Question: I’m busy with the physical movements and stuff and I am developing this theory that on the physical level there will come balanced exercises. It also helps developing your other levels on the balancing aspect and with strength, for example. If you will use physical strength exercises, you have more courage to do different tasks and if you like flexibility exercises, you are more flexible on life. What are the masters thoughts about this theory? Is it even a good theory or just a false topic?

There is, of course, validity in working with the physical body and there are many things you can do to improve life by working with the physical body. It is clear that the physical body is the most visible and obvious aspect of your four lower bodies when you are in physical embodiment. If you have a pain in your physical body, then it does not help you to sit there and worry about your identity body. You need to find out what the cause is.
If it is because you have a nail in your shoe, then you need to pull the nail out, instead of thinking you have to make some change in the three higher bodies. You also have to be careful and realize that in order to be truly balanced, you have to work with all four bodies. You can, of course, affect your emotional body, mental body and identity body by working with the physical. But it is in a way going backwards compared to if you worked on the three higher bodies directly.
If you are working on the physical body, it will have the greatest impact on the emotional body. If you do some strength exercises or balancing exercises with the physical body, it will have the greatest impact on the emotional. It will have a lesser impact on the mental and in most cases a very small impact on the identity body. That is why you will get the best results from combining physical activities and exercises with exercises that more directly work at the three higher bodies. In other words, it is not saying there is anything wrong with your approach, but that it has some limitations you need to be aware of.
A physical exercise can help to improve the emotional body— up to a point. There comes a point where, if you really want to get over the emotional problem, you have to work with the emotional body. The same with the mental body and the identity body. The best results will be by working more directly with the three higher bodies, than trying to do it all through the physical.
You can use the teachings and invoke light, but also use psychological exercises You often need to look at the psychological issue directly, instead of trying to think you can do some exercise and that is going to automatically resolve it.
