Question: Beloved Masters, in the book My Lives, the author writes that after you have lowered the energies below the level of the original vibration of the planet, you cannot leave this planet until you raise them again. My question is, what was the original vibration of the planet? What is the energy of the original vibration of the planet? How to achieve it in this incarnation?

You are not quite interpreting what was said correctly. When the inhabitants of a planet have lowered the vibration of the planet from its original level, then it will be difficult for them to leave the planet, but it can be done on an individual level.
There are still individuals who can raise their consciousness above the collective and ascend. The original vibration of the planet was in the beginning what it was created with. But then the first three groups of lifestreams that descended to earth raised the vibration beyond what it was created with. And then when the downward trend started after the fourth group of beings incarnated here, they lowered it beyond that level and even beyond the original level of a natural planet. So, that is the level of vibration that is talked about. And that is why there is a large group of people in embodiment on earth who find it very difficult to grow because they are not willing to take responsibility for this and raise their individual consciousness. But there still has, ever since the downturn started, been individuals who were able to ascend from earth of the original inhabitants.
