Question: Quote from Saint-Germain’s Discourse: “You cannot directly turn lead into gold at the physical level, but when you go to the higher level and change the vibration there, you can transform lead atoms by accelerating their vibration to that of gold atoms.” How can humanity come to the discovery of this higher level and what exactly within the atoms would need to change its vibration? I ask that at least some general ideas about this be expressed to give people an understanding that could accelerate the manifestation of such technologies.

Well, my original teaching was not really about developing technology as you conceive of technology today. It was about developing what we, in this conference, have called the non-force-based technology which is still dependent on mind and therefore, co-creating the shift from lead to gold by working with both the ascended masters and elemental light. There will not ever be a mechanical technology that anyone can use regardless of their intent that will allow humankind to change matter, because those who are in that level of consciousness would be so self-centered that they would abuse that technology in various ways. Really, the answer to your question of how the process can happen is what we are attempting to explain in this conference. Beyond what we have given and what we will be giving, I really do not have anything to add at this point.
