Question: I am in the healing profession. I help guide people to reprogram their minds and bodies so that they may heal and enjoy being in embodiment. As a forerunner, along with countless others, for this new approach to healing, of empowering the individual to heal their body by healing their mind, what is the best way to introduce the spiritual nature of things in a neutral way? I can offer guidance on nutrition, changing beliefs, energetic hygiene, and movement in the four lower bodies. But I want to bring the invocations and understanding of our spiritual nature, including the chakra system. However, I do not want to be associated with a New Age approach to healing. I do not want to be put in that box. What is a more balanced, neutral, and scientific approach to introducing our spiritual nature? What is a baby step in this direction?
Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2023 American webinar.
Well, a baby step in the direction is to talk about energy. We have talked about this many, many times, given various teachings about it, that everything is energy, and therefore, you have not only a physical body, but an energy body. In fact, you have three energy bodies, the emotional, mental and identity.
This leads then to a neutral talk about the flow of energy through the body. This makes it possible to introduce the concept of the energy centers, the chakras. And, of course, in the long run, you can then introduce, well, where does the energy actually come from? Is it only material energy? Does it only come from the material aspect of the world, or does it come from a higher source, your higher self? Based on this, you can introduce, well, what can you do about energy? How can you protect yourself, protect your energy field from all of these lower influences from the collective consciousness, and even lower forces, potentially?
Well, you need to invoke energy from a higher realm, but where is this going to come from? You might simply take a look at the two new websites that the messenger has created, The Age of Higher Awareness, and Higher Awareness Psychology, and see what you can find of inspiration on them, and then adapt it to your own background, your own situation, and the healing work you have been doing so far.
It is not a matter of introducing this messenger, or necessarily even ascended masters, but of course, when you are talking about invoking energy from a higher source, and introducing invocations and decrees, you need to introduce that these are given by ascended masters, and they work because they invoke energy from us. You need to find a way, based on your specific situation that you are working in, that works for you, and this is entirely possible to do, and both you and many other people have the potential to do this.
Again, the messenger needs and wants no credit. You are free to take the teachings and adapt them as you want.
