Question: I work as a coach helping clients cultivate their intuition and attune to their heart. My fear is that my peers and those who are doing similar work in my career, would copy my coaching program, meaning I could be replaceable and might fall behind in my career. I think my spiritual energy or talent is unique even though my coaching program is similar to others. How can I focus on and cultivate my own individual uniqueness or spiritual talent to transcend my fear that others in the same field would imitate my work?

Well, if you really have a unique talent, how could other people imitate it? One response to this is, of course, that if you keep developing your talent, improving yourself, you will be ahead of them anyway. Because if they imitate what you are doing now, but you are refining yourself all the time, you will stay ahead of them and still be unique.
But of course, this fear of them imitating your work comes from a separate self. What you really can do is uncover that self and let it die. You can also consider, of course, turning your coaching program into a system that you can teach to others, that they can then use for their clients, but they are following your system, perhaps even paying you a royalty on it.
