What is a lifestream?

Question: What is the meaning of the lifestream? What kind of beings are included in the lifestream? Are animals, plants and microorganisms also included in the lifestream? And is the lifestream continuously being created? Can the lifestream die forever?

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2025 Korea Conference.

You are using the word lifestream in a broader context than we normally do in our teachings. We use the word lifestream to refer to an individual self-aware being, such as the I AM Presence and the Conscious You. Therefore, there are no other beings included in the lifestream, unless you talk about subconscious selves that the Conscious You has created in the four lower bodies and see these as beings that are part of the lifestream. But they are not self-aware beings.

Is the lifestream continuously created? No. But there are, of course, a certain continuation of the creation of new lifestreams. Your lifestream is not continuously created, but it can of course, continually transcend itself and therefore, in a sense, be recreated. Can the lifestream die forever? The I AM Presence cannot. The Conscious You can go through the second death, as we have described.
