Question: Is it legitimate to call the judgment for someone I interact with personally? In which cases? Or is it better to call the judgment and light into the situation? What if the judgment does not come entirely from unconditional love but also from the separate self? I feel that if I were to call for judgment upon someone I know personally, I should also call for judgment upon myself. Can I call judgment upon myself? Does it accelerate my life, make things happen more quickly, and cause my karma to come back to me sooner? What is the difference between calling the light by reading decrees and calling for judgment?
Answer from the Ascended Master Jesus through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2026 American Webinar.
Well, you need to understand here that calling for the judgment is calling for Christ judgment. That is why in the decrees and the invocations you will always see “In accordance with the vision of Christ”, you are calling for the Christ judgment, not a human judgment. In order to call forth the judgment of someone you need to be as neutral as possible so that you do not color the decrees with some human feeling of, for example, anger against the person or wanting to see the person punished as a result of the judgment. As we have explained, calling forth Christ’s judgment upon someone does not mean that their karma is suddenly going to descend and some terrible thing is going to happen to them or they are going to be punished somehow.
It means that the ascended masters will be authorized to approach that person, not in a physical way but in the person’s higher bodies, and present them with an opportunity to either accept or reject Christ, often in relation to a specific aspect of their psychology so it is the person’s choice to accept or reject Christ that then becomes the judgment. When you call forth the judgment on someone you need to be as neutral as possible. And if you experience that you have strong feelings about the person, then you use our tools and teachings to expose the subconscious selves that cause you to have those strong feelings and resolve them. It really is not constructive to call forth the judgment upon yourself if you are open to looking at your psychology. And quite frankly, if you are not open to your psychology, you probably would not even have the thought of calling the judgment upon yourself. Instead of calling forth the judgment, work on your psychology. Use the teachings and tools we have given.
In terms of calling forth the judgment, whether you should do it in a specific situation, well you can if you see that a person is trapped in some difficult situation such as an addiction, you can call forth the judgment that they will see the need to change their life and overcome that addiction or other scenarios. But again you want to be as neutral as possible. The judgment does not violate people’s free will, it is their choices. In some cases calling forth the judgment can cause the person to receive a greater portion of karma if they reject the opportunity to come up higher. It can in some cases, when you are talking about people who are truly trapped in negative patterns, cause them to go out of embodiment, to be taken out of embodiment, but these will not be people that you interact with in most situations.
