Question: Specifically, in these days, we have seen the return of the dictator’s mentality in the actions of Putin. Not only him, when we look back in history, we find many fallen beings like Stalin, Mao or the intellectual ones like Marx, leaving a trail in history. This has to make us think if they will return with the same inclinations, will the world be prepared to counteract their ambitions? Are all of these fallen beings coming back into embodiment during this age? Are our efforts as ascended master students and as democratic societies, a way to create social environments where they will not have it as easy into reaching power, or releasing the ideas to deceive people. Can the masters assess what to expect of these figures that have been recycling around and around on this planet, and how to deal with them?
Answer from the Ascended Master Saint Germain through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2022 Webinar for America – The Resurrection of Democracy.
Well, we have said before that when a population enters the School of Hard Knocks, the knocks have to become hard enough for the people to wake up. And who is better at delivering hard knocks than the fallen beings, which means that the fallen beings become a kind of substitute teacher.
It is clear that, in this day and age, we are in the process of moving from Pisces to Aquarius, and this means that the lessons that were not learned during the Piscean age need to be learned before we can really move into Aquarius. And one of the lessons that needed to be learned was to overcome this tendency that people have to follow the power elite or to submit to the power elite of fallen beings. Naturally, because so many people have not learned that lesson, it is allowed karmically that many fallen beings embody in this age. It is not necessarily the same ones who have been embodying over and over, but many of them have, of course, embodied in previous times. It is not so that, as we have said before, that Hitler or Stalin or Lenin or Mao are coming back into embodiment at this time. There are other fallen beings that are allowed to embody.
This is a phenomenon that will become more and more prominent in the sense that people’s awareness will be raised. You already see the raising of awareness of narcissists, sociopaths, and it will only continue. There will come a point where the psychological profession can no longer maintain this unspoken agreement that they do not take the ideas of narcissists and sociopaths and psychopaths and apply it to world leaders. They cannot maintain this. There will come a point where if the psychologists do not do it, other people will, as they have already started doing.
It is really a matter of spreading the awareness that there are a certain type of people that have a certain attitude to human beings, to other human beings. But they do not see themselves as human beings, and they see human beings as inferior to them. And therefore, they do not need to consider them as human beings. They do not need to consider their rights, their lives or the suffering they create for these people. You can see in Putin that he does not care whatsoever about the soldiers, the Russian soldiers that have been killed or maimed for life in Ukraine. Even his own people, he does not care about.
And this is what you need to see, what people need to come to see in these leaders that you might find an excuse for them not caring about other people that they see as enemies. But what excuse can you find for the fact that they do not care whatsoever about their own people and the suffering of their own people? You need to see that these people have a personal ambition, a personal agenda, and they are willing to sacrifice the lives and the suffering of the people that are under them to an almost unlimited degree in order to achieve their ambition.
Anybody who had any kind of humanity would not have done what Putin did in the first place, but certainly would not have continued, when it only creates more and more suffering for the Russian soldiers. Neither would he have put them in a situation where they are poorly trained, poorly equipped, pushed to fulfill his ambition of doing what cannot be done militarily in Ukraine. You see this willingness to sacrifice the lives and the suffering of what is supposedly their own people. And this is what the Russian people need to come to see before there will be that shift in the collective awareness. That means Putin and the power players around him will be put out of business and a new form of leadership can emerge in Russia. The same, of course, goes for other nations, Iran where you already see the uprising of the people at an unprecedented level, eventually North Korea, China and so forth.
There is no question that the days of these people, these leaders are numbered. They will only be allowed to do this for a certain time. But the exact timeframe will depend on the response of the people, not only the people that are under these leaders, but the people of the world. If the people in the democratic nations can transcend a certain mindset, then that can also have an impact on the removal of these leaders from the planet. People need to recognize that warfare and conflict will not stop as long as there is this kind of person in embodiment. It is not the people who are creating war and conflict, it is a specific kind of people that are not actually normal human beings. And they will continue to do what they have done throughout history because they cannot say: “Stop”, and therefore, the people must say: “Stop”.
