Violence against women

Question: Hidden violence, abuse and murder of Russian women by Russian men in marriages and family situations has been highlighted in news reports recently. It would seem to be very widespread in Russian society. What is in the upbringing of certain Russian males that is turning them into these misogynistic monsters?

Well, this isn’t a particular Russian phenomenon as you will see that there are surveys that show that violence against women is a worldwide phenomenon. I will not say that it is not worse in Russia. But it is not something that is only a Russian phenomenon. It isn’t so much that there is something in a particular upbringing that is the cause of this, whether it’s Russia or other countries.

It is actually really a matter of there is a very, very strong tension in the collective consciousness, that is a worldwide phenomenon that is getting very, very close to women in general, worldwide waking up and demanding, better treatment. It isn’t just about violence, it’s about many other things.

We do actually have plans to release a book with invocations about this at some point. But again, there is time and space, including the messengers time and space and ability to bring out so many books. But because of this tension in the collective consciousness, there is a movement in the three higher octaves, the identity, the mental and the emotional realm, by the fallen beings to stop this awakening of women because they want to keep women suppressed because of the tension it creates in society.

What you are actually seeing is that there has been created these demons in the astral plane, that will use any man that is vulnerable to create violence against women. And it’s not that there is necessarily something you can pinpoint in the upbringing of particular men, because you will see that even in Russian society or in Arab countries, not all men are violent against women. Why is there two men who can have very similar upbringing, have grown up in the same culture, one is violent one is not. In many cases, this is a complicated individual issue that goes back several lifetimes.

But of course, it also needs to be said that there are certain cultures, certain nations where men are more frustrated, they have a higher frustration level because they feel like they cannot reach their goals in life. They want something that they can’t have. And there is certainly a growing frustration in Russian society among Russian men, that they want to have more opportunities, but they feel they are held back. They can’t do it. And now they feel frustrated. They can’t even provide a decent living for their families.

You have the same thing in many Arab countries, many of the poor countries, so there is created in the astral plane, this growing frustration in men. And at the same time, there are these demons that are trying to take over men’s emotional bodies and get them into that blind rage where they their take anger out on the woman in their life. And this is a deliberate effort by the fallen beings.

If you are concerned about this, you can certainly use some of our invocations, for example invocation to Astrea, that you can rewrite for this particular purpose. But in the not too distant future, we do want to bring out a book* with teachings and invocations such as the one about how to stop war, about how we can overcome this persecution of women in many different ways that is happening in society.

Restless leg syndrome

Question: What is the spiritual cause behind restless leg syndrome? It is characterized by an unpleasant sensation in the limbs, usually the legs that occur at rest, or before sleep and are relieved by activities such as stretching or moving of the legs.

There isn’t as such a spiritual cause. It’s more of a physical cause. Where you throughout the day, do not stretch your muscles or move them enough, so If you have this syndrome, I recommend that you do some stretching exercises before you go to sleep. And if you still have it, then you do it while you’re lying in bed, there are exercises you can do and use it that way.

There are some people who can relieve the symptoms somewhat by changing the shoes they’re wearing during the day. Because there are various kinds of shoes, many modern shoes that are meant to be fashionable, that are not necessarily really very healthy to wear, especially for many hours as you might do during a workday.

5G network technology and chamitrails

Question: Are the 5G, the fifth generation of cellular network technology and chemitrails, consisting of chemical or biological agents left in the sky by high flying aircraft, sprayed for unclear purposes, something really dangerous? And if so, how can we protect ourselves against them?

You know, my beloved, continuing on what Saint Germain said, that we always encourage balance. You need to recognize here that there are many conspiracy theories out there who are created only to strike fear in the population, fear of the unknown. Fear that there is some evil conspiracy who is doing things deliberately to harm you. And of course, you could say that what we have told you about the fallen beings could cause people who are at that level of consciousness to say, well here is in a sense the ultimate conspiracy theory.

But the reality is that we are giving you, if you are able to see in a more balanced approach to this, we’re not telling you to go out and combat the fallen beings, we’re not telling you to go out and think that every aspect of practical life is manipulated by the fallen beings. I will not even really comment on the chemitrails because it is simply an illusion that has been created, has been spread now for many years to the point where many people believe in it. But it is really created only for the sole purpose of spreading fear in the population. It has no reality to it.

In terms of the 5G and other networks, it’s clear that everything is made from energy and when you project energy waves of a high frequency, it can have a certain effect on people. There are certain people who could be very sensitive, who might have various effects of whether it’s 5G or other kinds of high frequency energy waves. But for the vast majority of the population, it is not something you need to worry about.

And for spiritual people, again we are saying, do not let this be a major concern in your life. Use your tools for spiritual protection and then focus on your spiritual growth rather than focusing on all of these things. There is a big difference, a very big difference between reading some kind of theory and accepting that theory with your mental mind or even with your emotions, as an emotional reaction based on fear and then sensing intuitively what something means for you.

In other words, it is possible that people can use their intuition, tune in individually and say, does 5G, for example, or any other technology, does it have an impact on me? You could say it’s the same as if you have an allergy, a physical allergy to something. You can also sense that intuitively.

But you cannot use your intuition in this way if you have already adopted a theory with the mental mind and you believe it’s true, or you have gone into fear or you are afraid that it might be true, then your intuition will not be clear. So that’s why you need to be neutral about this. You can use your intuition. But as I said, for most people, it’s not something you need to be concerned about.

Question about minimalism

Question: I would like to know if minimalism is inspired by the ascended masters?

No. And the reason for this is of course, that in the golden age, people will not be minimalists. They will want more, they will strive for more, they will always seek to transcend and grow. Because that’s how society grows.

You see, my beloved, there is a very insidious consciousness, very subtle, I might say, serpentine consciousness that has been inserted into the western world. And it’s partly created by the consumerism, by the runaway capitalism of people seeking to become richer and richer and have more and more of the same. And the consciousness is that it’s actually wrong for you to want more, because you’re using up the planet’s resources or you are consuming too much in the western world, when people are poor in the third world and all of these things, and it’s clear that many of these things will shift in the golden age.

But one of the major shifts that will happen is that there will be many more resources in the golden age. And that means that all people throughout the world can have a decent material standard of living. Now, this doesn’t mean that everybody is going to live like kings and barons, but it does mean that everybody will have not only enough, but also have more than enough.

And that’s why minimalism isn’t coming from us whatsoever. It’s sort of a form of self-denial, that can very easily lead people to deny their potential to make spiritual progress. Because in reality, when you make spiritual progress, when you raise your consciousness towards and beyond the 96th level, you will want more, not necessarily that you will want more of the same but you will want more than what you have.

You could say that there could be a higher form of minimalism where you could say that people are not focused on the material aspect of life. They are focused on the spiritual aspects and therefore, you have just enough material goods that it supports the lifestyle you want so you can focus on your spiritual quest, and you’re not spending inordinate amounts of time and energy making money to buy more material goods or a bigger house or a bigger car, or this or that. But you have enough and you don’t feel like you are lacking anything.

But this is different than minimalism, because minimalism tries to create a philosophy and then projects that people should step into that role and take this on. This is essential what communism was doing. As I was talking about in my dictation where they try to create an idea of what the Soviet man should be like. And the fallen beings love to do this. And they have done this throughout history, equated the idea of what a Christian person should be like. They still have many Christians who are trying to live up to some ideal of what it means to be a good Christian, good Muslim, or good Buddhist, or a good Hindu, or a good Sikh, or good this or good that. And you also have this environmental cause of what it means to have a low carbon footprint, and you create all of these ideals.

But really what we are encouraging is that you raise your consciousness, you’re focused on spiritual growth. And when you focus on spiritual growth, you will naturally have a balance in your material lifestyle, but it’s not because you are forcing yourself to live up to some artificial ideal that has been created. It’s just that you naturally don’t focus on the material aspects of life and therefore, what does it matter what kind of car you drive and what status that gives in society, or how many kilometers it can drive above the speed limit and how big of a motor it has and this and that. All of these things just aren’t relevant. So, this is a form of balance you find whereas minimalism is not a balanced lifestyle. And we always encourage balance, in all aspects of your life.

Remembering past lives

Question: Are there any tips on how to remember past lives? People in our age could use such memories to avoid hindrance on a path towards ascension.

What we have given you are the tools for overcoming the separate selves that we have given you now in several books. And we recommended you use those to deal with past lives. For most people, it’s not necessary, that you know the particulars of a past life in order to overcome the separate self that you created in that life. For many people, it can actually be somewhat disturbing that they know a past life. It can also for many people, reinforce some of the separate selves they have.

There are many spiritual people who have a separate self, where they want to be special. As we talked about in Korea, both Jesus and Saint Germain gave very important dictations on this. And there are many people who have found a spiritual teaching, they have decided to do regression therapy or this or that and they’ve gone into almost a competition on wanting to have some important past life.

And you will see, of course, if you go to mental institutions that there are people who believe that they were Napoleon or Jesus or some other known figure in a past life time. And you can find several people who believe they were the same person in a past life and obviously, they couldn’t all have been. And that’s because as we have said, certain public figures become sort of psychological archetypes. And that’s why sometimes people can come to believe that they were a certain person even though they actually were not that person in their past life, but they need to process something in their psychology.

So as ascended master students, we do not recommend that you make a deliberate effort to know your past lives. We certainly don’t recommend that you go to psychics, you get some kind of reading, or that you use any kind of divination, such as muscle testing or this or that, to find out who you were in a past life.

There may be some cases, but we are not generally recommending this, but there may be some case, some people who can benefit from the regression therapy, and maybe other people who do the kinds of therapies I’m talking about in the different books, and who have a remembrance, a spontaneous remembrance of a past life.

And in that case, you just try to discover what kind of self did you create. You let go of that self with the process we have given you, and then you let go of any kind of attachment or tendency to think about the past life because once you have overcome the separate itself, why even think about that past lifetime?

You understand that there was actually a reason why most people don’t remember their past lives. And it’s because you need to focus as much as possible on your present lifetime, without being burdened by the knowledge of who you were in a past life. In a sense, you could say that not remembering is an opportunity to start over. Even though of course, you don’t start over because you still have the separate selves you carry with you. What we recommend is that you use tools to overcome the separate selves. If you have some spontaneous memory of a past life, you process that and you let it go again, and then you focus on making spiritual progress, fulfilling your divine plan in this lifetime.

Question about body hair and balding

Question: Is there any spiritual explanation for having a lot of body hair? Conversely, does hair loss or balding also have a spiritual cause and cure?

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Washington, D.C. (USA) in 2019.

In reference to Jesus’ answer on not taking yourself too seriously, it is important to maintain a certain distance, a certain balance on the spiritual path. We have many, many times seen students who go into this very, very detailed intellectual speculation about this and that. So, you see many, many people who, when they first find the spiritual path, they want to interpret everything in their lives as having some kind of significance. And it can be their astrology, their numerology, their eye color, their this or that, where they have a need to feel special. And so, they look for something that is unique about them to make them feel special. And so, they go into building these elaborate explanations, why this particular characteristic shows that there is that cause, and you are this and you are that. And really, there comes a point where you grow beyond that and you say: It doesn’t even matter if there was a spiritual significance to having body hair. What does it matter? I have the body I have, I make the best use of it. I don’t let it define me, I don’t let it control my life. So I just do what I need to do to take care of my body, and then I focus my attention on my spiritual growth.

The reality here is that when you look at, or begin to ponder, the Buddha’s explanation about the interdependent originations, you see that everything on earth is connected and interwoven to an almost, at least for the human mind, unfathomable complexity. So, the very idea that there could be a spiritual cause for baldness for example, is not actually understanding how complex the connections are, how everything is interconnected. You cannot simply come up with a simple, one cause explanation for many phenomena in the physical world. For example, just to refer, even though we of course acknowledge that the science of genetics is imperfect and incomplete, but there is some validity to the fact that your body has a certain genetic heritage.

So, if you are born in a particular family, well, baldness is in your genes. And that’s really all there is to it. It doesn’t have anything to do with you, with your lifestream, with your history. It’s just, that’s where you had the opportunity to be born in this lifetime. And so it’s healthy to just step back a little bit and not worry about finding a simple one-to-one explanation for every phenomenon in life. If you have this tendency, it comes from a separate self. And you could then benefit from using the tools to look at that and overcome it. And you will feel much more relaxed and free about your body, and being in the body.

The messages from the Pleiades and the Arcturians

Question: Is there any truth to the messages, (I’m assuming these are channeled messages), from the Pleiades and the Arcturians?

Answer from the Ascended Master Jesus through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Washington, D.C. (USA) in 2019.

Well, the question cannot be answered as it is formulated, because many, many channeled messages have elements of truth. They have certain statements, certain teachings, that are valid enough. So, what you need to ask yourself is, what kind of a teaching do you want? Where do you want your teaching to come from? Do you want it from the ascended masters? Or do you want it from some of these beings, who are in most cases in the mental realm, even though they claim to be from a particular star system.

And, the ascended masters, we have never presented ourselves as Arcturians or Pleiadians, or from any other star system. Because we do not come from a particular star system, we come from, we reside in, the ascended realm. And it is not so that you could say that there is a particular galaxy in the physical universe that has ascended. If you ascend, you’re not in the physical universe.

The value of ascending from an unnatural planet

Question: Are all newly ascended masters relatively similar? What is the value of ascending from an unnatural planet if you can ascend from a natural one?

No, all newly ascended masters are not similar at all, because you were created with a unique individuality in the I AM Presence, and you have created your own unique experiences in the Causal Body. As we said earlier, there is indeed value to ascending from an unnatural planet in the sense that you get experiences that you do not have on a natural planet.

So, it is not that one is better than the other. It is not that there is any kind of evaluation that, Oh ideally you should ascend from this or that. It is simply that there comes a point where you have evolved on a natural planet where you face this possibility that you could ascend, but some choose to instead postpone their ascension and descend to an unnatural planet in order to have that experience also. And it’s just an individual choice.

There is no evaluation that says that one is better, or that you should do this or you should do that. There’s complete freedom of choice in that. Of course we could say that, depending on the evolution of the lifestream, there can also be some lifestreams from a natural planet that are not actually ready to ascend, because they have not quite understood the mechanics of free will. And so they will look at an unnatural planet and they will say: I want to change that planet. And that is then what causes them to descend and take embodiment there.

Question about Freemasonry

Question: My father was a 33rd degree Mason. Can the ascended masters comment on Masonry?

Answer from the Ascended Master Saint Germain through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Washington, D.C. (USA) in 2019.

Well, there was a period, as you know, where the Inquisition was raging through Europe. And it was very, very difficult for us back then to bring forth any kind of mystical or spiritual teaching. So we had to do it through the secret orders, so people would not be killed by the Inquisition. And so, we have started some of these secret orders, the Freemasons and the Rosicrucians.

From the outset there was validity, and the teachings were given from the Ascended level. And there is still validity in the path of working your way up through the Masonic order, going through the various initiations. For some people it can be a somewhat spiritual path. But the creation of the Masonic order was done in secrecy because of the condition of society. Today you have a totally different society where you don’t need to do anything in secrecy.

So, the question is, why keep the secrecy? And this is where the Masonic order can in some cases have a not so positive effect, because by maintaining the secrecy, it gives people this sense that they are very, very special because they are part of the secret order. And this can give rise to spiritual pride. Of course, many other spiritual organizations can give rise to spiritual pride, including ascended master organizations. But there is still, for some people, they can make progress through the Masonic order. For others, especially when they gain higher up in the levels, it leads to spiritual pride that actually stalls their progress. So it’s more an individual evaluation.

Humor vs. not taking yourself so seriously

Question: I enjoy it when the ascended masters crack jokes during their dictations. Humor has a great effect on lightening the room and allowing people to enjoy each other’s presence. Humor also seems to help people make the shift and break out of a limited way of looking at things. Do the masters have any comments about developing humor as part of the spiritual path?

Well, you can look at this from different perspectives. Humor is a very different thing, that is very different in different parts of the world. That’s why we actually do not crack as many jokes as we could do, because we know that people have various sensitivities. But it isn’t so much about developing humor as it is not taking yourself so seriously. There was a question asked earlier about what one thing could help ascended masters students have a greater impact on the earth.

And if there was to be one thing that was singled out, it would be that in the past, especially in previous ascended master organizations, people took themselves and the path far too seriously. This doesn’t necessarily mean that you need to use what you normally call humor and go around and crack jokes about everything. Because what is it that makes you take yourself so seriously? It is of course a separate self, or in most cases, actually many separate selves.

So, if you use the tools to get rid of those separate selves, you will start to feel more at peace. Many times, the underlying mechanism there, is one of two things. You have a birth trauma that caused you to feel that you had done something wrong, or that you were inadequate in some way. And so, ever since then you have been seeking to compensate for that. And you always feel you’re behind, you always feel you’re never really there, you’re never really good enough. And so when you find the teachings of the ascended masters, you seek to use the teachings to compensate—give more decrees, give more violet flame. And this can never work. The only thing that will work, is that you see the self and let it die.

The other thing can be that you have this very strong desire to change something on earth. And that was what brought you here. And so again, you have the sense that there’s something you absolutely must do on earth. And you keep trying to find out what it is. You keep doing more and more in order to accomplish it. You think that if you haven’t accomplished it, it’s because you have to push harder. So you’re always pushing yourself so hard that it squeezes out all peace and enjoyment. Again, this comes from a separate self. And so once you resolve that self, you can overcome that obsessive compulsive behavior and be at peace with being here. It doesn’t mean you become passive and do nothing. But as the messenger said, you do it from a state of peace instead of a state of stress and deficit.

The flame of trust

Question: Is there a flame of trust? If so, who is the master that represents it?

Well, I sense that yes there is, but they don’t want to give the name of a particular master at this point. Because there are certain flames that haven’t been revealed on earth because I guess the collective consciousness isn’t ready for that.

Which book is a good introduction on the separate self

Question: Which book or book series is a good primer or introduction on the separate self?

Well, the masters don’t need to answer this because it’s obviously the ‘My Lives’ book and ‘Healing Your Spiritual Traumas’ and the three books that have the black and white covers (“Fulfilling Your Highest Spiritual Potential”, “Fulfilling Your Divine Plan”, “Making Peace With Being On Earth”).

Question about the province of Alberta in Canada

Question: In Canada, the province of Alberta possesses large oil reserves. And is our wealthiest province. For decades, many other progressive provinces have used the central government to force the wealth of Alberta to be redistributed to other provinces. More recently, the progressives have teamed up with the environmentalists to shut down, weaken and impoverish Albertans and the oil industry there. As you may remember, Alberta is home to Archangel Michael’s retreat, and it’s generally a very devout and conservative province. What is the explanation for why Alberta is continuously so oppressed by the ‘have not’ provinces? How can Alberta free itself from this oppression?

Well naturally, it isn’t at the present level, constructive to shut down the oil industry in Alberta. But what Alberta can do, is free itself from the mindset that it sees itself is a separate province in the nation. It really needs to shift and see itself as part of the nation, part of the whole, and therefore willing to raise up the whole and work with the whole. How can you have a unified nation, if each province acts if it was a separate country? It just doesn’t create that unification of the nation.

You see that in the United States, there is at least some coherence and unity between the different states. Although there are various conflicts, but nevertheless, there has traditionally been some unity and that is why the United States is as powerful of a nation as it is today. If there had been more conflict between the states, then America could have been as large as it is in a physical sense and had the resources it has and the population it has, but it would not have been as powerful of a nation as it is.

Sharing from the heart

Question: What keeps us from sharing from our hearts?

Answer from the Ascended Master Jesus through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Washington, D.C. (USA) in 2019.

Well, primarily the separate selves that cause you to go into a certain reaction. In order to share from the heart, you obviously need to be centered in the heart, and that cannot be done when your attention, or your emotions, or your thoughts are pulled out into the separate selves that cause you to react. If you are talking to another person, if you are caught in a reactionary pattern, then you cannot speak from the heart. You cannot even be centered in the heart.

You cannot set yourself free to speak from the heart, you cannot set the other person free to receive with the heart. You have an intention of how the other person should change in order to make you feel something inside yourself. You are trying to create a feeling inside yourself by changing the other person, and a person will subconsciously sense this and therefore, there will be no exchange at the heart level.

The multiplication of the talents

Question: I had an experience of what I assumed was a multiplication of my talents. I gave out a teaching on oneness and duality to a person at my work and I gave it purely from my heart and in an unattached way. The next day and meditation I felt Jesus above me in a figure eight, and there was a light that was hot and fiery that was poured down into my body. Is this one form of multiplication of talents?

You could look at it that way. You could also look at it, that it was an acknowledgement that you had gone into that neutral state of mind and it was spoken from the heart and therefore, there was the maximum opportunity that you can actually help the other person.

The multiplication of the talents can take many, many forms in the practical physical level, but it is really that when you, from a neutral state of mind serve to help raise the whole, you receive more energy from your I Am Presence, that is the essence of it. And therefore, you have more energy for your further creative efforts.

The illusion at the 48th level and the primal self

Question: Is the illusion we took on at the 48th level, the illusion from which we created the primal self?

No, you cannot compare it that way. You might say that the 144 levels correspond to the levels of consciousness possible on earth. So you descend to the 48th level and your take on all of these illusions. And then you are exposed to the birth trauma. And of course, you react to the birth trauma based on the 48th level of consciousness.

But it is not the illusion at the 48th level that forms the birth trauma, it is an individual reaction in you, a decision you make, a belief you accept. If it was that illusion then, and the very first lesson in the “Creative Power Within” book of the first ray you would have resolved your birth trauma. And that just is not the way it works.

Question about bitcoin

Question: Was Bitcoin created by the elite as a way of creating more control over the people in the future, or was it created to free people from the current monetary system?

Answer from the Ascended Master Saint Germain through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Washington, D.C. (USA) in 2019.

It was not created by the elite, but it was inspired by the fallen beings. So the current power elite, at least the ones in embodiment, for them Bitcoin is such an abstract concept that it takes them by surprise, just as the traditional industries were taken by surprise by the computer industry. But, it is not something in its current form that can free the people from the power elite, because the power elite will just find a way to manipulate it.

You can of course, create an electronic currency and this will be done in the future. But the consciousness needs to be raised to a higher level before this can really be successful. Of course, I already have plans for this and I am working with certain people who have insights into the economy to bring forth a different kind of money. In fact, several different kinds of money.

Jesus’ embodiments

Question: How many embodiments did Jesus have on planet earth before he ascended from the planet?

Answer from the Ascended Master Jesus through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Washington, D.C. (USA) in 2019.

It is meaningless to give a number. What does it matter how many? As the My Lives book says I embodied here for a period of almost 2 million years, and so there were many, many lifetimes. The same holds true for many avatars and many of the original inhabitants who have had thousands upon thousands of embodiments.

It is perhaps discouraging to some to realize there are that many embodiments. I know that many ascended masters students have had the idea of instant ascension, or very quick ascension. And it has partly been encouraged by our saying that if you apply certain teachings and give enough violet flame, you can ascend after this lifetime, or maybe after one more embodiment. But that is because we are talking about some people who have been in embodiments for a long time.

The reality is that in order to learn the lessons you need to learn on a dense planet like earth you cannot do it theoretically, you need to have certain experiences, and you need to have a certain amount of experiences where you keep repeating the same experience until you have had enough of it. Remember again, I did not descend to earth for the first time, with the consciousness I had in my last embodiment, I descended to the 48th level like everyone else.

So we need to have many, many embodiments where we experienced something, because only when it is experienced we do build that momentum in the causal body that then eventually allows us at the level of a Conscious You to decide I’ve had enough this.

The energy behind guns

Question: Can the masters comment on the energy behind guns and the use of guns, and what we can do to clear the energy?

Well, if you take Gautama Buddha’s dictation, there is always a matrix in the emotional, mental and identity level behind any physical phenomenon. And of course, there is the same about guns. A gun is, in a sense, a neutral invention. It is just a piece of technology. But of course, it is a weapon, that as all weapons are designed to kill.

Originally, you could say that there was a legitimate need to kill animals for food. And, that is still somewhat legitimate. But, of course, killing human beings was never the intended use for weapons. Now of course, I say that there was a legitimate need because of the density of the planet. On a natural planet, obviously you do not go around killing animals for food, it is not necessary. But there was at least a legitimate need because if you go far enough back without hunting, humanity wouldn’t have survived.

What the fallen beings have done, of course, is they take the weapons that were developed for hunting, and they have created this consciousness, these labels that cause people to use them to kill other human beings. And guns just have a specific energetic matrix. And you can call to Archangel Michael and Astrea to bind and consume and shatter that matrix, especially when it relates to the use against humans.

You could say of course, that they are many more powerful weapons that have been developed today, going all the way up to nuclear weapons. But guns today are by far the most common weapon used to kill people. Guns have already killed not necessarily more human beings than all other weapons, but certainly a very large amount of human beings have been killed by guns. The special characteristic of guns is of course, that they work at some distance. So it is possible to kill other people without being in hand to hand combat with them. As was the case for example with swords. It required greater physical strength, greater skill to kill somebody with a sword and avoid being killed. Whereas with a gun, it is much more simple. It requires that you pull the trigger.

This is a specific energy again that you can make calls on. Of course, you have many others, weapons that could kill at a distance, going all the way up to ICBMs with 10 different warheads. So this is again a consciousness that is not just about guns, you can also make calls for this entire consciousness of wanting to kill at a distance, for example, with the drones that now have been developed, where a soldier so to speak, doesn’t even have to be on the battlefield in order to kill others.

This is something you can make calls on if you are concerned about it. For example, in the United States, you can make specific calls for the binding, consuming and shattering of the demons, the entities behind the gun violence that you see where private people use guns against other private people, such as the school shootings and so on. And it would be important to make calls for this if you feel that this is something close to your heart, because there are, of course, so many other things to make calls on as well.

What holds us back from expressing Christhood

Question: From the ascended masters’ perspective, what is the most common problem with ascended masters students that most holds them back from expressing Christhood?

There isn’t one most common problem, because it is individual for people. We have given various teachings and remarks on various aspects of this. You could say from just a general standpoint that the most common problem in terms of avatars is that you have received the birth trauma, you have created the primal self and other selves that are based on the belief that you cannot express yourself on earth, you should not express yourself on earth. It is dangerous to express yourself on earth, and all of these mechanisms.

So in a sense, the most common problem is of course, the separate selves but since all of you have an individual version of these selves, it is something that must be solved on an individual basis. So we could say again, that the one thing that could have the most impact on this was that if students would take the My Lives book, Healing Your Spiritual Traumas, and the other three books and really work through them and work on this primal self and the birth trauma. That could have a major impact on how you relate to earth, how you feel about being in embodiment, and therefore, how free you feel in expressing yourself on this planet.

How long a fallen being can remain in the identity level?

Question: Is there a law about how long a fallen being can remain in the identity level?

Well, there is a law in the sense that it is determined by the collective consciousness. So, what was it that allowed for fallen beings to come to earth, whether in the identity level or the physical? It was that the collective consciousness was lowered beyond a certain threshold. And this of course happened as a result of the freewill choices of the people in embodiment. So, there can come a point where the collective consciousness has been raised to a point where the fallen beings can no longer be here.

It is most likely that it will first happen at the physical level because for example, in democracies, at least the smaller democracies, there is not so much power that the fallen beings want. And there is a higher respect for human rights and more of an awareness of society and essential humanity and therefore the fallen beings cannot as easily become leaders there, and when the consciousness is raised to a certain level, they can no longer take physical embodiment.The next to be cleared is most likely the emotional, then the mental, then the identity.

Fallen beings in the identity, mental and emotional realms

Question: Can the ascended masters talk about why or how there are fallen beings in the identity realm, mental, or emotional realms, but they are not in physical embodiment?

It is a matter of the level of consciousness of the fallen beings. There are some that are in such a state of anger that they cannot be in embodiment, and they go into the astral plane. There are some that are at a higher level of consciousness, they vibrate more at the mental level, they are more intellectual and therefore, they go to that level and some at a higher level that go to the identity realm.

And then the people or the fallen beings who embody are the ones whose consciousness resonates with the collective consciousness of earth. That is why they can take embodiment here. So you could say that the falling beings in physical embodiment, their consciousness resonates with the physical level, with the collective consciousness at the physical level, those at the emotional they resonate with the collective consciousness at the emotional and so on.

Blind faith on the spiritual path

Question: What are the pros and cons of having blind faith on the spiritual path?

There are no pros to having blind faith on the spiritual path. You cannot make progress on a spiritual path by having blind faith. As Gautama just said in his dictation, you need to use that Alpha-Omega of critical thinking and intuitive experience, and that is how you make progress.

Blind faith is something created by the fallen beings where they have again, created a label projected it with authority and they get people to accept it so they never dare to go beyond the label.

Seeing the results of making the calls

Question: How would we know if or when positive changes are happening in answer to our calls if we cannot trust the mainstream media?

Well, sometimes even the mainstream media will actually report changes. But otherwise, of course, there are alternative news sources that you can find on the Internet, and you can also use your intuition. But in general, you have to recognize here that in order to be at peace as an ascended master student, it is wise to disassociate the action from the result.

In other words, if you know intuitively that it is important to make the calls, then you make the calls and you are at peace with having done it. You do not demand or expect a specific result because you realize that even if you make the calls, they will not go against the free will of the population. What you are actually calling for is a shift in the mindset of individuals or in the collective consciousness so that people can make better choices.

You are not making calls in order to force them. This was one of the problems in previous ascended master organizations that people were so over-eager to change the world that they actually endowed their decrees with a certain overlay of force of wanting these changes to happen. And this can be karma making, and therefore, it is not something we encourage. The best way to avoid it is to give the calls. You know it makes a difference. But the question is how long does it take before people are ready and willing to make the choices that need to be made?

The calming power of the ocean and the nature

Question: My friends and I have often experienced that going to a body of water, such as a lake or the ocean, promotes deeper and more reflective thought. Is there any spiritual explanation for this phenomenon?

Well, it is because the ocean or lake, especially if it is still, is like a mirror. And a mirror is an important symbol. You have the concept of the mirror-like wisdom. You can actually not only feel calmness, but you can actually feel that there is a certain reflection coming back to you from the ocean or from mountains, or from other natural phenomena, even a forest because there is not that human influence. There is not a human chaos that you see, for example, in a large city where often the energies are so chaotic that it is difficult, first of all, to feel the stillness of the mind.

But it is also difficult to know what is actually coming back to you. Is it just mass consciousness or other people’s energies? Or is it your own thoughts, your own energies? When you go to a lake or to the ocean, especially when it is calm, then you can have that reflection. And this can enable you to see something in yourself. But it can also enable you to just feel peace because you are not in the chaotic energy.

Why would an avatar come to earth?

Question: If as avatars, we descended to the 48th level when we came to planet Earth, and we took on all the illusions between the 48th and the 144th level, does this mean that we had already attained the 144th level before on another planet? That we had done this all before on this other planet? What would there be to gain by doing it again on planet earth? And if we had attained the 144th level previously, why would we have been vulnerable to the illusion or illusions that made us want to come to planet earth in the first place?

You cannot compare the levels of consciousness of a natural planet with an unnatural planet. They are two separate things. There is no parallel there. There is no overlap. When you descend to earth, you take on a unique set of illusions that you had not encountered on a natural planet. There is no repetition here. It is an entirely new experience. Now the question is to ask yourself, once you have dealt with the birth trauma, is: “What brought me to earth? What was the purpose or the thought I had?” As this messenger has described, he came to the realization that he decided to come to earth because he saw the suffering. He wanted to help alleviate the suffering. And he thought that he could do this, even though no one else had been successful in doing so. And the same goes for other avatars. But some avatars have different reasons for coming, or at least slightly different reasons. There was a specific decision you made, a specific belief you had, that caused you to come to earth. As the messenger has described, he realized that he thought he came to earth to change other people. But in reality he came to earth to change himself and free himself from this idea, or this incomplete understanding of free will.

You understand that this is not necessarily because you made a mistake, all of you who volunteer to come to earth. It was not necessarily that there was something you had not seen that made you stupid or inferior, or whatever. I could actually say us. But the reality is that on a natural planet, free will operates within a certain range. In other words, if there is a scale of free will, where on one end of the scale is the very extremes of free will, then on a natural planet you never go that far. If you want to experience the full range of free will, then you need to take embodiment on an unnatural planet. And this is what many of us decided to do, not just to help others but also to experience it ourselves. How would we react? What would we do? What decisions would we make? How would we look at ourselves in the dense environment of an unnatural planet? And it can be a very valid step towards growth because now you have experienced that greater range.

It does not mean that you as an avatar need to do what the fallen beings do and make the choices they make and go that far into the extreme, which most avatars never do. But you are experiencing what happens when being students. It gives you a different perspective that you cannot have on a natural planet. It is not that this is necessary or inevitable or something you must do. But again, given free will, it is something that some beings choose to do. And we were all among them. And, of course, we have all gone through regretting it once we experienced how difficult it was on a natural planet. But as we continue to tell you, you can still ascend from an unnatural planet. And when you do you actually ascend with a different perspective that you could not get on a natural planet.

Plato and ascended masters

Question: Plato’s dialogues are the second most studied books by scholars after the Bible. Many of Plato’s teachings sound religious in nature, and he taught many ideas that are very close to the teachings of the ascended masters. Where did Plato get his inspiration? Was he in tune with the ascended masters?

Plato was in tune with the ascended masters, not really with most of the masters you know today because we were not ascended at Plato’s time. But nevertheless, he was an example of a philosopher who was able to tune in and receive these ideas such as the cave, which is a very important symbol to have in the collective consciousness, and also receive the ideas of the realm of ideal forms.

And by the very fact that he was open to this it shows that he was in tune with a higher realm. Yes, there is much to be studied there. But as we have also mentioned during this conference the idea, for example, of the philosopher king was valid at the time but is outdated now. And the same goes for several others of his ideas.

Question about the contaminated radioactive water from Fukushima

Question: A Japanese minister said that Japan may have to dump the contaminated radioactive water from Fukushima into the sea. Many people, including Japanese Greenpeace, are strongly resistant to this plan. From the viewpoint of the ascended masters, what can be the best possible solution to deal with such contaminated water?

It is clear that this is not an ideal situation. But you also have to be practical realists and say that when you have a disaster like this it is not always humanly possible to clean this water. And then you have to recognize that the elemental beings do actually have the capacity to clean up such pollution. The question would be how much water needs to be dumped into the ocean? How is it going to be done? In other words, how big of a concentration is going to be released or over what period of time so that you dilute it as much as possible.

I know that there has been created an enormous fear about radioactivity. And it is, of course, not entirely unwarranted. But you need to recognize that regardless of all the scientific data about half life, the elemental beings have the ability to clean up, to transform, certain kinds of radioactivity, as long as it is diluted enough. The ocean is huge. There is an enormous amount of water. It is not necessarily the biggest ecological disaster in history if this had to be done.

I am not saying, thereby, that we are recommending it. We recommend that you add to everything humanly possible to find alternatives. But if no alternatives are there, then it can be done in a way that is not detrimental.

Question about a tithe

Question: Can the masters comment on the practice or requirement of tithing?

Well, it is a tradition that goes back very far into biblical times. It is always referred back to Abraham. But nevertheless, in the modern age, in the aquarian age, we do not encourage it. We have not asked anybody to give 10% of their income to this movement. You give what you feel is appropriate, and you do not jeopardize your personal economy. It really is a concept that from time to time has been manipulated by the fallen beings.

The Catholic church, for example, has used this to manipulate people into giving money to the church. And this has allowed the church to continue far longer than it really should have, and therefore, the people tithing have actually made karma by prolonging the life of the church or preventing changes. The same can be said by other churches that are not sponsored or supported by the ascended masters.

You always have this situation where some spiritual movements that are guided by this epic mindset will use this to get people to give a lot of money to the organization. And this is not a healthy situation. It is not something we encourage here. An ascended master organization, first of all, it is not a profit making venture. It is not about money. It is not about making money. And you can always say: “Well, you need money to promote the teachings.” But do you really, if you have the Internet and people are willing to use it. You do not need that much more money to promote the teachings. It really just is not necessary in this age.

There can be situations where, for example, a movement would say: “We have a plan for a specific project and we are asking for donations for this.” But to give tithe on a regular basis is not necessary. You are, of course, free to do this on an individual basis if you feel this is what you want to do. But it is not something we are demanding from anyone.

Question about childbirth

Question: This question is about giving birth and bringing children into embodiment. And if the masters have a recommendation to whether children should be born at home with a midwife, which seems to be a more natural process, or in a hospital, considering the technology and the drugs that are used in a hospital. Do they have a recommendation?

You cannot give a general recommendation for this because it depends on the individual situation, the health of the mother, the health of the child. If there is any question about the health of the mother or the health of the child, then the environment of the hospital with a better technology available is a safer way to give birth. Now, it is, of course, also possible to have a hospital setting or clinic where they use a more natural form of childbirth.

But, in general, I would recommend that if you do not have the concerns of the health, then a midwife, either a more personal clinic, a smaller clinic, or having a child at home is usually a more relaxed process. And you can indeed, create a more intimate environment where there isn’t the noise, there isn’t bright light, and so forth and so on. This is what you see in many societies that came before the technological age that there was that more intimate setting.

Now in connection with this, I think it is valid to debate whether childbirth should be in a group of only women, or whether men should be present. And again, it’s an individual matter. But for many women, it would actually be more relaxed not to have men present. And for many men, it would be more relaxed not to be present.

You need to realize here that as a result of the dynamic around the women’s rights movement and a whole shift in how people see the sexes and the role of the sexes, there has been this overlay created that men are supposed to be present. And many women and men have accepted this just from that cultural influence. But it should be debated on an individual level. And people should be free to be honest about this, because in many cases, it actually makes it more difficult for a woman. And for some men, it is quite traumatic to experience childbirth, and at least a feeling should be discussed before a decision is made.
