Question: Dear Master Saint Germain, please share your vision about the perspective of how the democratic organizations which serve justice need to change themselves to optimize themselves so they can endure the current and the eventual future pressure from the fallen beings and fulfill their role. One of the examples is the pressure upon the International Criminal Court from Trump, who imposes sanctions on the court guided by the ego-interest of who should be investigated and persecuted and who should not, and definitely not guided by striving to protect the society from the criminal mindset.
Following the inspiration to think about the role of the justice, I assume that actually the personal and the planetary growth is possible due to the existence of God’s law of justice, the principle that one reaps what he or she sows. If the justice on earth is compromised, then how could the growth happen, except passively hoping on karma? Maybe the Alpha-Omega balance suggests that there is the law of karma, but also there should be the collective free will from making the earth’s institutes of justice work properly. Please, tell me if I am wrong. I guess, for example, that if the ICC, International Criminal Court, will properly finish its job in terms of investigating such fallen beings such as Putin and Netanyahu and then officially proclaim them as criminals based on real evidence, this could help to shift the collective consciousness, even if the court would not be able to deliver the criminals to the trial physically because now, for example, it seems that most Russian people believe Putin is like a smart and wise hero, and if the war will stop without consequences in terms of justice, they will continue to believe in the illusion of Putin’s heroism and wisdom even more and this could be a new level of risk to the safety of the democratic societies. I see that security is not the final goal, it is a tool in the name of peaceful growth. But anyway, justice that leads to better security can deliver an opportunity for harmonious growth towards God-freedom, as for example, you, the ascended beings, who protect us, who are in embodiment, from the dark forces, so we can safely follow the path of being more.
Dear Saint Germain, what we, who are ready to serve God-freedom, can do in terms of improving justice and security in society from the perspective of the ascended masters? Is there some technological potential for helping manifest the necessary changes, for example, in cybersecurity?

In the long run, the International Criminal Court will become strengthened, will become more important, and will gain greater power. But of course, there is always the question of enforcement. What you see here is that the International Criminal Court has value because it is international. It transcends any nation. That is why it can render a judgment upon the leader of a nation or even a nation for criminal activity, crimes against humanity, violation of human rights, and so on. The primary value that it has right now is to simply render this judgment and put it out there in a public forum so everyone can see it because this does have an effect.
Now, of course, the Criminal Court does not have any physical power to enforce its judgments. This is what will happen in the future. But still, there is value in just labeling something as a criminal activity, as a crime against humanity. Of course, the weakness of such a system is that it is holding people accountable. When you have a leader, even a leader elected in a democratic nation, who has an ambition of doing something that he knows will violate the human rights of other people, then he does not want to be held accountable personally by the Criminal Court and therefore, he will seek to use whatever power he has to weaken the Criminal Court by using another person as the leverage.
Trump, by using Netanyahu as an excuse for sanctioning the judges of the Criminal Court, is really setting the stage for a point in time where he will be brought before the Criminal Court and therefore, he hopes he can avoid a judgment. This is the weakness. The Criminal Court requires a certain adherence to democratic principles and human rights, to justice, so to speak. And of course, those who have it will not respect it. But there is still value in a Criminal Court functioning.
What can you do? Well, if this is an issue that is dear to your heart, you can make the calls for it, especially make the calls to Portia for greater justice. But really, you cannot expect short-term results on something like this, because you still have a situation on earth where so many nations do not respect principles, the rule-based world order, as it has recently become common to name it. That will change as we move further into the golden age. But you should not expect that this will happen in a few years, it will take longer.
You can, of course, make the calls and hold the vision that the United States, as quickly as possible, will return to an adherence to its own constitution, which is based on the rule of law, human rights, and principles. That will be an improvement of the world situation. But still, it will take longer before it truly manifests its highest potential.
You can say, of course, that there is a certain dilemma here in the sense that the Criminal Court is needed only because there are leaders of countries that are not based on democracy and human rights. That is why the Criminal Court also does not have the power to enforce it, because how could the international society enforce a judgment against Putin without militarily invading Russia and taking over Russia and physically arresting him, which is not a scenario that anybody really wants to engage in right now. You see that when the Criminal Court gains the power to enforce its judgments, it really will not be needed very often anymore. But still, as I said, there is a psychological value in having such institutions and having them render these judgments.
It would be a major blow to Israel’s prestige and international standing if Netanyahu was labeled as guilty of crimes against humanity. The same, of course, with Putin, and the same with Trump. How could you have a judgment against you from the International Criminal Court and expect to be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize?
