Question: Who rules the Russian Federation? Putin, as he has been from the beginning, a lifestream that is a fallen being, or is it the collective Putin or a group of doubles? Who did we mean by calling the judgment of Christ on Vladimir Putin in the invocations? Is that Putin himself real or a substitute, as it has often happened in the history of the planet? There is Jesus’ answer where he said, “but certainly Putin happened”. What does that mean? A being or phenomenon or group of beings controlled by who, meaning on the physical plane in Russia?

As already commented on in another question, there is a physical person called Vladimir Putin, but of course behind him it is a power apparatus of other people in embodiment, but first of all these forces in the emotional, mental and identity realms. Who rules Russia? Well, ultimately the fallen being in the lower identity realm that we have called the dark master. He is the de facto ruler of Russia. Putin as a physical being is not this powerful leader that he is often portrayed to be and that he thinks he is. He is really a puppet on a string, but it is not so much physical people who are pulling the strings, but more these fallen beings in especially the identity realm and the mental realm.
