Question: I often receive guidance, impulses, ideas from above in relation to seeing my subconscious selves or insight about a truth, but I would like to experience being in oneness with one of my teachers. I intuit that I need to relax, release effort, be neutral and silent. Yet it is not natural nor easy for me, as I have many selves that say I do not deserve. I have to try hard for oneness. Please comment on this and help me see what I do not see yet.
Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2025 Korean Conference.
Well, again, you take the teachings we have given even today and will be giving during this conference, and this will certainly help you in many ways come to that point where you are not exerting an effort to achieve oneness because the key to oneness is, of course, surrender.
But of course, you cannot surrender as long as you have these subconscious selves that are pulling you into thinking that you have to commit more of an effort or that you are not worthy. In order to overcome this worthiness issue, which many of course have because it has been projected upon you by the fallen beings for a very long time, first of all it is necessary to consider what subconscious selves you have that are projecting this unworthiness. You can also realize that the fallen beings from outside your energy field are constantly projecting this unworthiness at everyone on earth. Even the collective consciousness is pulling you, but the way to resolve this ultimately is to contemplate unconditional love. You see, the whole issue of worthiness is that there is this projection that unconditional love is so special that in order to receive unconditional love you have to live up to certain conditions on earth. But as we have explained before, unconditional love is not something produced on earth. It is not the same as human love. It comes from the ascended realm and in the ascended realm we have none of the conditions you find on earth. We are giving our love to everyone as the sun is radiating its rays on everyone.
Have you ever considered that you are unworthy to have the sun shine upon you? Well, then why are you considering that you are unworthy to receive unconditional love? Unconditional love is unconditional precisely because it does not have any conditions. What conditions could you possibly have to fulfill in order to be worthy to receive the love that has no conditions? You see, it is not logical, it does not make sense, it is not the Christ logic, the logic of the Christ mind. This is the serpentine logic that wants you to reject unconditional love because the only thing that can prevent you from receiving unconditional love is the conditions in your own mind that causes you to close your mind to it so you cannot experience it. There is nothing you have to do to receive unconditional love. You have to stop doing so that you can be neutral, be open and just receive what is raining upon the just and the unjust.
