Frequent sore throat

Question: There are times when I cannot recite the decrees out loud because I have coronavirus or sore throat. Is there a good alternative in these cases? I often have a sore throat and I also get tired quickly when I speak. I was wondering if there is any significance to these physical signs in my spiritual path, or if there is anything I should be aware of regarding my frequent sore throat.

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2023 Korean Conference.

Well, if you cannot speak the decrees out loud, you can read them silently, but it would be better to get a recording of the decrees and listen to that while you are reading them silently. You can also, as an alternative, give them at whatever level of voice you can give them. You do not always need to project out. You can give them at a lower voice, almost a whisper, but then focus on your heart and center more in your heart so the decrees are more of an in-going meditative practice rather than the normal outgoing one.

In terms of having a frequent sore throat or not being able to speak out with a higher volume of your voice, this can often be the result of trauma from past lives and it can be centered in some subconscious selves that you have from past lives. For some people this can even go back to the birth trauma where you first came to earth as an avatar, you spoke out and you were severely put down by the fallen beings for speaking out against them.

There are certainly spiritual people who carry this trauma still and it manifests as this problem with the voice, problem with speaking out. You can use the tools we have given, especially in the book Healing Your Spiritual Traumas, to try to get clarity about this condition and what is the cause of it. It is not always going all the way back to your initial birth trauma but it can be related to other embodiments, perhaps more recent embodiments where you were punished for speaking out, and therefore you created these separate selves that do not want you to be punished again for speaking out and therefore they attempt to make your voice weaker so that you cannot as easily speak out.
