Question: For the golden age to become sufficiently manifest, the lifestreams embodied on earth would need to raise their level of consciousness significantly. I have noticed that ascended masters often see a certain potential for growth and change. Yet this potential does not become actualized. This seems especially evident in the case of Russia. Is it possible that billions of the original inhabitants of this planet might eventually be required to incarnate somewhere else? And could they be replaced by more developed and peace-oriented souls who are ready to take physical embodiment on earth?

Yes, that is entirely possible, which we have hinted at on several occasions. What we have explained is that earth has a certain level of consciousness, which we have described as the 144 levels that are possible. We have also said that as the earth is raised up towards the golden age, that level of the 144 will slide upwards. In other words, there are more possible levels of consciousness in this unascended sphere than the 144 that are currently possible on earth. When that entire scale of the 144 levels slides upwards, it means that there are new levels of consciousness that will be the highest, and what is now the lowest will no longer be allowed on earth. This means that there are now certain lifestreams that can embody on earth that could not embody here before, and there are others that will not be allowed to embody here anymore. However, this is not quite as linear as it may sound. I am not saying that: ”Let us say, that the 144 levels slides upwards two levels.” I am not saying that: “Only beings who have the potential to manifest those two levels of consciousness can now embody here”, there are still many other beings who have a higher level of consciousness who can embody on earth. Neither am I saying that: “Only those beings who are at the two lowest levels can no longer embody here.”
It can be determined, as you said, that there is a certain nation, there is a certain group of people, or there are certain people all over the world, who have not demonstrated a willingness to transcend their consciousness. They have not demonstrated a willingness to move closer to the golden age matrix. And it can be determined by the Karmic Board, not by me, even though I will have an influence on the decision, but by the Karmic Board, that certain lifestreams will no longer be allowed to embody here because they are not willing to step up towards the golden age consciousness. And therefore, other lifestreams that are willing to do this will come from either other unnatural planets or even natural planets.
Yes, that is entirely possible. And certainly, you can look at the earth, and Russia is not the only place where there are people like this. You find many people like this in the Muslim world. You find many in less developed countries where they cling to a certain lifestyle that has not changed for a very long time. You find many of these people in the United States where they cling to a certain Christian worldview, often this Christian nationalist worldview, and they cling to these traditional values. As I have said before: “You cannot manifest the golden age by clinging to traditional values”, because innovation is needed, and the gap between where the earth is now and where it will be in the golden age is so big that a lot of innovation is needed. It really is a matter of looking at people’s willingness to let go of their present worldview, their present lifestyle, and step up to something higher. And there are many ways to evaluate this, of course, their willingness to look beyond a certain religion and realize that some of these older religions, Christianity, Islam and Judaism, need to either be renewed or left behind. It is also, of course, important to look at people’s willingness to commit aggression or support aggression. There are, of course, many people in Russia who uncritically support Putin’s special military operation. A military operation that lasts longer than the Second World War must indeed be very special. But besides that, those who support this are not demonstrating a willingness to transcend the aggressive mindset.
Likewise, those who are part of the MAGA movement in the United States and who uncritically support Trump’s war against Iran also have not demonstrated that willingness to transcend that aggressive mindset, the willingness to use force to kill other people. And that must be transcended.
Then the third group of people that are not demonstrating a willingness to transcend are those who are not willing to let go of their poverty consciousness and realize that this poverty consciousness must be left behind for the golden age to manifest. You see these various groupings of people around the world who are not willing to transcend. And therefore, there can indeed, indeed you could say there will, come various shifts where certain lifestreams will be taken from the planet. In most cases, this will happen when their bodies naturally expire, but there can also be diseases, epidemics or wars that will take large groups of people out of embodiment, and they will then be replaced by lifestreams who are more willing to transcend towards the golden age mindset.
