How to heal a persistent health condition

Question: One of my closest relatives, who is now 65 years old, has suffered from persistent dandruff that turns into scaly crust on the scalp since childhood. He has tried many remedies, but nothing seems to work. Could this be the result of karma from a past life? Beloved ascended masters, please give us insight and show us how to heal from this condition.

Many of the conditions that people have, physical or psychological, come from past lives, of course. Therefore, it is always appropriate when you are facing physical actions or physical conditions where there are no physical remedies, to look at the psychology and go more deeply into the psychology. There are so many teachings we have given on how to resolve the subconscious selves, even to go back to the birth trauma and overcome this. If people are willing to use them, this would be the way to go. Simply start with these teachings, Healing Your Spiritual Traumas, and the other books in that series, and then see where that takes you. It may be at some point that it will be necessary to use some form of therapy to really go in depth with this, but this will be an individual matter.

How to deal with harmful animals

Question: Some rodents and insects, when they settle in a house, can carry diseases or cause damage by chewing on wires and other belongings. I realize that ultimately everything comes down to raising consciousness. Still my question is about the appropriate use of physical measures. The homeowner’s representative was expecting results from the humane methods I applied, like ultrasonic repellents. But when the issue did not resolve, he used poison. I could have stopped him, but I did not, understanding that the owner’s property could also be harmed. Now I am witnessing the rodents dying in pain and feel quite uneasy. In such a situation, what would be the wise course of action? If the rodents do not leave, can traps and poison be considered a balanced measure?

Well, you need to recognize here that earth is an unnatural planet. Therefore, you cannot adopt a universal measure that you should always be humane or non-harmful. There are certain Eastern teachings, including some Buddhic teachings, that talk about the need to be non-harmful to all forms of life. However, on an unnatural planet, this simply is not realistic. And therefore, there are some manifestations, as we have said, some animals and insects that are manifestations of a lower consciousness, an unbalanced consciousness, a dualistic state of consciousness. And in order to avoid them destroying something constructive, it is appropriate to use whatever physical means are available. You cannot let the fact that these rodents will die in pain stop you from doing something that will cause pain to humans.

As we have said before, humans are the highest evolutionary beings on earth. And therefore, when lower beings threaten humans, their health, their survival, it is appropriate to use whatever physical measures are available to stop this. We have also said that as we move further into the golden age, many of the current animal species, including all poisonous animals, many rodents, many insects, will become extinct because as the collective consciousness is raised, the consciousness that manifested these animals will no longer be found on the planet, and therefore, they will die out. Naturally, rodents are not going to be the first ones to die out, but still, the principle applies. So, you can feel at peace in using whatever practical methods are necessary in order to preserve something that is constructive. This does not mean that you cannot start by using the least harmful methods, but if they are not effective, then you need to be practical and use whatever measures are there.

Allergies and a negative view of earth

Question: Is there a connection between allergies to tree and grass pollen or certain foods and a subconscious rejection of the earth? A decision made at some point that the earth is not welcoming, that everything here is hostile? I have observed such allergies in my husband’s lineage. Now my granddaughter is also affected. Doctors cannot find a cause.

Well, yes, there is for many people such a connection, even though for some people it is more of a physical thing. But as we have said, is there something that is purely physical, since everything in the physical is a projection of the three higher realms? So, if you are in a situation like this, where doctors cannot find a cause, or rather a material cause, then you need to look for a psychospiritual cause and use the tools we have given, if people are willing to do this, to look at the attitude to earth.

We have given all of the teachings on avatars and how you can come to earth. Because of the birth trauma, you can develop a negative view of earth, that earth is not a welcoming planet, that it is a hostile environment, and it is not a supportive and nourishing planet. And it can be very constructive and very transforming for people to look at this psychology and overcome it, so that in the rest of your time in embodiment here, you can make the best of the situation and you can accept being in embodiment on earth right now.

Ascend master ideas in the form of NFTs

Question: I have read your dictations about bitcoin, the stock market, and other finance-related stuff. There are cryptocurrencies in the form of NFTs, non-fungible tokens, unique digital files containing songs, paintings, books, and other creative works. They are used in various ways, such as in computer games, and these digital products are becoming very popular. What are your thoughts on creating NFTs that will carry your ideas and be adapted for readers interested in this type of information?

Well, obviously, as we move into the golden age, technology will change, and one of the technologies that will change the most is the internet. So yes, it is quite appropriate to do this, to make use of whatever technology is there for spreading the teachings. But it is something you need to take the initiative to do. If you feel moved to do so, you cannot expect the messenger to do everything. But you need to really study the technology, and you need to not be too quick to adopt something that is still in flux and still not fully developed. So, in many cases, it is appropriate to just wait a little bit and see in which direction the technology goes before you make a major commitment in terms of time.

Is a third world war a real possibility?

Question: Is a third world war a real possibility, and what might Trump’s trade war lead to? While spiritual work is the foundation, it is important to uphold a positive vision and remember that suffering and the School of Hard Knocks can sometimes be a necessary part of one’s growth. How should we prepare from a material point of view for possible future events to protect our loved ones, be an example or help others? Should we consider that the internet could be shut down globally and permanently? Should we buy a simple radio to access information, learn first aid, stock up on items for barter, grow our own food, or make our own clothes? Or is it impossible to materially prepare for such things, and the only option is to respond depending on circumstances?

Well, my beloved, we have in a previous ascended master dispensation given teachings about the possibility of a nuclear war, the necessity to build shelters, the necessity to prepare for survival. This was a specific situation in the late 1980s and early 1990s. We are not repeating these warnings today for the simple reason that we do not consider a third world war a realistic possibility. As we have said quite some time ago, the more time passes where this war does not manifest, the less likely it becomes. There is, of course, no guarantee of anything in a world where free will reigns supreme. Nevertheless, we are not encouraging our direct students to become “preppers”, as the popular saying goes in the United States. You can look at situations and say we can take reasonable precautions, like, for example, the countries in Europe have said you should have supplies so you can survive for three days. You can, of course, store supplies for a little bit longer if you feel like it.

But to completely change your lifestyle and to prepare for a breakdown in the current society and order is not what we are encouraging you to do. In terms of the internet, there could be disruptions, but the internet is designed precisely to make it very difficult to shut down, and therefore, it is not likely that it can be shut down worldwide. There could be local disruptions for a shorter period of time. It really is a very individual thing, depending on where you live in the world, what you think the risk might be. And you need to decide this intuitively by tuning in to what is the right thing for your situation.

Obviously, you can look at the world and see that there are certain regions or countries that are more likely to be affected by war than others, and therefore, it could be valid to take more elaborate precautions there. But still, we are not encouraging you to completely change your lifestyle and focus on a breakdown of the current order. We are encouraging you to tune in to the light, to stay positive, and to hold the vision that we will transition into Saint Germain’s Golden Age without these major cataclysmic events. Now, as we have said, there certainly can be upheaval on a smaller scale, on a local scale, so that is why it is, for some people, valid to take more elaborate precautions than for others. And this you can only determine with your rational minds and your intuition, tuning in to your higher self, to the ascended masters, and see what is applicable where you live.

When someone owes you money and disappears

Question: If someone has refused to repay a financial debt for years and intentionally cut off all contact, could this be my karmic debt to them for something from a previous lifetime, or is it simply their responsibility and a reflection of their dishonesty?

Well, it can be both, or it can be one, either one. It could be your karma. It could be their dishonesty. It could be a combination of both. There is no clear, unequivocal answer. You need to tune into this personally and get this intuitively. But nevertheless, I will say that whenever somebody has borrowed money from you personally, they are, of course, responsible for this, and therefore, you need to take whatever measures are ailable and appropriate to get the money back and to hold them accountable for not paying.

Blockchain and Web 3

Question: Blockchain is not only cryptocurrencies and speculation, but also Web3, a freer and safer internet format. It helps to do business more honestly and protects data on the internet. This also presents opportunities for true direct governance by the people and more honest, transparent referendums. It is possible to create crypto platforms that offer consciousness-enhancing products while excluding speculative tools? Can blockchain technologies support the golden age as a practical tool?

Well, there are certainly many, many tools that will help in manifesting the golden age. And there are many tools that are just now beginning to be developed for making the internet safer, for creating accountability and transparency on the internet. And it is clear that many of these tools will be part of the golden age. I have no intention of giving too many teachings on this, partly because the messenger is not an expert in these technologies. But certainly, there are many, many developments that are part of the golden age. There are many people who are working on these developments that have some attunement with me and that I am working with in whatever capacity they are able to work with me.

Fears and phobias implanted by dark forces

Question: Can specific fears and phobias because of the vulnerability of our psychology be implanted in us by dark forces, or do they only originate because of birth trauma or other traumas?

No, certainly they can be implanted by dark forces, but there has to be an opening. Often it is the trauma that creates the opening, and the dark forces then implant these fears or phobias in order to make it more difficult for you to resolve the trauma.

You can look at it this way. You have an original trauma that creates an opening in your subconscious mind, your aura. Now the fallen beings or the dark forces insert these fears and phobias that prevent you from looking at the trauma, and therefore, you have a catch-22 where it is very difficult to resolve the trauma because you are afraid to look at it, or you are afraid of something else that pulls your attention away from resolving the psychology.

How can you break that stalemate? Well, you have to use our decrees and invocations to call for protection, to call for you to be cut free of these dark forces, and then you have to use the tools to resolve the psychology—even your phobias. A phobia is, of course, a subconscious self based on an illusion that was projected into your mind by dark forces, but still you had to come to accept that illusion, and therefore, you can come to see it and let the self die.

How to stay in the present moment

Question: Can you advise me on how to stay in the present moment?

I know we sometimes sound like a broken record, but it is really the reality here. You need to resolve the psychology, the subconscious selves, because they are the ones that pull you away from the present moment. A subconscious self is either looking towards some lost paradise in the past, or it is looking towards some future paradise. It is never looking at the now, because it cannot. It is a matter of resolving enough subconscious selves that the Conscious You is not being pulled into focusing on the past and the future. And then when you have that resolution, you can then focus on the present moment, and you can simply realize you are always in the present moment. However, be aware that there is a certain focus in spiritual New Age circles about the present moment as some kind of universal solution to all of your problems. It is perfectly correct that the cause of suffering is that the subconscious selves are pulling you to focus on the past or the future.

But even a person who has attained Christhood or Buddhahood is not always focused on the present moment, because how could you plan anything and give your life any kind of direction if you are always focused on the present? You cannot qualify for your ascension by focusing on the present moment. And while you are still working on your psychology, you cannot resolve your psychology by focusing on the present moment, because it is often necessary to focus on the past in order to resolve a particular subconscious self that was created in the past. Be careful not to make this some superior goal to be focused in the present moment. Dissolve the selves that pull you away from the present moment, and it will spontaneously begin to happen.

The fall of Constantinople and the emergence of Tsarist Russia

Question: I was born and live in Russia. As I have studied the history of my country, I have noticed a pattern that in my view has shaped its development up to this day. Until the mid-15th century, the state of Moscow did not seem very different from other medieval states, but around that time the rulers of Moscow began using the title Tsar from the Roman Caesar, adopted the Byzantine double-headed eagle as the state emblem, and the state’s name changed to Russia. Byzantine culture, especially through Eastern Orthodoxy, began to influence Russia more deeply. In the early 16th century, the idea of Moscow as the Third Rome emerged within the Russian Orthodox Church, declaring Russia the spiritual heir of both the Western and Eastern Roman Empires.

Over time, this idea took root in the collective consciousness. From the end of the Middle Ages to today, a dominant ideology in Russia has been chauvinism, proclaiming Russia’s divine chosen-ness and sacred mission to oppose Western civilization and justifying the seizure of foreign lands. I feel that the same ideas were present in the Eastern Roman Empire, Byzantium, which from its founding competed with the Western Roman Empire and at its height occupied nearly the same territory. My question is this. Is it possible that after the fall of Constantinople in 1453, the hierarchy of fallen beings that had controlled the Eastern Roman Empire, Byzantium, transferred and began to control Russia? Were these historical events random, or were they the result of the activity of the same hierarchy of fallen beings that had ruled over Byzantium?

While your observation is valid, not in the sense that the entire hierarchy of fallen beings from the Byzantine Empire transferred to Russia, but that some of them did, you have to realize that when you look back at history, there is a limited number of fallen beings who have taken embodiment over and over again and have put themselves into these leadership positions in various empires.

And even though they have time and time again created an empire and then destroyed it from within through their limited vision, they have never given up. They are still trying to create the ideal empire that will last for a thousand years, as they often use that number. They are trying to create a lasting empire, and when one empire self-destructs, they immediately start looking for where else they can go and find a group of people that they can turn into their willing and obedient slaves so that they can create another empire. But this is not limited just to Russia, and it is not particularly that it came from Byzantium or the Eastern Orthodox Church. It was more that the Eastern Orthodox Church became used by the fallen beings as a tool to generate this view of superiority and that the people are chosen by God for some important mission. This is what we have called the epic mindset that these fallen beings have used over and over and over again in various disguises to create this sense of superiority, and you see it in many nations throughout the world, even today, but certainly historically.

The simple fact is when you look at history, you see that this belief that our people have a special mission, that we are superior, that we are selected by God, it always leads to the downfall of that civilization. In some cases, it takes a long time, in other cases it takes a short time, but the result is pretty much inevitable when you look at it historically. But it is an important observation, of course, that there is a certain belief of this in the collective consciousness of Russia, as we have mentioned before. You have to, though, be careful about tracing this to a specific historical event and saying it all started there, because it really comes from the fallen beings who are not using just one group of people or one nation. They are trying the same plot, the same scheme in many different nations, and just seeing where does it take hold, where they can give it a push and take it in a more extreme direction. In a sense you could say Russia is not unique. This is a pattern that has been repeated over and over and over again, and is being repeated even today.

Writing poems and songs invoking the light

Question: Is it appropriate to create poems and songs that include calls to the light for a positive shift in the collective consciousness? Would this pose any risk or danger to listeners wanting to sing along? If so, how can one create a sealing effect?

Yes, certainly it is appropriate to do so, and it will not pose any risk to those who listen to it or sing along with it.

Overcoming subject-object duality

Question: Can we say that rational cognition is inherently dual and functions as an instrument of dualistic perception because it is subject-object based, meaning it relies on separation?

Gnosis is said to dissolve this division. How does it do so? Is it through the power of the Conscious You? What is this power: spirit, feeling or both? What is meant by the idea that the conscious self or you can identify with the object of knowledge and experience it from within? Today rational thinking prevails, including in our communication with you, but what mode of cognition belongs to the future?

Rational cognition is not in itself what leads to dualistic perception. The Messenger has given some YouTube talks about the misunderstanding that any kind of differentiation is the same as duality. Duality is a specific state of consciousness dominated by the dualistic extremes, what the Buddha called the pairs. It therefore, colors the way you look at everything. Rational cognition is first of all focused on identifying differences between different forms in the form-based universe. This is not the same as duality. Now you can say that when a person is trapped in the dualistic consciousness, then the subject-object duality is dualistic because the person’s perception of everything is dualistic. Therefore, the person sees itself as separated from any object. But this does not mean that when you overcome dualistic perception there is no longer a subject or an object. You will always be a subject in the sense that you have an individual focal point, an individual sense of self from which you are observing the universe.

Even when you rise above the duality consciousness, you still have an individual perception. You are a subject observing the world. Overcoming subject-object duality means two things. First of all, that you see beyond the outer forms and see that all forms came from the same source, namely God. And in the longer run you can come to a point where the Conscious You is able to tune into the consciousness behind any form. As an example, the earth was originally created by the Elohim in a pure state. It is possible for the Conscious You to tune into the consciousness that the Elohim used—the matrices that the Elohim created in consciousness when they manifested the original earth. Thereby you can in a sense overcome the subject-object duality where you are not observing the earth as an object, but you are tuning into and experiencing attunement with the consciousness that created the physical object. In other words, you tune into the consciousness behind the physical form.

The power of the Conscious You that allows you to do this is, as we have said, the Conscious You is pure awareness. It can either tune into the form through separate selves, or it can tune into the consciousness to the higher self, to the ascended masters, and so forth. And this, of course, is the kind of cognition that will become more common in the golden age when people develop their intuitive faculties so that they have a proper balance between rational and intuitive cognition. Whereas today, especially in the Western world, most people have a dominance of rational cognition. And as I said, rational cognition is geared towards identifying differences between different forms, and therefore, it will reinforce the subject-object duality based on separation, because you see yourself as separate from the object you are studying through rational cognition. And this is what you overcome through intuitive cognition.

How to see beyond the mind

Question: How can I feel that at any given moment I am seeing beyond the mind and free from selfishness, that I am in contact with you, the ascended masters and the Creator, or will I realize it immediately once I experience it?

You cannot feel this at any given moment, but what you can do is use all the teachings and tools we have given on resolving psychology, especially the subconscious selves. Having a certain attunement with your higher self, with your ascended masters, is your natural state. What pulls you away from the natural state is the dualistic, separate selves that you have created. However, even if you get rid of all of your subconscious selves, you still will not at all moments see beyond the mind because there will be many moments where you are focused on practical tasks. You can, however, by overcoming these subconscious selves be free of selfishness, where you are not so self-focused. But even a Christed being is not always focusing its attention on its higher self or the ascended masters or God, because when you are focused on practical tasks, you are focused on the practical tasks.

Corruption in Ukraine

Question: I was born and live in one of Ukraine’s major cities. In my opinion, criminal structures took over power in the city long ago. They embezzle almost all of the city’s income with only a small portion going towards maintenance. How can this situation possibly be changed?

Well, what you are talking about here is simply corruption, that instead of being the party elite there are criminal gangs. And this needs to be fought as part of the fight against corruption and as part of the restructuring of Ukrainian society and the Ukrainian economy that will follow after the war if Ukraine is to make that transition and become a modern democratic nation that can become part of the EU.

Is Ukraine under the influence of the U.S?

Question: There is a theory that the revolution on Maidan, which resulted in President Yanukovych overthrow, was organized by the American government, and that after this revolution the United States brought Ukraine under external control. Recently published USAID documents showing the funding of various organizations in Ukraine, including some government-related ones, are often cited as evidence. What do we need to change in our collective psychology to stop looking for a big brother and to escape U.S. influence?

Well, as ascended masters we never encourage our students to delve too deeply into conspiracy theories, and this is a conspiracy theory. If Ukraine had been under United States control, why would they have allowed Putin to take over Crimea and then start the full-scale invasion? This simply does not add up. It does not mean that there was not some funding through CIA and other governments and organizations which there have been in many countries where the U.S. had been trying to create some kind of what they define as progress or create some kind of stability.

I am not saying that there was not some funding and involvement, but to say that after the Maidan revolution America took control of Ukraine is clearly contradicted by the Russian actions in eastern Ukraine and Crimea and now the full-scale invasion.

Low pensions in Ukraine

Question: In Ukraine the minimum pension is around $66. How is it possible that people are not raising this issue in society and demanding a decent standard of living for everyone?

Well, partly because it is not very easy to raise the pension in a wartime economy, but partly because the economy has not been good enough to give a better pension.

The only way out of this is the transition that we have talked about, where Ukraine makes the shift so that it becomes a modern, free economy that uses its natural resources and distributes them more equally to all people. The state cannot pay more pension unless they have more money. They will not have more money unless they take in more taxes, and they will not take in more taxes unless people are making more money. And this means that a broad range of people need to make more money, not just a few oligarchs who either do not pay taxes or are paying too little in taxes to give the economy the lift that is needed. You could also say it another way relating to a previous question that building a middle class of people who have a steady income and are willing to pay taxes to support the state and the benefits is also a way to improve the situation for everyone. Unless there is a group of people with a good income who can pay enough taxes, how will you support the pensions of those who are not making an income.

The rise of a middle class in Ukraine

Question: I have heard that in many countries the so-called middle class is the driving force that activates the working class and contributes to population growth. However, historically the middle class has been almost non-existent in Ukraine due to past repressions and current instability. Can you explain why and how this situation can be changed?

Answer from the Ascended Master Saint Germain through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2025 Ukraine Webinar.

Well, the middle class has traditionally been the enemy of Marxism, going all the way back to Marx and Lenin. The bourgeoisie was seen as the enemy of revolution because it was seen as the class who had something to lose, they were in a privileged position and therefore, they wanted to maintain the status quo. That is why Marxism was directed against the workers, because the fallen beings determined that since they had the least to lose, they were the easiest class to manipulate, they were also the less educated, whereas the middle class usually was better educated and therefore, not as susceptible to believing in Marxist ideals.

The Soviet Union did everything they could to eradicate the middle class wherever they had influence. Of course, in doing so they created another middle class, namely the party elite.

What can be done in Ukraine? Well, what can be done is the transition into a modern, more free economy, as especially Portia just talked about. As you do this, there will be the emergence of what you can call a middle class. It is not really correct to say that the middle class is the driving force that activates the working class, but certainly any country needs to have a middle class. It is the driving force in order to function in the best possible way. This will come naturally as Ukraine improves its economy, as it will do when the war stops.

Are there invocations for creating a victory on the battlefield?

Question: As you have said, Ukraine has voluntarily taken on the role of the victim in the cases of the Holodomor, the Chernobyl disaster, and the war started by Russia in 2014. You said that this aims to reflect the state of their consciousness back to the Russian people. I live in a front-line city that has been under heavy shelling for four years in a row. The city is severely damaged. Many people have been killed and many have left. Due to my circumstances, I am unable to leave this city, so I live under constant stress and tension. I pray and have given invocations to protect Ukraine and my city since the first days of the full-scale war. I call on all angels, archangels, and all forces of light to protect the people of Ukraine from dark forces and fallen beings. I deeply desire for the war to end, but I also understand that if Ukraine loses the war and Russia takes over more territory, the consciousness of the Russian people will not change. Instead, their belief that through force, money, and deception they can do whatever they want on earth and no one can stop them will only get stronger.

Can you please tell me what additional decrees or invocations I can give to help our Ukrainian soldiers repel all aggressive attacks by the Russian army on our cities and villages? How can Ukraine achieve victory and what more does the Ukrainian people need to do for the Russian people to see the state of their consciousness and awaken?

First of all, I encourage you to consider that if it was a matter of life and death, would it be possible for you to move and very closely monitor the situation so you can stay in embodiment?

In terms of what you can do, you cannot do more. You can do the decrees and the invocations we have given, especially focusing on binding and consuming all dark forces in the emotional, mental, and identity realms. You need to understand here that we have deliberately not given you invocations in order to create a victory on the battlefield, because this is not within the Law of Free Will of what we are allowed to deal with. You look historically at many, many people who have been at war, who have asked God or the angels to give them victory over their enemy, but their enemy is also praying to God to give them victory.

These are things that as ascended masters we are not allowed to respond to, because in the physical octave, free will must be allowed to outplay itself. What we are authorized to do is cut people free from the dark forces, so there your calls can be very helpful.

In terms of what more the Ukrainian people need to do, there is not much more you need to do. As we have said, the only thing that will really change the equation is that something breaks down in Russia, either the armed forces or the economy, and as I said earlier, most likely the economy. You can certainly call for the binding and consuming of dark forces, the return of karma and cosmic justice upon the Russian economy and the Russian armed forces. It is not appropriate for you to call for the Ukrainian soldiers to have victory, but it is appropriate for you to call for the karma of the Russian army and the Russian nation to be returned to them, as you do in the Invocation for Cosmic Justice, but can do in other decrees and calls as well.

On transition and cooperation with new dispensations

Question: Again, a question about ascension. Why do, Guru Ma and Lanello not participate in this dispensation through you. I mean, it is only one book from Guru Ma and for me it is like really valuable. I feel like it helps me a lot and maybe they can do more for us and what do you think, what do you feel about this?

Answer from Kim Michaels. This answer was given at the 2025 Holland Conference.

Kim: Well, I think you could just write down the shorter version of the question and submit it and we’ll see if they’ll answer it. My sense is that Guru Ma gave her book, there are a lot of teachings in that book, so she gave that book as a way for people to kind of make the transition from the Summit Lighthouse to this dispensation. And I think if more people had done it, they would probably have had more to say. My sense is that not enough people from the Summit have been willing to listen to what they can say through me and therefore, they are not saying anymore. That is my sense. Why say something for people from that dispensation if they are not willing to listen to it? But that is just my sense of it. I think you should just submit the short version of the question and see if they’ll answer it.

Student remark: The ascended masters have invited us last time in every case to search contact also to other spiritual organizations and work together. That is what I can remember. Going for this conference, I was looking around in Holland, what other spiritual organizations there are. And I found a Summit Lighthouse organization in Holland. Actually, I wanted to call them or write or somehow make contact, but it did not happen. And why did it not happen? Because many other things have happened. I did not make that contact, but it also did not feel I should do it. If I would have done it, I would have had the idea that it is because, well, like my ego would have very much liked that. But it was not clear to me whether it is this one or that one. But next time in Holland, I will have had contact with Summit Lighthouse in Den Haag. I am very curious how they will react.

Kim: Yeah, but all I can say, I obviously do not know how they’ll react, but all I can say about it is they obviously know about me, at least somebody in the Summit Lighthouse organization does, and they do not want to have anything to do with me.

That is a pity.

Kim: No, that is just their choice. I mean, in the sense that you can say, no, but in the sense you can say, after Elisabeth stopped being a messenger, she gave them instructions that she did not want them to be stuck, she wanted them to follow the next messenger.

But the trouble is determining who is the next messenger.? They had to set up some kind of criteria for that. They have something called the elders, and I assume they looked at me, I do not know. Maybe they just decided they were not going to look for another messenger. I do not know what their process is. But I am just saying, their primary objective, the way they see it, must be to preserve the teachings given through Mark and Elisabeth. And that is the choice they made. And, you know, I do not have any opinion about what they should do or not do. I have never, ever had the sense that the masters wanted me to be a messenger for the Summit, or they wanted, that the masters wanted the Summit to acknowledge me as a messenger.

Well, free will.

Kim: Yeah, yeah, exactly. Yeah, yeah. Because free will needs to outplay itself. There were very few students from the I AM movement who were accepted to Summit Lighthouse. Very few.

I do not know how many I AM students are left. Do they attract new people?

Student reaction: Yes, they attract, I was in the I AM movement for Matthew Austin.

Kim: They attract a few people, but not that many, I think, is my impression.

Student reaction: No, no, because Lotus, you know, the messenger Lotus, she told the I AM students before she left her body that she could see in the future that there were only a very few I AM students doing the classes, what they call the classes, the violet flame class, the blue outline, and there would not even be 100% classes. The people with whom I am still in contact with still try to take me into the I AM movement, and they say that I follow, well, I follow a wrong path.

Student remark: In her book Do not drink your own Kool-Aid Elisabeth does explain everything why she attracted these kinds of people and what would have happened.

Kim: Yes this is explained in her book. I do not have any opinion about it. I do not even have any desire that they should recognize me. I mean, because personally I would not want to fit into an existing organization because they would have demands, and you are supposed to be this way or that way. And I want to be free to be an open door for the masters and bring forth whatever they want to bring forth.

Yes, that is why I was in 2017 ready to make the new step into the new dispensation with you. And I asked Saint-Germain to help me. He always said: “I grab you by the hair.” It was a funny explanation. But I was ready to step into a new dispensation, and I felt it because for me, the violet flame did not help me anymore. The blue outline also didn’t help me. And it was such a structure that I did not fit into it anymore.

Kim: Yes, and that is then because you had the attunement with your higher self and you were open. What happens to some of the people, not just in the IAM movement or the Summit Lighthouse or any spiritual organization—they decide with the outer mind: “I have to be loyal to this organization and this guru.” And then they shut off their intuition. If you make a very strong decision with your outer mind: “Oh, this is my path, this is what I am going to follow.”. Then you basically say to your intuition: “I don’t need you because I have decided with my outer mind.”

They are not listening. And if they come across another teaching, they are just basically looking for a way to reject it, a justification for rejecting it. They might read something and then they come across something and think: “Oh, this is different than what was said before. The masters would never say this.” Actually, if you think about it, even in the Summit Lighthouse, it was said that El Morya has this retreat in Darjeeling, India. And he has a very gruff gatekeeper, really rude and nasty and bothering people who come because if they cannot make it past him, they are not ready for what he teaches at his retreat.

Student: Yeah, it is true, because in the I AM movement, you know, you have to follow the dress code and use the right colors, never wear black.

Kim: I would not have not been let in.

Student: And they are very judgmental. I could not understand it really. I could not.

Kim: Yes, but see, that is what happens in an organization like that, where they have decided with the outer mind, they become judgmental of anybody who is not validating their decision. They feel threatened by it. Therefore, they are just looking for ways to reject it. And you know, what can you say? I mean, masters always talk about free will. But what you also can say is, this is actually why the masters start new dispensations. Because in the older ones, people have become too rigid. They become too rigid in their thinking. I would say, based on my experience with the Summit Lighthouse, there were many people who decided: “If I keep studying these teachings and giving my decrees and going to these decree services, I am guaranteed to qualify for my ascension.” And they did not want to look at their psychology. They just want to hold on to that belief. And therefore, they are basically saying to the ascendant masters: “Do not disturb me. I feel I have got it all under control here. Do not come and disturb me and tell me I have to do something different.” And that is fine. I mean, that is the right people have. But what can you do about it? I cannot do anything about it. Because no matter what I would say, they would reject it. I mean, ‘He is, per definition, a false messenger.’

Student: Yeah, that is what they say.

Kim: Yeah, of course. But you know that the I AM movement also said that Bridge to Freedom was a false messenger and Mark and Elizabeth Prophet were false messengers.

Student: But it is amazing to me that they all vote for Trump.

Kim: Do they?

Student: Yes.

Kim: Okay.

Student: It is amazing.

Kim: No, not really, because they have shut down their intuition. How can they read his vibration?

Student: They cannot read the vibration of Trump.

Kim: That is what I am saying. How would you know that the masters have started speaking through me? But basically you have to sense: “Oh, I sense the vibration of the masters. And that is where I want to be.” But if you cannot sense that, you cannot sense Trump’s vibration, for example. You know, you are then evaluating with the outer mind whether you like this policy or that policy. And in the Summit, they were very much against abortion. They say: “Oh, well, he changed the Supreme Court judges so that now they overturned Roe v. Wade. So that means he must be a good guy.” And you know, that is based on the evaluation with the outer mind, not on reading vibration.

Question: Question about the 144,000, which is also in the Bible, in the book of Revelation. Is it a real number or is it symbolic?

I would say it is, as I understand it right now, it is more symbolic than a real number. But there could be something I do not know because the masters have not said it. They talked about the avatars that have come from natural planets, but they have never put a number on it. But I would, as you explain yourself, they had a certain method for coming up with that number, 12 times 12, and then one day for the Lord is like 1,000 days for us, so that was 144,000. That is the kind of human reasoning where you are projecting onto the spiritual realm. It is the same with the angry, judgmental God in the sky. That is also some angry men running around in the desert, projecting their own image onto God.

What the masters have said—Jesus has said through me, there are 10,000 people that have the potential to manifest the Christ consciousness in this lifetime. And there are millions more who can manifest a high degree of it. It was said that there was a time where 144,000 people came from Venus to embody on earth, along with their leader, Sanat Kumara. But this was a long time ago. There are still people in embodiment who came, they did not come physically, you understand, that took embodiment on earth to help raise the earth to a higher level. Was that what you were going to say?

Student: I just wanted to comment that you said that you are aware only that Jesus said about 10,000 people. And I want to say that this number is also in the Bible, in the book of Revelation, in the clouded language, but something about 10,000 in light and white robes that are coming to save the earth or something. I do not remember the exact words, but it was such a talking point. When I found that, I was, wow, surprised.

Kim: Personally, I am not so attached to these numbers because it could change all the time. I mean, they talked about there are avatars coming from natural planets, and there could still be avatars coming from natural planets. Whatever number originally came, it could have changed over time. And how important is it to have a number like that?

The level where you qualify for your ascension

Question: Master MORE talks about qualifying for the ascension. What is the point? Is there a level connected to the qualification for your ascension. Is there a certain level when you qualify for your ascension? Is it just the 144th level, or is it before?

Answer from Kim Michaels. This answer was given at the 2025 Holland Conference.

Kim: Ideally the 144th level. That is the path they would like us to walk. But in previous dispensations, there were various teachings given. In the Summit LightHouse Assembly, it was said that you could ascend with 51 percent of your karma balanced. You did not have to balance 100 percent. That would indicate to me that you did not have to reach the 144th level. But you also have to realize that that was again a simplified teaching because it does not make sense to say you can ascend when you have unresolved psychology, you become an ascended master. The way I understand this was they did not have to come back into embodiment on earth. But that is not the same as saying they became an ascended master after they passed from the body. Because obviously they have to, even if you talk about karma, they have to balance the last 49 percent. It does not make sense to have an ascended master that has karma with earth.

But is it still so?

Kim: The masters just do not talk about it much more anymore. And my sense of it is that there can be people who go out of embodiment, let’s say they are close to the 96th level or above the 96th level. They do not have to come back into a physical body. But they still have to work out their remaining psychology and karma before they become an ascended master. But some can do this in the identity realm, for example.

But is it the choice that we can make?

Kim: It is a choice you can make. And that would probably just be determined after you leave embodiment. You are working with the ascended masters to determine that. Because, again, you could say there can be various concerns. Is there something you still want to experience or do on earth? Do you want to maybe demonstrate the path where you walk all the way and so you just need to come back into one more lifetime? Or do you want to help manifest the golden age by being in physical embodiment?

It is a very individual thing. Personally, my sense is that ideally the masters, when you have the teachings in this dispensation, they would want you to apply this, if you sense it is your potential to ascend after this lifetime, to apply yourself as much as you can to resolve the psychology, so you can ascend with the highest level possible.

But I think there is probably another consideration you could have there. And it is just my sense, they have not really said this clearly, is that you know how the masters have said, you start at the 144th level, you take on one illusion, take on another illusion, and that takes you down ultimately to the 48th level. But they have also said that some of the higher illusions, they just relate to how we integrate with the physical body. Those are fairly easy to overcome. They are not really unresolved psychology, when the masters are talking about unresolved psychology, they are not talking about these illusions between the 144th level to, for example, the 96th.

I think you can resolve the psychology you created on earth, the separate selves, you can resolve those before reaching the 144th level. It is just that the higher you go, the better you can question the sense of reality that people have about the physical world. If you talk about some of these deeper questions, you know, what is real, what is unreal, is there a self, is there not a self. The higher you go, the more you can see the solution to these questions. But you can resolve psychology before you reach the 144th level. I do not know if that answers your question.

The Anunnaki, the Reptilians and other non-human species

Question: My question is about why the ascended masters never mentioned other [extra-terrestrial] species or do we ascend only once we leave the body or is it a possibility that we elevate our frequency, earth as well, and then we could meet other species? Why do they never talk about Anunnaki, the Reptilians or other fallen beings in a different, non-human species?

Answer from Kim Michaels. This answer was given at the 2025 Holland Conference.

Kim: Well, they talk a lot about fallen beings in the emotional, mental and identity level.

Yeah, but they keep their discussion to fallen beings. But do they exist or not in different species like Reptilian, Anunnaki, whatever we see people talk about because it cannot be. Many things said about that. At the end, there is a big silence from the Ascended Masters about that. Is there any view on this or not?

Kim: Well, some of it is not real, it is just something people are imagining. But some of it exists in the astral plane. But the masters have not given us very detailed teachings about the astral plane because it is not that interesting to us when you are at a certain level of the path. They want us to know about fallen beings because they want us to understand the dynamic that they are trying to control us. And there are a lot of things the masters have not talked about. They do not talk very much about conspiracy theories, because many of us grow up without any spiritual awareness. And all of a sudden we find: “Oh, there is a spiritual side to life.” There are all these spiritual teachings out there. We often go through this exploration phase where we just need to look at what is out there. And then gradually we kind of zero in on there are certain things that appeal to us more. Basically, you have to say you can confuse yourself by looking at everything that is out there. And I have met people that have looked at so many things they do not know what is real and unreal. Or you can come to a point where you focus on certain things. And the masters are simply giving teachings for people who are ready to focus on what the masters are talking about.

Okay, so but when there will be the golden age of Saint-Germain in 500 years, 1000, I do not know, will that include contact with other [extra-terrestrial] species or that will never happen on earth?

Kim: The way I understand this from the master teachings is these are not physical. They exist in the emotional vibrational spectrum. They are not a physical species. Therefore, there will not be physical contact with these. And I think as the planet is raised, the astral plane is also going to be cleaned up so that many of these species are simply going to disappear from the planet. They are only there now because the collective consciousness is so low that it allows them to be there. And gradually they’ll disappear. The masters have even said many of the physical animal species that are here will also disappear over time because they are also a reflection of the level of the collective consciousness.

Astrology and your Divine plan

Question: I have been looking at the question and answers on the ascended masters for quite a long time and searching about how astrology affects one’s Divine plan, a collective influence and also a personal influence when someone’s got a natal chart. How strong is that influence on our Divine plan? That is my question. I am not sure if it is a good question or not, but that is my question.

Answer from Kim Michaels. This answer was given at the 2025 Holland Conference.

Kim: Basically, how strong is your astrology influencing your Divine plan?

How is it fixed? Because sometimes we have got fixed attributes, supposedly from certain star signs. And how is that influenced? Do the dark forces influence that at all and divert it at all? That is the other question. I mean, I just want to know how fixed it is.

Kim: I am not the best person to answer the question because I do not know very much about astrology because I just never felt prompted to go into it. I have a strong intuitive sense that astrology can be used for you to see something about your psychology. And therefore, it can also be used to see what you might have put into your Divine plan. But I also have a strong intuitive sense that it does not work the other way, that it is forcing me. I have a strong intuitive sense that some star sign up there is not going to determine my path in life because I still have my free will and my choices.

It might show you something about your psychology and the challenges you face and what you might need to resolve and look at. But to me, your Divine plan, it is something you chose, your astrology did not force you to. But of course, it was based on looking at your karma you might have from past lifetimes, some karma you might need to balance. That sets certain parameters.

And I am not saying that a good astrologer could not see some patterns in your astrology perhaps, but I just do not have a sense that just because you were born at a certain time at a certain place and the planets were in this position, that that determines how you are going to be because you still have your free will and your choices. It is a matter of resolving your psychology so you can see more clearly and get a better intuitive sense for what is in your Divine plan.

I suppose that when I came into incarnation, I would have decided where I was going to be born, what time I was going to be born, and all the rest of it anyway. That would be my decision, presumably.

Kim: Yes, But I also have a sense that when it comes to those kinds of questions, you are facing the realities of time and space. You cannot choose that your parents were going to meet at that particular time. You are not directing your parents. You might be up there, it is time for you to come into embodiment, and there might be two or three places you could come into embodiment, and you have to choose one of them. What you may be looking at is their potential there, but then these two people do not get together that could have become your parents. Now you are looking at some of the others, and: “Oh, here is a chance, so I am going to take this one.” You see what I am saying? It is not like it is so carved in stone, because there is are so many variables in the physical octave. And I think sometimes some of us who are more, what do you want to call it, we have resolved more psychology in our past lives, and may not have as much karma. It is just a matter of we have to get into a physical body, and it is not so important where. I mean, obviously we want to not be born in an abusive home where we are crippled for life because of our childhood, but whether it is here or there, you know, for me, I do not think it was essential that I was born in Denmark. I could have been born in many other places, I think it was just for practical purposes. At some point you just have to say: “OK, I am taking that one.” It is like you are standing at the main train station and: “Oh yeah, I am taking that train. I am not going to wait for another train.”

The dangers and risks associated with being online

Question: These days, several technological problems are progressing due to cyber risk and technological illiteracy in most people. With A.I. advancements, these problems continue to escalate. How can we strike a balance between necessary caution and paranoia-driven overprotection? Should we minimize sharing personal and family-related content, personal and family photos, videos on social media, or would it be more prudent to remain entirely anonymous online, given that today’s harmless data could have unforeseen consequences tomorrow?

Answer from the Ascended Master Saint Germain through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2025 Holland Conference.

Well, I wish I could give you a yes-or-no answer to a question like this. But you will recognize, I am sure, that given the current state of the earth, where so many people are trapped in the duality consciousness, always looking for an advantage, always looking to take advantage of other people, then there is no clear-cut answer.

You have to evaluate this individually, and what you can do is you can look at your attitude, your fears, and see if they come from a subconscious self. You mentioned the word “paranoia.” Well, paranoia always comes from subconscious selves that are overly cautious. If this is a problem you feel is relevant to you, then use the tools to get rid of this subconscious self. Then you can look at the problem more neutrally, and you can make a decision from a neutral state of mind, and it may be prudent for many people to remain anonymous. But for many others, you might say: “Well, so many people are sharing their information. What harm will it really do if it is not deeply personal information that could be used by anyone?” As this messenger has sometimes said: “What does it matter if there is some big brother that wants to monitor everything I do, and they will see that I spend most of my time in front of the computer, and I go to the grocery store twice a week, and I take a walk in nature every day? What harm could it do that someone knows this?”

You can find that neutral evaluation, and you can evaluate: “Well, do I get a sense of enjoyment out of sharing my photos with my family? And if they are not compromising photos in any way, what are people going to do with it?” I understand that there is always the possibility that someone will come up with some way to use information in malignant ways. But on the other hand, you also have to realize that governments are aware of this issue, and therefore, they will take appropriate measures to protect people. Can you protect yourself against anything? No. And if you feel it is important to be protected, then the only option really is to remain completely anonymous online. But as I said before, there will also come a point where it will be seen by many that it is necessary to create an entirely new section of the internet where you cannot remain anonymous, where you have to verify your identity before you can create an account. And therefore, you are only posting things on there that you are willing to take responsibility for.

And this means you can now create a place on the internet where real people can interact with real people, instead of interacting with people who are hiding behind a false identity, or even bots and robots and what have you.

I still, with all the dangers and risks associated [with being] online, still look at the internet as one of the major advancements in bringing the earth towards my golden age. Just imagine, if it had not been for the internet, how many of you would be sitting here today. How would you ever have found these teachings? You have to evaluate the risks carefully, but certainly I see the internet as a major advancement in manifesting the golden age.

Comfort or growth?

Question: I have been working at my current job for over seven years. In recent years, I have strongly felt that I am working solely for financial reasons, without much emotional satisfaction. Does this mean it is time to change something and look for a field of work that brings income and genuine joy from the process itself? How can I discern whether this is my Divine plan urging me to move forward or if it is an epic separate self that wants to feel useful? To experience uplifting emotions from work and to know that its occupation is not meaningless. As a student of the ascended masters, how can I best express myself in this material world? Should I stay in a well-paying but uninspiring job that allows time for self-development and studying the teachings or leap into something that truly excites me, even if it involves financial risk?

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2025 Holland Conference.

Well, you can as a general guideline say that when you are a spiritual person who is open to the ascended master teachings, then it is not the main goal of your Divine plan to be comfortable. It is your goal to grow. What will give you the most growth? Is there growth in the job you are in? If you are only there because it gives good money but there is no growth, then tune in, use your intuition and see if it is not time to move on.

I understand that depending on where you grew up, it can be important to be comfortable materially. But still, when you are open to ascended master teachings, your primary goal is growth, not comfortability. Jesus was not particularly comfortable in his last lifetime. I, for that matter, was not particularly comfortable dealing with his idiosyncrasies as a child and teenager or even as an adult. I mean, what mother should have to chastise her child because he will not turn water into wine? It is just not reasonable.

How to sense the next step of your Divine plan

Question: How can I discern that the next step in my Divine plan is opening up for me?

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2025 Holland Conference.

There are many ways to discern this. It depends on how good your intuition is and how neutral your state of mind is. The best way is to look at whether you have any human ambitions of what you want to achieve in your life. For example, you have many people who, as they were growing up, were affected by this idea that you need to go into business and make as much money as possible. That is the goal of life, to make as much money as possible. If you are driven by that kind of a human ambition, and this is, of course, one example among many, but that kind of human ambition, this will cover over and color your inner sense of what is your Divine plan. Because I can assure you that your life plan was not to make as much money as possible. It may have been part of your Divine plan to make money if you have an unfulfilled desire from past lives. But as long as you are fixated on that outer goal, you cannot intuitively sense what the next step of your Divine plan is.

It is a matter of becoming aware of these outer human ambitions, taking a look at them, seeing if they are driven by a separate self, which they always are, of course, and then resolving that so you become more neutral. And the more neutral you are, the better you can sense that it is time to move on to a different level. You see, I am sure that the more attached you are to making money, the more it will close your mind to the possibility that there could be a step of your Divine plan that is not focused on making money but on something else. Again, I am just giving examples.

Self-worth based on money

Question: Kuan Yin said, the more you are attached to your image, the more you suffer. I had a situation where I was on a wonderful vacation with wonderful people who have bigger income, and when the time came to share my experience about this time that I have spent with those richer people, I felt a big inner pain and began to cry and felt thoughts coming to me: “I am not worthy to be here. I am not worthy to live such an affluent life.” If I have an inner pain because of low self-worth, does it mean that I am attached to low self-worth?

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2025 Holland Conference.

No. It does not mean that you are attached to low self-worth. It means you have a subconscious self that is based on low self-worth. But you also have an opposite polarity, another subconscious self, that thinks that self-worth is tied to money. You are switching back and forth between the two selves. You are wanting to be around rich people, but then you switch into feeling unworthy to be there. And this is what selves will do, they will have you switching from one to the other to keep you trapped in the pattern, the reactionary pattern.

You simply need to use our tools from Healing Your Spiritual Traumas and other books, to uncover both of these subconscious selves, so you can realize that your self-worth or lack of it, has absolutely nothing to do with money or material possessions or any characteristic on earth. You are worthy by the fact that you are an extension of the Creator’s being. You are worthy because you have your I AM Presence. You are worthy because the Conscious You is pure awareness. Nothing can make the Conscious You unworthy. When you resolve the subconscious selves, you can reconnect to that pure awareness that is beyond these dualistic polarities of worthy or not worthy, rich or poor, this or that.

How to see our deepest traumas

Question: I feel much difficulty on my healing path. Since I was a child, I have felt burdened, traumatized, tormented. I dedicated my life to working on that with all existing approaches, be they psychological, medical, spiritual, energetic. And I have gained some progress. In addition, I have many memories of my previous lifetimes. Nevertheless, I must recognize that I still have a very long way to feeling just normal enough to live a life without spending most of my time and energy on working on myself and seeking psychological healing. It has been very frustrating because every time I work on something, even if I feel I do it with every possible effort and as deeply as I can, for example, on applying myself for almost a year on your book, Healing Your Spiritual Traumas, and receiving many revelations on my birth traumas, the same topic comes back again as if I have done nothing to transform the consciousness underneath. For example, I recently suffered the same injury at a one month’s difference at the same location. Even if I may not have dissolved entirely the related separate selves, why on earth suffer the same injury before I have had time to transcend it? How is it possible that there are things I do not see when I dedicate my life to it? I sometimes feel my work acts on the most superficial areas of my psychology. That deep inside, the primal self or whatever consciousness feels the most hurt, will not let anything in and clings to its traumas no matter what I do. What can I do to take it down and have a chance to get closer to my ascension?

It is quite possible that you can have layers of the psyche, layers of the subconscious mind, layers of subconscious selves. It is possible that you can start at a more surface level of the subconscious mind. You can work through certain issues at that level and you are making progress because you are resolving something. But then there can be a deeper layer that comes up later. This is why you can have this situation where you thought you had resolved something, and then after some time the same thing comes up again.

It does not mean that you have not made progress. It just means that the work is not done. Now, we have at this conference given the teaching that the Conscious You can adopt a certain general view of life, and it is therefore, possible that before you even came to earth you had a certain attitude to life, a certain view of life on earth and what you could do here. And it is possible that you have a deeper trauma than the ones you have contacted so far, where you felt that your expectations for coming to earth were disappointed in such an ultimate way, that it was unbearable to look at it. And therefore, you, so to speak, sealed off the separate selves you created there, and you have not gotten down to that layer. We can say that many people who have been exposed to trauma can go into this reaction where they do not want to look at the trauma because it is too painful and overwhelming. This can apply to these deeper layers. At the deepest layer you have something that was so painful to you, so overwhelming that you are afraid to look at it.

The only thing you can do in such cases is to keep approaching it gradually so not to push it too hard so you get overwhelmed by the energy. You may also need to consider that you will need a therapist of some kind to guide you through it. But what you can also do is start working on this general attitude to life. What is the general view you have of earth, your being here, what you can do and cannot do here?

There are people of course who have some very deep traumas that they are afraid to look at. It is often because they have a certain sense that there is something hiding there, but if they saw it, they would condemn themselves for having that psychological issue. And therefore, you are afraid to look at that core.

Just to give you an example, there are over the many years and different spheres certain fallen beings who have come to a point where they are willing to walk the upward path. They are willing to work on their psychology, and they are making progress. But there is still a certain mechanism, namely the mechanism that caused them to fall, that they are afraid to look at.

This can apply both to avatars and earth inhabitants as well. Basically, you need to find, first of all, a balanced approach, so you do not push it so hard that it becomes overwhelming. But you also need to begin to ask the questions you are reluctant to ask. And you need to gradually look at this from different angles until you come to a point where you have identified the essential question in your psychology that you are afraid to ask. And then you need to build up the willingness to ask that question. And I understand that it can seem very dangerous to ask that question. But as we have said before, the original trauma, nothing could ever be as bad as that again. It is really a matter of once you look at it, you can overcome it. There is no trauma that is so bad that you cannot overcome it. There is nothing in your psychology that you cannot overcome. That is what we have said again and again at this conference and many times previously.

There are people, for example, who are afraid to ask the question: “Am I a fallen being?” But, if you are afraid to ask that question, how will you ever know? If you are a fallen being and you are afraid to ask the question, how will you resolve the psychological mechanism that caused you to fall? Whether you are a fallen being or not, you have to work towards a point where you can ask the question neutrally. And then you can realize that even if the answer is “yes”, it does not matter. Because the mechanism that caused you to fall is not different than the mechanism that caused an avatar to create the birth trauma and the primal self. It just happened a longer time ago, and therefore, it could be encapsulated in more layers of the psyche. But it is still just a decision that can be replaced by a more aware decision. But how will you make a more aware decision until you look at that original mechanism, and ask the question you are afraid to ask? Whatever it is for you individually, you can gradually work towards the recognition that there is a certain question you are reluctant to ask, and then you can work towards the point where you can ask that question.

And whatever the answer is, you know you can transcend it, because you can transcend any decision by making a more aware decision. I am not in any way saying that the person asking the question is a fallen being. I am simply using it as an example, because there are people on the spiritual path on earth today who are fallen beings, who have started the path of returning home. And therefore, once you have started the path, you are not really a fallen being anymore, but you just have not resolved that original trauma. An avatar that comes to earth creates the birth trauma, but a being who falls also creates a birth trauma. And it is still just a psychological mechanism. There is really nothing to be afraid of, but nevertheless, many people do have a certain question in their psychology they are afraid to ask. And only by making that conscious, and then gradually building up the courage to ask the question, can you get out of this kind of sense of being stuck that you are describing.

Facing danger and threats while expressing yourself

Question: I see that Kim openly shares his progressive ideas or your teachings, name specific fallen beings and other revealing information. This looks like fearlessness and as I understand he has worked on his karma and spiritual defenses and activated the will of God. You are also protecting him and apparently because of this it is safe for him and his loved ones. I know some of the ascended master students who have long wanted to start sharing their progressive ideas and they are concerned about their safety and the safety of their loved ones. I want to understand, are these concerns merely fears dictated by mortal selves and egoism and is it important to step into this experience so that the fears recede and we can be the open doors? Or is this actually a reasonable approach given the nature of the planet we live on? As I understand it, when one is an open door and fulfills their Divine plan, they align with the will of God and nothing can truly threaten them or are there certain individual cases where earthly precautions are still necessary and sharing information anonymously might be the wiser choice? If so, how can one discern these nuances and distinctions?

Well, it is certainly necessary to look at your individual situation. What country are you living in? What are the conditions there? What persecution might you be exposed to if you share certain ideas? You will see that Kim of course lives in a democratic country where there is freedom of speech and therefore, he is not as exposed to danger as you would be in many other countries that have a more dictatorial form of government.

Unfortunately, it is not correct to say that if you are aligned with your Divine plan that you will be protected because this is an unnatural planet where free will is what it is and there are people who can choose to do evil things towards those they feel are threatening them. Nobody can be completely safe and I am certainly not encouraging you to have this naive belief that we have seen in previous ascended master organizations basically thinking that: “If I am doing the work of the ascended masters then the ascended masters will protect me from anything bad happening.” As we have said before, we cannot protect you physically against certain people who choose to violate the law of free will.

You have to take precautions. You have to evaluate your individual situation. There are certainly some countries where you cannot speak freely about political issues. Well, perhaps you can consider speaking about non-political issues. It is not only a matter of talking about politics. You will see that most of what the messenger is sharing is about spirituality, spiritual growth—psychology. Well, that is a much safer topic to talk about even in very dictatorial countries. You can keep your talk at a more personal level that does not have political undertones.

You need to evaluate this and you can only really do this intuitively. What I would suggest is that you first evaluate the situation. Are there certain topics that is not safe to talk about? Then do not talk about those. Find some topics that are safe to talk about. Talk about them. Then get more familiar with your own reactions when you start expressing yourself. What feedback you get back, how you react to it. Use that as an opportunity to look at your subconscious selves and overcome them. As you overcome more of these selves you will have a clearer intuition and there may come a point where you see that now it is time to speak out about more dangerous topics, so to speak, or you may even sense that you can continue to speak about spiritual or psychological topics because this is really what is your highest mission. Again, start by evaluating your reaction, seek to overcome the reaction and then you will get a clearer intuition on what to do, what to speak about and what not to speak about.

Forced mobilization in Ukraine

Question: At the beginning of the war in Ukraine, the ascended masters said that the exit ban for men was necessary, (that men could not leave Ukraine), as otherwise the country would have no one left to defend it. However, that resulted in further human rights violations within Ukraine itself, particularly forced mobilization. Men are abducted from the streets, subjected to torture, killed and extorted for money. Can you explain what positive outcome this has brought for Ukraine? And why do other nations remain silent about such blatant violations of citizens’ rights and freedoms?

What would be the alternative to leave Ukraine undefended so it would be overrun by Russia? Do you think that if Ukraine had been taken over by Russia in the first weeks of the war, as was Russia’s plan, do you think this would have resulted in no human rights violations for the Ukrainian people? There were plans by the Russians to abduct up to a million Ukrainians, take them to concentration camps in Russia for ‘re-education’. This is obviously one of these situations that from an ascended perspective we would rather have avoided but since this situation was created by Russia, forced upon Ukraine, then Ukraine has the choice of either submitting, letting itself be subjected to whatever the Russians would do or resisting.

Ukraine has chosen to resist and therefore, they need to do whatever is necessary. Somebody has to go to the front lines if Ukraine is to survive as an independent nation. It is, of course, a very non-constructive choice that the Ukrainian leaders had to make. The only alternative would have been total surrender and I can assure you that the human rights violations that would have been committed by the Russians if they had taken over Ukraine would have been far worse than what you have seen so far.

Is Trump a tool for the Ascend Masters?

Question: Do you consider Trump as a tool? Do you consider that Trump as a tool is exactly where he needs to be? He seems to have contributed to peace in the Middle East and is trying to resolve the war between Russia and Ukraine.

Well, I cannot answer the question as it is asked because I do not consider Trump to be a tool for the ascended masters except that, as I explained, free will must be allowed to outplay itself.

Seventy million, give or take, Americans voted for Trump, voted him into office, put America in the School of Hard Knocks and you could say that if Americans can only learn from the School of Hard Knocks then Donald Trump is a very good tool for giving them that lesson because he can only make the knocks harder and harder. In terms of whether he has contributed to peace in the Middle East, I do not see it that way at all. He has only contributed to making things more confrontational by uncritically supporting Israel. You will not have peace in the Middle East as long as Israel is pursuing this extinction campaign against the Palestinian people. I am not thereby condoning Hamas’ attack. I am just saying that Israel needs to fundamentally change policy and see itself as part of the nations of the Middle East instead of seeing itself as a special privileged nation that has rights beyond others. Otherwise, there will never be peace in the Middle East.

In terms of Trump trying to solve the war between Russia and Ukraine, he is not really seriously trying to solve anything because he does not have the power to change Putin’s mind. Putin is not operating rationally. He did not have a rational reason for starting the war. He does not have rational reasons for continuing it because if he was able to think rationally, he would have stopped the war in order to avoid the consequences for Russia that are detrimental to Russia. Putin is blindly pursuing a goal and ignoring the consequences, acting as if even the destruction of Russia is worth it in order to not lose in Ukraine. But how can the destruction of Russia be a constructive outcome for Russia? And Donald Trump does not understand this. I am not saying that Donald Trump is thinking rationally about the Ukraine war. He is seeing it from his own very subjective perspective of wanting to be the hero who stopped the war. He is just as irrational in his approach as Putin is, which is why those two cannot come to an agreement and most likely will not come to any real agreement of any kind.
