How to deal with menopausal symptoms

I would like to ask the ascended masters about menopausal symptoms. I am having menopausal symptoms and several of my friends are also suffering from these symptoms. These symptoms vary from person to person. Is there any effective way to overcome these symptoms? And could you give any advice to ascended master students who are suffering from menopausal symptoms, such as severe mood swings and decreased physical performance?

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2021 Webinar – Being the Open Door for Planet Earth.

Well, first of all, there is a rising awareness, especially among women, about menopausal symptoms and there are various forms of therapy, including natural therapies that you can use to at least relieve the symptoms. You need to recognize that at the current level of the collective consciousness, there is a certain density of the physical body. And therefore, women do go through some change as they go through this period called menopause. There are certain things you can mitigate or avoid, certain things you cannot. But what you can do is you can use the tools we have given to expose any separate selves that relate to you being a woman, being in a female body, having children, being perhaps persecuted or put down as a woman, being limited as a woman, and whatever feelings and reactions you have to this.

I am not saying that this is the only thing you should do. You should pursue physical means also. But if you are a spiritual student, then use the tools and the teachings you have. And look at these separate self that all people have, relating to the physical body and your role, whether you are a man or a woman.

Obviously, women who have these menopausal symptoms, they have more of a motivation to do something about it. Whereas men have more of a tendency to ignore it, unless things become really severe. As a woman, consider this an advantage that you get an opportunity to look at this, work on these separate selves and gradually overcome them.
