Question: If one has Kundalini raised to their ajna chakra, (third eye chakra) and has accumulated a lot more positive karma than negative karma, but in their present lifetime, before and after Kundalini has reached ajna, they have committed crimes and even crimes that, according to Jesus, should warrant a death penalty. Is it possible that after they die, while in between embodiments, they end up in the emotional realm, even if they do not want to?

There are these different models out there, where you can talk about Kundalini rising. And there are certain spiritual traditions where they talk a lot about this. But they forget that there are certain things that can happen that are not necessarily the signs of high spiritual development. You can force Kundalini to rise, for example. And there are various spiritual practices that are aimed at forcing the Kundalini up. And it is possible to do this, but usually either it will not stay up or you will have some negative effects of it, disturbing effects of it, if you have not resolved your psychology and your karma.
I would say that, you cannot necessarily say that just because somebody has raised the Kundalini to a certain level, that that means they are automatically going to ascend. I mean, if they have karma from past lives, if they have unresolved psychology, they will have to deal with that. If they have not dealt with their psychology, they will be attracted after death to a certain level that corresponds to the consciousness they have not resolved. This could well be that they will go to the emotional realm and that then they come back into an embodiment where now they have to deal with this, what they have not dealt with before.
I think the most important realization there, is that it is the same thing. I have, over the years I have been on the spiritual path, encountered people who had their third eye opened, or had other clairvoyant abilities. And there are some people that have an idolatry of this and think: “Oh, that person must be in a higher level of consciousness.” But that is not necessarily the case. In fact, they can sometimes be in a rather low state of consciousness. They just have, for some reason, that ability and it is usually because it is a challenge for them. They need to look at this and look at their state of consciousness and resolve it instead of thinking: “Oh, now I do not need to look at my psychology anymore because I have achieved this.” You know, the path is always about resolving psychology. It is not really about acquiring these special abilities or forcing the Kundalini up or doing this or that. It is not really what it is about.
