Question: Whose interests, whose will are the leaders of the leading European and Islamic countries serving as they discuss current international issues? What hierarchy stands behind their policies and decision making?
Answer from the Ascended Master Saint Germain through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2026 Kazakhstan Conference.
Well, that is a rather complex question because there is no clear cut answer. Of course there is what we have called a false hierarchy on earth where there are fallen beings that make up this hierarchy. But there are, as we have also said, certain groupings and divisions within that fallen angel or fallen being community because they cannot agree with each other. There are of course some nations that are tied to one of these false hierarchy groups, some that are tied to another. But there are also in many nations individual politicians who have at least some attunement with the ascended masters. Now it is clear that the more closed a society is, the less open it is to new ideas, the more it clings to what they often call traditional values, then the more likely that society is open to some false hierarchy group.
In order for a society to work with the ascended masters it has to be open to new ideas, new ways of looking at things. I have said this before, the golden age that I envision for earth is so much higher than current conditions on earth that many, many shifts will have to happen. Therefore, many new ideas will be brought forth and a society that clings to status quo or that clings to some Edenic state that they see in the past cannot tune into my ideas. You cannot manifest the golden age by clinging to traditional values, it cannot be done.
What you see is that in the more closed societies such as most Islamic nations, such as most dictatorships, such as currently the United States, they have a much greater openness to the false hierarchy and they get many more of their ideas from the false hierarchy and the false hierarchy is open to overpower, overshadow decision makers when they make these crucial decisions. That is why they will often be blinded to the actual consequences of their decisions. You can, as an example that is relevant right now, say why did Donald Trump decide to take action against Iran when all previous presidents in the United States had heeded the advice of their military and intelligence community that if Iran was attacked it was likely they would close the Strait of Hormuz and it would have devastating effects on the world economy.
Why did Donald Trump disavow this advice and instead make the decision to do it? Well, it is because his mind was overpowered by certain false hierarchy fallen beings who made him focus on what he dared to do, what no other president had dared to do, and that would cement his place as the most important, consequential, decisive president in history. You see what also causes people to be open to the false hierarchy is a personal ambition. The more a leader has a personal ambition of being seen as special, having a special place in history, the more that leader is likely to be overpowered by the false hierarchy and therefore, be blind to the potential and often very likely consequences. Putin was blinded by certain fallen beings when he decided to invade Ukraine. Hitler was blinded by certain fallen beings when he decided to start the Second World War. The Japanese emperor and leaders were blinded and so forth. You see so many examples of history.
But what you do see in the world today is that the nations that are more open to new ideas, that are more open to experimentation, because how is the golden age going to be manifest unless people dare to experiment, those are the ones who can tune in to the ascended masters and the hierarchy of light.
Sometimes they receive just a few ideas, there are others who are more attuned to us and who have a greater vision of what needs to happen. For example, we have, and if you even look at history of what I have said in previous ascended master dispensations, I said that in the Middle Ages, late Middle Ages, I attempted to create a United States of Europe by working with the kings. They were so blinded by their personal ambition that they listened to the false hierarchy instead of me. Therefore, we did not get it. Then I created the United States of America.
I have also said I am behind NATO, I am behind this cooperation among democratic nations that are dedicated to democratic values. Obviously, it is my long-term goal to create more and more cooperation between nations, which right now means between democratic nations. Obviously, I am not promoting anything that goes against that cooperation, as you see in the United States, threatening to withdraw from NATO, threatening to withdraw from the UN, not wanting to cooperate with Europe and the EU and so forth.
It is clear that I want a more united Europe. I want Europe to be more united with the United States and Canada. I want all regions of the world to be more united, but especially the democratic nations. I want to see them forge a greater and greater unity and cooperation. Those who can tune into that, you can see it by their actions, what they are dedicated to. Are they seeking cooperation or are they going their own ways and seeking actually to break down cooperation and unity?
