What do the ascended masters do to relax?

Question: What do ascended masters do in the ascended realm for rest and relaxation?

We seek to help you. That is our rest and relaxation. What I am saying is, we have no need for rest and relaxation because what we do, we do not consider it work. We do not consider it a duty. We do not consider it stressing. We do not consider it a burden. It is our joy to help you, to perform whatever functions we perform. We never get tired of it. We never get bored with it. There is no division in our minds between work and rest. It is our work that is our rest, and our enjoyment and our relaxation.
