self, and until you stop trying to solve the problem that the separate self projects, you will not be free of it.

What is it that the separate self projects? In many cases, you have in past lives experienced some catastrophic event. It may not have been a worldwide cataclysm. You look at the flood of Noah, which many people believe was the entire world was flooded, but it was not. It was the entire world that the people could see when it happened, and it was in reality a very localized area. But for them it was the end of the world as they knew it.

All I am saying is, in the past you were exposed to one of these traumatic events that you felt like was the end of the world, and you were taken by surprise. You were shocked by this because you did not expect that something like this could happen. Now you create a self that says, I never want to experience this again. Not the cataclysmic event but being taken by surprise by the event. In other words, you are never going to be surprised by a dramatic change again. What must this self then do? It must project that a dramatic event could happen at any moment, because if I expect the event to happen, I will not be taken by surprise if it happens. What does this do? It keeps you living in fear. And this is not Christhood.

You need to come to see here that the problem that this self is projecting does not have any solution. You do not need to solve anything. You do not need to find the ultimate prediction, or you do not need to live in fear until something does happen that validates your fear.

You simply need to look at this self and say, do I want to live with this self the rest of my life? Or do I want to just let it go? You let it go by seeing that you do not need to solve any problem here. The self is projecting an illusion. You just need to let the self die. If you are willing to do that, you can be free. Many ascended master students have done it. Many other spiritual people have done it. You can just let it go.

You see in certain previous ascended master dispensations where they also expected something dramatic to happen. Some used that experience to transcend these selves and others did not. Some even reinforced the selves and are still waiting for the next dramatic event that will prove them right for believing it would happen the first time.

It is simply a matter of saying: “How long do I want to keep myself trapped in expecting some event that according to the ascended masters will not happen? When will I just let it go and lock in to the upward spiral that Saint Germain has talked about so many times?Am I here to live in fear or am I here to help Saint Germain manifest his golden age? Because I cannot do both. I cannot help Saint Germain if I am living in fear, thinking that at any moment some cataclysmic event could happen that could wipe out his plans for the golden age.”

Why do you think Saint Germain has talked about the plans for the golden age? Do you think it is wishful thinking or do you think that he is working with the Karmic Board and looking at the karmic portents for the earth and therefore saying it is realistic to plot a golden age? These are just some questions that can hopefully help you process these selves. Again, we are not blaming you. We understand that the selves are based on real experiences in the distant past but it is not constructive for you to carry them with you and you just need to decide when do you want to let them go? I suggest now.

How to transcend a very logical mind and a judgmental attitude

Question: I have a logical mind, and I very often notice inconsistencies and a lack of reasoning in other people’s words, which leads me to feel contempt and disregard them. I find myself particularly repulsed by the hypocrisy of populist politicians since they provoke a strong sense of contempt within me. I read from the messenger’s personal account that breaking free from the two-armed scale of the mind, (Kim’s comment: “two-armed”, I guess, means “dualistic” or “divided”) poses a formidable challenge for him, even after solving many of his separate selves. I acknowledge the necessity of overcoming the tendency of judging and feeling contempt towards others before reaching the ascension. How will I be able to transcend this judgmental attitude and be neutral, embracing others as they are? Any insights will be much appreciated.

Well, when I was in embodiment, I also had a very logical, rational, clear-thinking mind. And it can, as the popular saying goes, be both a blessing and a curse. It is a blessing because it helps you see inconsistencies and hypocrisies. That is why you saw me so often challenge the scribes and Pharisees, who were, so to speak, the populists of my day. Many of the spiritual people who are on the spiritual path have this rational, logical mind that is always looking for inconsistencies. That is why you have seen the inconsistencies and hypocrisy of traditional religions and opened your mind to a higher spiritual teaching.

Now, some of you find it difficult to turn off this linear mind, as we have often called it. You apply it to the teachings, and from a certain perspective, you see inconsistencies even in the teachings. I am not saying you should turn off the mind, but the way to go beyond this is to realize that there is a level of the mind, the mental mind, that is very linear, meaning that it always compares something to something else. This comparative mind is a valuable tool, but it has a limitation, because how do you compare? You must have something to compare to, and that something must be something that the linear mind can grasp, and the linear mind cannot grasp the Christ consciousness.

That is what I attempted to explain in my first dictation for this conference and as Maitreya attempted to explain. The conceptual mind cannot grasp the Christ consciousness because it will try to conceptualize the Christ.

The linear mind, in a sense, is neutral, it is simply comparing. But when everything you have in your subconscious database springs from the linear mind or possibly even springs from some thought system, such as scientific materialism or philosophical logic or even a particular religion, then if what you are comparing to is limited, your conclusion will always be limited. You will not go beyond a certain level, and that is why only the Christ mind can take you beyond this.

The linear mind can become a trap, you can go around and around and around. You can, as Maitreya explained, build a more and more sophisticated sense of self because you are so good at seeing the inconsistencies of others. But it does not raise your consciousness in terms of more and more oneness with the Christ. It is one thing to understand this.

The other thing is to look at this fact that I said, “judge not lest ye be judged”, judge not after appearances. When you have a linear mind that judges other people, how can you judge other people? Because you have already judged yourself. That linear mind, that is constantly seeing inconsistencies in other people, is also looking at yourself. The worst thing that could happen to you when you are trapped in this is that you would see inconsistencies in yourself because then you have to judge yourself as harshly as you are judging others. This judgment after appearances, this value judgment, good and bad, right and wrong, this comes from a separate self.

The way to be free of it is to realize that this comes from a separate self and use the teachings and tools we have given to really come to see it, separate yourself from it, and just decide to let it go, because you see that it will never take you beyond a certain level of the path.

We have seen many, many sincere students who found an ascended master teaching, who were very sincerely applying the teaching, giving hours and hours of degrees, studying the teachings, and they grew for a time. Then they came to a point where their growth stagnated because now they were using that judgmental mind to judge other people and focus on other people, but of course subconsciously they were also judging themselves. You are not going to make it into heaven by using the linear mind, no matter how sophisticated it becomes. I know it is very tempting to think that Christ’s truth must be the ultimate logic but take our dictations from myself and Maitreya and see how we are continually saying that there is nothing ultimate in the Christ mind, everything points on to other levels.

You may have a teaching that is valid at a certain level, but there is another teaching that is at a higher level and now there seems to be an inconsistency or contradiction. But if you keep reaching for the Christ mind, you eventually go beyond that level where you even think in terms of contradictions and inconsistencies, and you are just always reaching for that experience of the Christ mind. You cannot think your way into it, because you are starting from the basis of the conceptual mind which is separated from Christ. You cannot use the logic of the separate mind to think your way into oneness with Christ. You can only shift and experience oneness with Christ.

Are most people new on earth?

Question: With the global population rising from 3 billion in 1960 to over 8 billion today, is it fair to assume that most people alive on Earth today are in their first embodiment on Earth? If so, could the masters speak about any implications this may have?

No, that is not actually a fair assumption. What has happened on Earth is that you have had these relatively tumultuous periods. You have had some very dramatic ups and downs that are not recorded in what you call “history”, which of course is only a very momentary picture of the last few thousand years of the life of this planet. As we have explained before, life on Earth goes very, very far back. It is a very complex picture that I do not wish to go into in detail here. But what I will say, is that the majority of the people on Earth that are in embodiment on Earth today, the vast majority are not in their first embodiment. Well, I can even rephrase that and say that almost no people are in their first embodiments on Earth, but again, there are always exceptions to any rule. Let me step back and explain this.

The Earth is an unnatural planet, it has been an unnatural planet for a long time. What you have on Earth is that the beings who are embodying today are either the original inhabitants of the Earth, who had not ascended before the Earth became an unnatural planet or they are beings who have come here from the outside and therefore, had embodiments before they came to Earth.

What is also happening on Earth is there is a certain evolution, evolutionary process that is happening. We have explained before that there are four levels of the material universe, there are beings in those four levels that we call the elementals, the elemental builders of form. These elementals can evolve and they can come to a point where some of them can now embody as humans. You have a very small percentage of the population on Earth who are these elementals, who are in their first embodiment as humans, but it is a very small percentage. There are also some that started as elementals, but they are not in their first embodiment. But you would not have a newly created being that was created to take embodiment for the first time on an unnatural planet. That does not occur, meaning a being who was created out of the ascended masters and sent down into embodiment. But as I said, you can have the elementals who evolved from below.

The vast majority of people today have been on Earth before, but there were periods where there were not as many people in embodiment and therefore, many of them were in embodiment on other planets and some were in the emotional, mental, or identity realms. Even today, with 8 billion people on the planet, we have said before that the ideal size of the population is 10 billion people. There are still beings who would embody here if there were bodies for them, and who are waiting to come into embodiment.

The vast majority of beings are quite experienced either from Earth or from other planets. Some have come from natural planets as avatars, some have come from other unnatural planets and have come to Earth for a variety of reasons, and of course, some are fallen beings who have come to Earth. They are all very experienced, which has a positive effect that they have experience with what it means to be in embodiment on a dense planet, but it also has the negative potential that their minds can be very closed and they can be unwilling to transcend themselves. That is why you still see so much conflict on Earth, because it is by engaging in this conflict that people are, so to speak, forcing each other to open their minds to different ways of looking at life.

Mother Mary’s meditation, birth trauma, and the decisions that brought us to Earth

Question: Beloved Mother Mary, I obtain great results, especially in physical healing with your cosmic birth trauma meditation from the book “Healing Your Spiritual Traumas”. Although my birth trauma is still quite nebulous, so much has been revealed to me lately that I can only assume I am making progress. But I also wonder if it is valuable to continue to use the meditation over and over until we have a good understanding of the motivation that led us to the circumstances of our birth trauma. I say “a good understanding” because Master MORE states that this will be the last trauma to overcome, which for me is both understandable and confusing. I would like to have some clarity on this.

Kim’s comment: This is the meditation from chapter 5 in the book “Healing Your Spiritual Traumas” where Mother Mary takes you back through different levels and you are on a stage and you see some persons on the stage and you realize you are a person on the stage.

Let us first talk about the chapter in the book and the process that I describe in the book. This is a valuable tool to use for some time. How long of a time is individual for each one of you. It is a tool that is valuable not only for understanding or grasping the birth trauma because you have other traumas that were created after the birth trauma. The process that I described, the meditation, can help you see those traumas as well. It is certainly valid to use that tool.

However, any tool we give really has only the purpose of getting you to a point where you can work directly with us within. It is individual for each one how long that takes. The ideal is of course that you come to a point where even when you are not using the specific meditation, you are always listening, you are always observing yourself in outer situations, you feel when you have a reaction, and then you ask one of us, whichever is closest to your heart, to help you see that separate self. Many of you have come to that point where you are working directly with us, and you are always open to listening when we give you directions, and then, I would say, you do not need the meditation anymore.

Now, in terms of the birth trauma, it is not incorrect to say that it will be the last trauma you overcome in the sense that when you receive the birth trauma, you are making a certain decision. It is a complex decision that involves how you saw yourself before coming to Earth and your reason for coming to Earth as an avatar, how you conceptualized this. Then there is this very traumatic experience that you have in a birth trauma, where you suddenly come to doubt this. As a result of this, you make a decision about your relationship to Earth. You can say that this is often the last decision you overcome, but it is not necessarily the last decision you overcome before you ascend.

Let’s separate the trauma from the decision. The trauma is more than a decision. It is also a reaction in the emotional body, in the mental body, in the identity body, where you create these selves how you now see yourself in relation to Earth when you started doubting that your reason for coming here can be fulfilled. You can certainly transform these selves. You can transform the trauma and the emotional body, these emotions, even the beliefs you come to accept in the mental and even your sense of identity. You can still have that decision of what you can do on Earth. This will, so to speak, be the last decision you overcome before you have resolved the birth trauma. But you can still overcome that decision and still have something to work on because you now begin to question: “What was it that brought me to Earth?”.

You see, as an avatar, you have not ascended when you come to Earth. You may have reached a fairly high level on your natural planet, and that is why you decided that a good way to accelerate your growth was to embody on an unnatural planet. But you are not an ascended being, so you had not reached a full level of Christ consciousness, which means you had some kind of idea, some kind of concept that made you decide to come to Earth. You had some idea of what you were going to do here, what it was going to be like, and it was somewhat based on your experiences on a natural planet, which of course are very different from what you experience on Earth. As we have said, we attempted to help you see that it is very different on an unnatural planet, but we also realized that you cannot really grasp this when you only have a natural planet as your frame of reference. It is really kind of a shock therapy because you will not really know it until you are there, and when you are there, of course, it is too late.

We might say that in order to be completely free of Earth and ascend from Earth, you have to resolve those concepts, ideas and decisions you made on the natural planet of what you thought you could accomplish or not accomplish on Earth, how you thought you would receive, what you thought it would be like. You have to let go of all of these before you can ascend from Earth. But when you receive the birth trauma, you cannot look at this because now the birth trauma blocks you from even connecting to the reason you came to Earth. You could say, from a certain perspective, that you were on a natural planet, you saw there were things you had to learn, there were certain things you could transcend in your psychology, and you decided that you wanted to come to Earth in order to work on this, in order to grow more. But then you received the birth trauma and now it blocks your connection to what brought you here so you cannot work on it.

Instead, everything in your psychology now revolves around the birth trauma and compensating for this. When you do resolve the birth trauma, then you can start working on what you wanted to learn from coming to Earth. And you can also start seeing if there were some illusions, and there were for all of us some illusions about what we could do and what we could not do on a natural planet, how we would be received and how we would not be received, what would happen, what would not happen. We all have certain ideas of certain things that should not happen on a natural planet. In other words: “I am a good person, I am here to help, why would somebody attack me and try to destroy me?”. We need to resolve these before we can ascend from Earth. We need to come to a point where there is nothing unfinished that we want to achieve, experience or resolve on Earth. These are things you work on after you have resolved the birth trauma. Then you can come to that point where that decision, of what you can and cannot do on Earth that you have made after the birth trauma, is also resolved, but you can then go even beyond this to the decision that brought you here.

How do we experience the Conscious You stepping outside of the self?

Question: I want to ask about the experience when the Conscious You steps outside of a subconscious self. It is still strange for me even after 10 years of studying the teachings. I believe I have transcended many separate selves. I describe it as having enough of a self, seeing how the self limits my life and being ready to give it up. Then integrating a higher understanding and feeling the love for that new understanding. But I have never felt something separating from something inside of me as I understand the phrase “the Conscious You steps outside”. I wonder if we are really transcending selves if we do not experience this. Can you explain more about this?

Well, would you please use words to describe the taste of an apple? What we are trying to do here is to use words to describe an experience. Of course, that experience can be different for different people. Obviously, you are transcending the selves when you have that experience you are describing and it can be other experiences that are perfectly valid that shows you that you have transcended a self.

However, how do you come to see a self, to see the illusion and feel the love for higher understanding? It is actually because the Conscious You has stepped outside of the self. Otherwise, how can you, and you are the Conscious You, see it, see the illusion behind the self and give it up? Whether you use those particular words to describe your experience does not matter.

The experience is valid as long as you feel that there is something you give up, something you let go of, and you feel you rise to a higher level of consciousness, you have a higher experience, you have an experience of love, whatever it may be for you individually. Certainly, there can be many valid experiences that you have when you give up a self, when you transcend a self. Do not be stuck on that you have to experience a particular worded expression. But it can also be that the words we use trigger a different meaning or experience, basically a different concept in your mind. Again, what works for you, what makes you feel that you have transcended something, that is what is important.

Intuition and (not) eating meat

Question: I feel that I do not resonate with eating meat and chicken anymore, or even eggs, but I am comfortable with eating fish. I just worry about not having enough iron levels if I stop eating meat and chicken completely. Is it possible to go higher in consciousness while still eating meat and chicken in small amounts for practical purposes? Or is it best to take practical measures to not include it in the diet at all and just include fish?

Well, we have given other answers on the fact that you do not need to be a vegetarian in order to reach higher levels of consciousness. It is just a matter of your body type. What you need to do here is to increase your intuition of what you sense is right for you.

But that means that in order to do this you must be neutral. You cannot have this ideological overlay that many spiritual people have that it is not spiritual to eat meat, because this prevents you from getting accurate intuition. But neither can you be too intellectual about it either and worry about whether you get this or that mineral in other ways. You can, of course, take certain supplements to get minerals. I am not going to be able to give any answer that applies to all people here. You need to, with diet, seek to increase your intuition and feel what resonates with you.

If it does not feel energetically that you want to eat certain kinds of meat, then stop for a while, but remain neutral about your intuition. You do not have to decide with the outer mind that you have to stop for the rest of your life. You experiment, you stop, but you use your intuition to see what you feel after some time. You can also use your intuition to feel whether you need certain minerals or vitamins and therefore, you need to eat certain foods, whether it is meat or other foods in order to get them. In other words, avoid using the outer mind to decide: “I have to do this because it is not spiritual to eat meat or, once I have stopped, I have to stop forever.”
