Question: When I was young it was generally accepted that there were two genders, male and female. The reproductive purpose of those two is well known. The reproductive purpose of those two is well known. Males have the XY chromosome and women have the XX chromosomes in the nucleus of their cells. In later years new opinions about gender have become very prominent. According to those ideas there are more than one gender and it is based on how the person sees and expresses oneself. There are many different gender identities including male, female, transgender, gender neutral, non-binary, agender, pangender, genderqueer, two-spirit, third gender and all. None or a combination of these. A tendency has been that it should be enough for a person to claim that they identify as one of the genders. Individuals who were born in what is normally recognized as male bodies and have gone through puberty and developed to full adults as males, one day proclaim that they identify as being female and with that they have been accepted for competing in women’s sports and often completely beating female athletes who have been recognized as being female from birth. These individuals have also been given access to women’s locker rooms and showers in public swimming pools without having gone through surgery to change their sex. Because they say they identify as being female, which women in these locker rooms have not been very pleased or secure about. I want to ask what is going on here. Is this the soul or Conscious You that is in essence genderless? Is this soul from planets where the binary situation of male and female does not exist? How do the masters see this development in human society? This has at least made me quite confused.

As I have said before, the primary background for all of this is that everything is being brought to the surface by the raising of the collective consciousness, by the spiritual energies being released. And this means that all imbalances must be acted out in more and more extremes until people finally see how unbalanced it is. And obviously you see that some of the factors described in this are highly unbalanced. But if you go behind all of this, what is also part of what is happening in the world and not just in this issue but in other issues, is that individuality is being acted out in more and more extreme ways so that people will be forced to look at the balance between the rights of the individual and the rights of the collective. In other words, can one person in a male body declare that he is transgender and should he then be allowed to go into a women’s locker room, making all of the other women uncomfortable? Does the situation of one individual override the many?
And this is simply an inevitable consequence, as we have explained before, on an unnatural planet like earth where there is so much influence from the duality consciousness, anything that happens will be perverted. You go back to society several hundred years ago, and most people in those societies were living in a very fixed position all of their lives. They were born into being peasants, for example, they would be peasants all of their lives. For the vast majority of the population, they did not have any ability or very little ability to express their individuality. There may have been a few at the top of society in the elite that had more possibility to express their individuality, but there were very few. And of course, as we have explained, what is spiritual growth? It is an expression of individuality. You do not ascend collectively, you ascend as an individual, you grow as an individual, because in order to grow spiritually on a planet like earth, you have to raise yourself above the collective consciousness, and therefore you have to have a strong individuality. You can also see that the very basis for democracy is recognizing the individual human being and that each individual has rights.
There has been this necessary shift from more of a collective awareness, where people were overpowered by the collective consciousness, to more of an individual awareness. And this is what democracies have allowed to happen over the last several hundred years. But as part of this further growth into the golden age, these democracies, some of them have gone too far in allowing individual rights and have not yet gone up to the higher level where there is a balance between individual rights and the collective. And this is what some of these countries need to find: a higher level of balance, and that is why some of these issues are coming up where individuals are acting out in clearly unbalanced ways, yet demanding that the collective should allow them to act out, regardless of the consequences for others.
You see again, on a dualistic planet like earth, everything can be perverted and will be perverted by the duality consciousness. You have an old law called Murphy’s law, anything that can go wrong will go wrong. Well, this is Mary’s law: Anything that can be perverted by the duality consciousness will be perverted by the duality consciousness.
Even the concept of freedom can be perverted. Freedom to express yourself as an individual can be taken too far, and of course has always been taken too far by the fallen beings. The fallen beings want to create this situation where any individual can simply declare that they have a right to do this, regardless of the consequences for others, but you never have that right. What has happened again is that many democracies have become more and more tolerant concerning individual expression. But now there are some individuals that are using this to say: “If I am not allowed to act out in a way that harms other people, you are being intolerant of me.” In other words, they are actually being intolerant of others, but they are using as their defense that others are intolerant if they try to restrict their extreme behavior. You see again, this is what happens as a natural evolution of democracies, where you simply go through a phase where you become a little bit unbalanced in allowing individual freedom, and then you have to find your way back to a better balance, a higher level of balance, where you balance the individual with the whole.
You could say, at least as an interim measure, because this issue of transgender will eventually be transcended, but you could say that, sure, you have a right to declare that you now have a male body, but your gender is female. But you do not have a right to impose upon other women by entering their locker rooms or competing in women’s sports, because you clearly have a male body. And even if you have an operation, other women should have the right to say: “We do not feel comfortable having this person in the locker room.” Societies simply need to find a higher level of balance between the individual rights and collective rights. You could say that it is not really a matter of the individual and the collective, it is a matter of finding a balance between one individual’s rights and many individuals rights.
