Lester Levinson and the Release Technique

Question: Lester Levinson was an American engineer and spiritual teacher who developed the Release Technique. The technique aims to improve mental well-being by teaching individuals how to let go of negative emotions and limiting beliefs. Was Lester and the Release Technique sponsored by the ascended masters? And how can the Release Technique assist in the release of negative emotions? And how can the Release Technique assist in dissolving the illusions of separate selves? What are the typical obstacles encountered in this application? And what strategies can a practitioner employ to optimize the benefits of this method?

(Kim) sense the masters want to comment, but I also want me to say that in terms of these specific questions, I would have to have more knowledge of the technique for the masters to give something through me. And I do not know the technique. I do not think you will get an answer to the specifics because of my lack of knowledge. But they will make a comment.

There are many of the tools out there that are psychological tools, that are valid and valuable tools. Not necessarily for everybody, but for certain people to resolve certain elements of psychology.

You are asking specifically if this person and this technique was ‘sponsored’ by the ascended masters. And the reason I want to comment on this is that it very much depends on what you mean with something being ‘sponsored’. If you go back to previous dispensations, they used the concept that something is sponsored as, for example, a sponsored messenger. And they interpreted this to mean that if the ascended masters sponsored some activity, then that activity was almost perfect, or infallible, or 100% in alignment with the ascended masters. If you are looking at sponsorship that way, then the answer would be no. But this does not mean that Stevenson and the technique were not based on some ideas that were released by the ascended masters and that Stevenson was able to tune into.

What I am trying to say here is that you need to be more nuanced in your evaluation of ideas and techniques because there are many people in the world who are able to tune into the ascended realm and receive one or several ideas. And these are valid ideas, and it means that in many cases they can create a valid technique, at least a technique that works for some people.

But there are also many examples of people who have been able to tune in and receive some valid ideas, but they have, as was said about Freud and Adler, some cultural overlay that they cannot free themselves from. This means that there is now a mixture of valid ideas with some cultural overlay that means you cannot say that this is 100% coming from the ascended masters.

In other words, you can have a technique or a teaching based on valid ideas, but it is not in an entirely valid context. In other words, it is not completely aligned with the teachings of the ascended masters. This does not mean you cannot use it, you cannot benefit from it. You just cannot go into this thinking that: “Oh, this is an infallible technique based on infallible teachings.” I know that some people will say: “Well, what do I then do”? And what you do is you use your intuition and you experiment. If you feel attracted to a technique, experiment with it, see what it does, use your intuition, use your discernment. If you feel it helps you continue, if you feel it does not help you or maybe even opens you to lower energies, then you just withdraw.You have learned something from doing this.

Is Lao Tzu an ascended master?

Question: Is Lao Tzu an ascended master?

It was actually said in the Summit that he is not. He has not ascended yet. I do not sense the masters want to say anything else about it.

User-friendly social media platforms

Question: When you use any platform, (on a computer), you agree to its terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, you cannot use the service. Sometimes the terms are so long and complicated that it is exhausting to read them. Sometimes there is a trick up their sleeve. I am sure we have better alternatives, but when will we see user-friendly platforms become mainstream?

When a majority of the users demand more user-friendly platforms.

Nassim Haramein and free energy

Question: The physicist Nassim Haramein will soon publish a paper on unified physics and creating energy from the vacuum fluctuations of gravity. Saint Germain, can you comment on the validity of his approach and its implications for free energy?

Answer from the Ascended Master Saint Germain through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2023 Kazakhstan Conference.

As I have said before, in order for free energy to become a physical manifest reality, there needs to be a tremendous shift in consciousness. And Haramein and other physicists who are working on this are certainly instrumental in helping bring about this shift. In some cases, some of the ideas they put out are very difficult to put into practical use. In other words, some of these physicists, they have a valid insight, whether it is the quantum vacuum fluctuations or something else, that there is energy there.

But it is a very big distance from that realization to building some kind of device that can make use of that energy. This does not mean that their insights are not valuable. They are actually very valuable because they help bring about this shift in consciousness. They help bring about the awareness that there are states beyond what is today seen as the physical world, that they are connected to the physical world, and that they contain tremendous amounts of energy.

There are several ways to bring forth free energy, and the vacuum fluctuations of gravity is not the most practical one. There are others that, at least in the short term, are much more practical. But again, this is not to invalidate the work because it is all important in producing that shift in consciousness.

To marry or not to marry

Question: I am about to take an important step in my life of marrying someone. But this decision is riddled with doubts. On one hand, we have a great relationship and are aligned in our high-level goals, such as self-development and growing spiritually. But I often feel a deep, strong fear about this step. I wonder if I am truly making the right choice. On one hand, I fear not having had enough partners or experiences to settle down and that I might be continuing the relationship more out of fear of losing it and being alone. However, as time goes by, I feel more and more that marrying is the right choice and that those fears are based on separate selves. But what really confuses me is that I wonder if this fear impulse not to marry comes from the separate self, or is it a true impulse from my I AM Presence that is trying to keep me from doing a wrong turn and delay my Divine plan? How can I better distinguish between lower and higher impulses, mainly on important decisions?

Well, this is again a question that applies to many, many people, not just about marrying, but about many other important decisions in life.

We have, of course, spoken about similar things before, but let us at least give some thoughts on this. First of all, your I AM Presence does not project fear into your being. The ascended masters do not project fear into your being. When there is fear, you know that it either comes from separate selves or it comes from dark forces such as the entities in the collective consciousness.

In a sense, you could say that whenever you are trying to make an important decision, the dark forces will always try to make you doubt it in order to create chaos and confusion in your mind. However, it is also important not to go into the state of mind where you say: “Oh, any doubt and fear just comes from the dark forces, so I just need to ignore it and get married.” That is not what I am saying. But what I am saying is that you can do something about the fear. You can make the calls for Archangel Michael and Astrea to protect you and cut you free. You can seek to go into a neutral state of mind and you can ask your I AM Presence and your ascended teachers for directions.

If you can be neutral about this, you will get some directions. In some cases, when you have doubts about marrying, it is because you do not sense that there is something in the situation that is not the highest possible. This may in some cases mean that your I AM Presence is trying to warn you about marrying, but it is not doing so through fear. The more neutral it can be, the more you can get that inner knowing where you suddenly see: “No, this is not the right step to take.”

But it can also be that your I AM Presence is making you aware that there are certain aspects of the situation that you have not seen, that you have not resolved, and it would be important to resolve those before you actually marry. What am I trying to say here? I am trying to say, if you feel fear, use the spiritual tools to do something about the fear. Seek to go into a neutral state of mind and then see: “Is there something about this situation I need to see? Is there something about my partner I need to see? Is there something about my own attitude to marriage that I need to see?”

You also need to be aware of how the analytical mind will always try to present you with arguments. And if you look at how the question is formulated, you will see this, that as time goes on, as time goes by, I feel more and more that marrying is the right choice. This is often a sign that the analytical mind is trying to analyze the situation. And that is where you need to then make the effort to go into a neutral state of mind and ask to be shown a higher view that is beyond intellectual argumentation. Many, many people have had doubts about making an important decision. And in many cases, that doubt comes from their ascended teachers or their I AM Presence, because there is something they need to look at and resolve in the situation. But they then use their intellectual minds to argue why the doubt is not important, why they do not need to look at this. They are arguing themselves into doing it despite the doubt. This often then at a later stage comes back to them and they realize that it was not actually the ideal situation.

In the case you that you have doubt, seek to resolve the doubt before you take an irreversible step. It can be that the doubt comes from lower forces. But still, if you use the tools to protect yourself, you cannot really lose by looking at the doubt, because you might very well see something in your own psychology. There can be some separate selves that it would be beneficial to resolve before you make it. For example, consider what is your view, your attitude, your approach to relationships? How do you see yourself in a relationship? Have you, as we talked about earlier, really decided what kind of a partner you want, what kind of relationship you want? Or are you just going into this because this was what happened to manifest? It can be valid for many people to not marry early, but to gain more experiences so you gain more clarity about what kind of a relationship you want. Of course, today you can say it is not, in many cases, so difficult to get a divorce, so it is not such a drastic step to get married. But there are still many countries where it is a drastic step to marry, because it is not so easy to walk away from it.

How to avoid problems when moving to another country

Question: Are there spiritual keys that can help when people move to another country and they have problems with the language or adapting to the culture so they can avoid conflict.

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2023 Kazakhstan Conference.

Well, certainly there are spiritual keys that could help with any situation on earth, but the question is whether in this case, people would be able to receive such keys. And you look at the situation, the practical situation, that often when people move to another country it is because they are forced by events in their own country. And so, they often feel somewhat like victims. They feel that they were forced out of their own country, they did not make the choice, and they might not have made the choice as to which country they end up in. It might be just a matter of what was the practical opportunity for them. It is not like they moved to that country with a desire to live in that country and integrate with that country.

The biggest key here would be that those who move to another country would make an effort to integrate in the country, learn the language, study the culture, study the mindset of the people. Because at least in the democratic countries, if a foreigner comes to the country and sincerely attempts to integrate, they will in most cases be welcomed and there will not be much conflict.

But the question is how could you communicate that to people who are distressed by having to flee their home country and do not actually want to live in the country they moved to. There are also those who move there because they are hoping to find some better way of living. And they, of course, could ask themselves: “Well, how could I find a better way of living if I do not integrate in the country I am moving to”? But again, are they able to think that way, to step back from their situation?

There are certainly certain spiritual keys that could make it easier for people to learn languages. We have for a long time been working with various people who have an expertise in language. And we are, of course, willing to work with other people as well to make it easier for people to learn languages. But this is something that really is beyond the expertise that this messenger has. And there is no point in giving a teaching because the people who have the actual expertise in language, it is up to them to tune in and receive the ideas from us, even though they do not know that we exist.

Freud vs. Adler

Question: Was Sigmund Freud a fallen being or inspired by one? And was Adler inspired by the ascended masters? They both focused on psychology and lived in the same place and time, but seem to have taken different paths. Freud seems to give more attention to the past and that this past defines us and the way we live. In addition, this condition can drive people to the victim mentality, where they are not responsible for who they are and are victims of past events. Also, he sees the main source of motivation, energy, coming from the lower desires of food, shelter, sex, or the id. And Adler is more focused on the present and believes that we can choose who we want to be regardless of our past, that we are 100% responsible for who we are. And our main desire is to grow and compensate for our inferiority complex. What is your view on this?

Well, yes, Sigmund Freud was a fallen being, although certainly not in the same category as the dictators you have seen throughout history and see today. But he was very much tied into certain fallen beings in the mental realm and bringing forth ideas that really are more of a hindrance to psychological growth than a help. And unfortunately, this has been used to give the entire field of psychology a slant that takes it into a blind alley instead of helping people. There are, of course, many psychologists today who are critical of Freud and who are attempting to take the profession of psychology beyond Freud, and many of these are working with the ascended masters. Adler was also inspired by the ascended masters, but this does not mean that all of his ideas came from the ascended masters. He lived in a time where the consciousness was more dense, where there was a certain cultural overlay that he could not free himself from. And so, it is sort of a mixed bag what he brought forth, some ideas from the ascended masters, some from the mental realm.

I would advise you to focus more on more modern psychologists who have developed their theories in more recent decades, therefore are somewhat free of the overlay, the cultural overlay that Freud and Adler were affected by. And many of these modern psychologists are also more able to receive ideas from the ascended masters today, ideas that are more suited for today’s world. I do not want to mention particular ones here, but if you can see the difference between Freud and Adler, you can certainly see the same, that there are some modern psychologists that are more tied into these constructive ideas. Naturally, the ascended masters have always said, you are not a victim of your past, you are affected by your past, but you can overcome your past and be free to choose who you want to be.

The fear of pregnancy and childbirth

Question: Why does the fear of pregnancy and childbirth appear? What are they coming from and how can they be transformed?

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2023 Kazakhstan Conference.

Well, there is an external reason for this and an internal reason. The external reason is that there are dark forces who are projecting this fear. There are some beasts in the collective consciousness who are projecting this fear at anyone who is vulnerable to it because they want to limit the growth of the population and they want to prevent people from fulfilling their Divine plans where it is part of your Divine plan to bring forth children. But what makes you vulnerable to this is of course that you have experienced in past lives the dangers of pregnancy and childbirth.

You look back into history and you see that you do not have to go very far back before there was a much higher degree of miscarriages, there was a higher degree of women dying during pregnancy or during childbirth. So, there are many people who today are embodied as women who have this fear from past lives. There are, for that matter, also many men who have that fear because they were women in past lives but they just usually do not tie into it in a male embodiment. It is only the women who, when they face a pregnancy, they tie into this fear.

If you look at it from an even broader perspective, you can say that there is a certain collective fear in the physical octave of these consequences that you cannot escape. And one of these consequences that you cannot escape is pregnancy. And many women, when they realize they are pregnant, they tie into this collective fear that if they do not feel they will have an abortion, they realize this child is going to keep growing inside their body for the next eight or so months and they are going to have to give birth to this child.

And many women, of course, are not deeply affected by this, but all women are somewhat affected by this because it is an inescapable consequence that you cannot run away from, neither can you run away from the child and the responsibility of bringing up that child. So, it is very understandable that women have this fear.

What can you do about it? Well, first of all, you can make the calls for your protection, for you to be cut free from this collective beast. But if it is very, very strong, you can certainly benefit from going into some kind of therapy, perhaps with other women, talking about your feelings about pregnancy. There are countries where they have such groups. If they do not have it in your country, you could consider starting it. You, of course, can also use our tools for resolving your psychology because obviously a trauma from past lives created a separate self or perhaps several. Once you resolve that, you can be free of it. But nevertheless, you can very much benefit from interacting with other women in a similar situation.

You would be surprised at how many women have this fear and are affected by it during pregnancy, which of course is not the ideal scenario, neither for the woman nor the child.

How do fallen beings get to the top of pyramids of power?

Question: How do the fallen beings in embodiment always reach the top of the pyramids of authority in different countries? What does help them?

Answer from the Ascended Master Saint Germain through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2023 Kazakhstan Conference.

Well, the primary factor that helps them is the fallen beings in the emotional, mental and identity realms who obviously want fallen beings in position of authority in as many places as possible because the fallen beings in embodiment are the easiest to control for the fallen beings who are not in embodiment.

You see many of the fallen beings who have had these prominent positions and you might from an outer standpoint think that they are very powerful people but actually they are almost totally controlled by fallen beings in one of the higher realms. But the fallen beings are of course also helped by the fact that many people are unwilling to make decisions so they want a strong leader whom they think can make the right decisions for their country.

And you can see the pattern of how many times in history a society where the people have submitted themselves to a strong leader and it led to disastrous consequences. Unfortunately, that is the only way that some people will wake up—the School of Hard Knocks of seeing how a strong leader makes a decision that leads to disastrous consequences until they become willing to make their own decisions which then makes it possible for that country to become a democracy.

And what you have in a democracy is you have a more diversified decision making process. This has of course some disadvantages. It is more difficult to make a decisive decision but it is also more unlikely that the decision makers will all be in a delusional state that causes them to make these disastrous decisions. You will see in most cases where a dictatorial leader has made a disastrous decision that he usually had very little input and he was in a very isolated state where he was almost what you would call delusional because he had an unbalanced view of the world and the potential consequences of making a decision.

There is always value in diversifying the decision-making process because it is more likely that one person’s mind is taken over by the fallen beings in other realms than that a group of people are all taken over. Naturally it can happen but certainly not in a democratic country where you have more people involved with the decision-making process.

How to protect your eyesight

Question: Nowadays many children and young people have visual impairments which according to doctors are connected to the use of gadgets, (phones, iPads and computers). It is difficult to imagine modern life without computers, mobile phones, etc. Many eye diseases that used to only come in an elderly age now appear at younger ages. How do you preserve your eyesight and eye health without giving up gadgets? Does it come from gadget abuse or are there spiritual reasons?

No, there are not spiritual reasons, there are practical physical reasons. It is actually fairly simple to describe it and you imagine what you are doing when you are looking at a screen. Your eyes are focusing at a fairly close distance. When you are not using a screen and are participating in various daily activities your eyes are often focused further away from you at a greater distance and there is more variation in the distance where your eyes are focused. If you are using a computer screen that is 50 centimeters away from your eyes and you are working on this computer eight hours a day for five days a week and perhaps even in your free time you are using a computer then your eyes can get sort of stuck or locked in fixating or tuning in to that particular distance.

When you then get up from the computer and focus at a longer distance it is difficult for your eyes to adjust. What you can do to overcome this problem is to use various exercises that are available out there to focus your eyes at different distances or you can simply make a habit out of when you are not on the computer, for example if you are taking a walk you focus on something far away and you keep your eyes focused on that for some time while you are walking, of course still paying attention to where you are setting your feet so you do not trip over something. But you also want to vary the distance that your eyes are focused at, so that they can maintain some flexibility.

12 Shia Imams

Question: Shia Muslims believe in 12 Imams who came after the Prophet Muhammad. They believe that they have been very advanced spiritual persons. The first Imam is Ali, the cousin of Muhammad, and the next Imams are from the same family that continue to the twelfth one. The last Imam named Mahdi is claimed to have become absent from the people, but still alive and connected to some special people and will appear again to rescue the world.

This belief is very similar to some Christians’ ideas about Jesus. I would like to know the master’s opinion about this fundamental Shia belief.

Answer from the Ascended Master Saint Germain through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2023 Kazakhstan Conference.

Well, it does not come from us. It comes from some beings in the mental realm and the emotional realm who are working with these more radical, fundamentalist Islamic movements and what they unfortunately do is tie into this desire that you see in many people around the world to be special. To be not only special in the eyes of man, but special in the eyes of God.

You see this in the Jews, you see it among Christians, you see it in different nations, where so many people have this need to feel they are special according to some ultimate standard which is why religion often comes into play here. There are many people in Arab countries who are still affected by this desire to be special and these beings in the mental realm who are working with these more fundamentalist Islamic movements, they know how to tie into this desire, how to cater to it that you and your group are so special and that one day you will be instrumental in saving the world. And of course, as I said, it does not come from the ascended realm, so it is based on an illusion.

New teachings reforming Islam

Question: Is there a potential that the ascended masters will release new teachings and ideas about Islam and the Islamic world in the foreseeable future?

Answer from the Ascended Master Saint Germain through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2023 Kazakhstan Conference.

Well, we will not do so through this messenger as we would like to keep him in embodiment for some time longer.

We are of course always seeking to work with people who are open to new ideas about Islam. And it would be, even though we would like to have messengers who could take messages about Islam, it would probably not be realistic for the foreseeable future that most people in Islamic countries would even accept the concept. But we are working with many people who are seeking to reform Islam and basically anyone who is open to this, we are willing to work with them.

What I am saying is that it is not likely we will be able to release this through a sponsored messenger who is taking direct dictations from us. But of course, we can release many ideas through people who are open to it without even knowing about ascended masters. We have of course already for some time been working with a relatively small number of people who are open, but there are more and more people who are becoming open to taking a critical look at Islam, especially the more radical or fundamentalist aspects of Islam. More and more people are beginning to see how unbalanced it is.

You can see, for example, the situation in Iran where even though this seems to have been suppressed by the government, I can assure you that the situation has created major changes in the emotional, mental and identity bodies. There are many more people that are open to seeing the dangers of this extremist, fundamentalist Islam. And this of course is not just in Iran, but in all Muslim countries and outside Muslim countries.

I can assure you that there are changes that are on their way towards the physical octave and we are definitely working with reforming Islam, making it less fundamentalist, less extreme.

Radical Islam in Kazakhstan

Question: More and more Kazakh youth are getting involved in radical Islamic movements. For example, Wahhabism. Is this a threat to the security of Kazakhstan? Who is behind this?

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2023 Kazakhstan Conference.

Well, at present it is not a threat, but if it attracts more people, it could of course become so. Who is behind it? Well, ultimately the fallen beings who are using any extremist fanatical movement to try to create conflict in society. This is not necessarily that they have some agenda of taking over Kazakhstan. They are just so focused on spreading their version of Islam that they think they are doing God’s work and they actually think that creating conflict is part of God’s work.

If you are concerned about this, make the calls for the exposure of it or do whatever you can do given your position to raise awareness of this.

How to deal with the fear of abandonment

Question: I have a question of how to deal with this fear of abandonment, that is triggered by a close relationship leaving in anger – causing panic and severe anxiety.

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2023 Kazakhstan Conference.

Well, I do not want to sound like a broken record, but as in many other situations, the first step to take is to free yourself from this panic, this sense of panic.

And that is diligent calls to Archangel Michael and Astrea, because anytime you go into a state of panic, it is because your mind has been invaded by these collective beasts that are seeking to overpower you or that are overpowering you. You need to, as they say in first aid, stop the accident. But then, of course, you need to look at this fear of abandonment. And this is something that is a very, very deep issue for many spiritual people. It can be partly caused by trauma from a past life because the fallen beings are good at manipulating you into a situation where you feel like you have been left alone, you have been an outcast in society, you have been rejected by your community, your family, your country, whatever. Many of you have been put in situations like this in past lives. But really, if you trace it even further back, it comes from going into duality, going into the illusion of separation where some people develop this sense that they have been abandoned by their higher self or been abandoned by God.

There are also some avatars who, after they came to earth and were exposed to their birth trauma, they felt abandoned by the ascended masters because they thought we would be there to protect them. And this was because people did not realize the nature of the physical octave and how free will must be allowed to outplay itself in a physical octave. It was not that you had not been told because you had been told this before you came, but you have not fully grasped how difficult of a planet this is and how you will be alone because the ascended masters cannot step into the physical because of the density of the collective consciousness.

These are some things that can take longer to resolve, but you can use the method I have given in Healing Your Spiritual Traumas to go back into the past, get in touch with this trauma, and resolve it. And over time, you can resolve it. It might take time, but also realize here that if you have this issue, this fear of abandonment, it could very well go back to your first embodiment on earth. You cannot expect that this is going to be resolved in five minutes.

When to leave an emotionally abusive relationship

Question: Is there any meaning to holding on to a dysfunctional relationship with emotional and verbal abuse in order to fully see my own part, my separate self, the fear of abandonment, and be free not to react?

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2023 Kazakhstan Conference.

Again, a situation that many people can recognize, and again a situation where there is not just one possible answer. What I can say in general is that as long as you are in doubt about whether you should leave the relationship or stay in the relationship, you should assume that you still have more to learn from the relationship, and therefore you should do whatever you can to look at your own psychology. Go into therapy, study books, use the ascended master teachings to uncover what you need to learn, what you need to see, what separate selves you have, and then when you have done that, you will come to a point where now you need to ask yourself, is there any meaning in staying in the relationship? And then comes the next step which is, are you willing to make the decision to leave the relationship? And you may not be willing or ready to make that decision, but then your next step is to look at why are you not there, where you are willing to make that decision.

And what all of you who have experienced abusive relationships will uncover if you really look at this is that there is a clear connection between the difficulty you are having leaving an abusive relationship and why you got into that relationship in the first place. Why were you attracted to an abusive partner? Because based on traumas from past lives, you are unwilling to make decisions for yourself. You are unwilling to decide what kind of a life you want to live, what kind of a partner you want to have. This is a very, very common pattern for many spiritual people. One part of this reason is that you are not willing to make decisions because of traumas. Another part of this is that as an avatar, you came here to help the earth, you came here to improve things, so you are willing to sacrifice yourself in order to help others. For many avatars, you have both these tendencies in your psychology.

In other words, you are willing to enter a relationship that is not necessarily ideal for you if you think this can help the other person. But at the same time, you have been attacked by the fallen beings in past lives, so you also have these separate selves that makes you reluctant to make strong decisions. You sort of, instead of flowing with the River of Life, you want to just flow with conditions as they are in the physical octave.

This messenger, at one point, after his third divorce, came to a point where he was willing to step back and say: “Why did I have these three relationships that ended in divorce? What is it I have not learned? What is it I have not seen?” And there was, of course, various things he needed to learn, but one of the things that he learned was that he had not been willing to actually look at and decide: “What kind of a relationship do I want?” He had just allowed conditions in life. He met his first wife, it seemed like this was the relationship he needed, then he got divorced, then he met his second wife, then he got divorced, met his third wife, then he got divorced. He was just sort of flowing with events that came to him. So in other words, whenever a new relationship appeared on the horizon, he was not looking at this and saying: “Is this really what I want?” He was saying: “Oh, I am willing to go in if this can help that other person.”

Many of you are in the same situation. You are sort of flowing with circumstances and suddenly a person appears in your life and it seems like this is the right step for you, to enter a relationship. You can also feel sometimes an intuitive guidance and it may very well be that your intuition is guiding you to enter that relationship, but not for the reason you think, but because this will force you to learn something and it will force you to come to the point where you have to make that decision: “What kind of a relationship do I actually want?”

And you see, this messenger realized that there was a certain dynamic in his first three relationships, and he could continue for the rest of his life to have relationships with the same kind of dynamic. Or he could decide to make a change, but in order to make a change, he had to be clear in his mind what he wanted. And the same for all of you. Many of you have already experienced it. All of you can experience it. It does not apply just to a partner. It applies to all aspects of life. For example, a job. If you observe yourself, you will see that many times you have not clarified in your mind what you actually want. And therefore, it seems like there is opposition to you getting it or you get something that is not what you actually wanted. But realize this: the moment you become clear in your mind what you want, you will experience that in a surprisingly short period of time, what you have decided you want will actually manifest in your life.

What does it take to reach that point of clarity? Well, it takes, first of all, the resolution of psychology overcoming these separate selves, but it also takes coming to the point where you are willing to make a decision: “What do I actually want in life? Do I want to continue to flow with circumstances or do I want to decide what I want?”

Going back to the topic for this conference of flowing with the River of Life, we can say you have a choice here. You can flow with circumstances or you can flow with the River of Life. But until you are clear and undivided in yourself, you cannot flow with the River of Life. Then you are going to be flowing with circumstances. Now, this does not mean that you can always formulate the exact vision that the River of Life is going to manifest because your vision may still be affected by some subconscious selves. But at least when you have clarity, when you are not divided, you can start flowing, and then you need to be flexible, realizing that perhaps you did not have the highest vision of where you are going to go in this life. You can be flexible along the way.

About co-parenting with a child’s narcissistic father

Question: My situation is that I have not long ago become a mother and I am raising my daughter as a single mom. Ever since the start of the pregnancy, I have felt burdened with heavy energy to such an intense degree that I felt that I had lost my attunement with you, my spiritual guides, altogether. I have worked hard to reestablish my connection, attunement, and I have made good progress. But the whole process of being pregnant, giving birth, and now raising my little girl on my own has been and is greatly challenging. What I do is try to see all of this as an opportunity to look at myself, identify patterns, and resolve my psychology as well as I know how.

But at times I feel greatly overwhelmed and do not know how exactly to handle some things. One particular outer situation that I find very hard to deal with is this. The relationship with my daughter’s father was emotionally and mentally abusive, and I terminated the relationship while I was still pregnant. Later I sought therapy because I needed help to understand what exactly I had been through in the relationship with this person. I had a strong feeling that I was dealing with a narcissist, and through therapy and also group therapy, I learned beyond doubt that he is indeed a narcissist. Now the situation is that this person has legal rights to have my daughter. I feel very strongly that it is not in my daughter’s best interest to be with her father. I am afraid that in the long term he will damage her psychological well-being. As a mother, I want to protect my daughter, and I feel so conflicted with this situation because there are so many people telling me just how important it is for a girl to have a father and that I am being selfish to not let him see her as much as he wants to. There are so many argumentations for and against this, and I really am at a point where I do not know what to do. My inner voice that at this point is basically screaming says that I have to keep my daughter safe and try to withhold her from her father as much as possible. But then I am concerned that if that which is screaming within me is my own unresolved psychology, and I really just need to raise my consciousness to receive a higher vision, then I would perhaps see things differently. May it be in my daughter’s Divine plan that she is raised by a narcissistic father? I can, by the love of God, not see how that would be constructive for her. What my inner guidance is telling me is that I have to shield my daughter from her father.

Am I wrong? Because I also know that much of what I am feeling about this situation springs from fear. I know I cannot have Christ’s discernment in being in fear. How can I know to trust my inner guidance?

Well, you are certainly not alone in being in this kind of a situation. Many, many people can recognize this pattern where you have a difficult outer situation and you are being pulled in two different directions. You are being told one thing by other people, you feel you have a certain inner guidance, but you are wondering if it is the right inner guidance. What we can start by saying in these situations is that whenever you have something in your mind that is ‘screaming at you’ as you describe it, then this is not really your inner guidance because what have we said many times? The inner guidance from your Christ self, from your I AM Presence, from the ascended masters is the still small voice within. We can also say that if you are in doubt about what is your inner guidance, you have not yet received the highest possible guidance that you could get.

And why have you not? Because you are not neutral about the situation. I know this is not very comforting, but I am not seeking to comfort you. I am seeking to help you see that regardless of how such a situation seems for all of you, there is always a way out of it. And that way is to go into as neutral of a state of mind as possible so that you are not reacting from fear or other things that can only come from separate selves. One thing you can do in this situation is ask yourself: “Why did your daughter choose to be born into this situation?” If your daughter did not want to have any contact with her father, she could have chosen a mother who had been artificially inseminated so there was no physical father in the picture. There is a reason why your daughter chose to be born into this situation. And it is that she needs to learn something from the situation, both from you and from her father. And it may be that you can help her learn what she needs to learn about her father or from her father, but you cannot do it if you are in fear or if you look at the situation in black and white terms.

In other words, you talk about protecting your daughter, but the only way to protect your daughter is not to keep her physically from her father. You can make calls for your daughter. You can, when she gets older, talk to your daughter, help her see certain things. But in order to do this, you have to resolve in yourself what is unsettled about your relationship with your daughter’s father or with that type of person. Because, again, you can ask yourself, why were you attracted to this kind of person? Because you wanted to learn something. Well, what was it? Have you fully learned it? I commend you for going into therapy and for working on yourself. And you just need to keep doing this and realize that there is something you have not seen. And when you come to see it, you will see that the situation can be dealt with in a different way than what you are thinking right now. Basically, whenever you feel stuck in a situation, the sense of being stuck comes because there is something you have not seen, something in your own psychology.

You can look at yourself, you can look at your life. I am talking here generally about all of you in similar situations and say: “Why did I put myself in this situation? Why did I choose the parents I had? Why did I choose the life I have had? Why did I do this in my life or do that in my life? What is the lesson I wanted to force myself to learn by putting myself in this situation where there is something in my own psychology that I cannot ignore, that I cannot cover over?”

You are doing the right thing. You just need to keep going further until you see what you have not seen yet. This is not just one thing for most of you. For most of you in these situations, it is not so that I could just give you one simple answer that would clear this up. Many people come and ask for advice, and they are hoping that: “Oh, an ascended master must be able to give me this one little key that will resolve everything.” But in most of these situations, there is a complex psychology involved, and there is not just one key. There is not just one separate self. So it is a process you must go through of gradually uncovering these selves until you come to that point where now you can make a decisive shift in how you look at the situation. Again, try not to look at it in black and white terms, that it has to be either this or that. There are always other scenarios and focus on what is best for the growth of all people involved.

Oligarchy in Kazakhstan

Question: Most of the country’s resources remain in the hands of Nazarbayev’s oligarchs, such as Mittal, Mashkevitch, Kim (not Michaels), Klebanov, and Nazarbayev’s family. Recently, a law on the return of capital was adopted in our country, but it seems that all this does not bother these oligarchs who are simply successfully adjusting to the new government. Is it really possible to return stolen assets to the state and the people? Why are the president and the government having full power, not making any concrete efforts to return the capital and bring Nazarbayev, his family, and the oligarchs to criminal responsibility? Is the law of the return of capital just a screen to distract the eyes, while in fact there are some agreements between the old and new Kazakhstan and there will be a redistribution of the country’s resources between political elites?

Well, as I have commented on in the answer to a previous question, yes, there is such an agreement. It is not a clearly spoken agreement. It is more of an awareness that you can have politicians that are elected by the people, but there is a limit to what reforms they can carry out as long as the oligarchs have the influence they have on society. As I have attempted to explain with China, there is also an uncertainty in the Kazakh government. There is no clear vision of where do they want to take Kazakhstan.

The oligarchs do not really have a clear vision of where they want to take the country. They are largely reactionary, wanting to maintain their privileged position. And you will see the same pattern in many other countries. You can see other former Soviet republics or even Warsaw Pact countries where there was a certain elite under communism who had privileged positions. And some of these managed to gain privileged positions after communism was abandoned, so that they now have influence on the economic situation in the country. They have their own companies that have privileged positions. These people are reactionary. They want to maintain their own positions, so they do not have a clear vision of where they want to take the country. You have a government that is elected by the people and they got elected by making promises about reforms, but they do not really have a clear vision of, number one, what kind of reforms they want to enact, and number two, how this could be done without running into conflict with the oligarchs and the established elite.

You see a government sitting between two chairs, trying to maintain a facade towards the people, trying to maintain the sense of security of the elite. And this is, of course, not unique to Kazakhstan. You have seen the same in many other countries. If you go back to most of the countries that are the modern democracies today, you will see that 100 years ago or more they had a very similar situation where the country was divided between the desire for true reform and the old elite that resisted it. Right now, the best you can do as spiritual people is to keep a positive vision, keep making the calls, but also have a certain patience and realize that this is a process that takes time. You might look at other countries, such as the Baltics or some European nations that were part of the Warsaw Pact, and you can see that these countries have made more reforms than Kazakhstan has done at the present level. But you also have to realize that Kazakhstan was in a special situation because it did not go from a communist system to a completely democratic system because of Nazarbayev, who had the position he had, and even though he enacted certain reforms and was certainly more reform-minded than the communist governments, still it held the development of Kazakhstan back compared to some of these other nations.

But you see that they have gone through a similar process. It is just that because they have had more time, they are further along. Kazakhstan is moving in the same direction. There is no question about this, but it will take time before there are these major breakthroughs.

China’s true intentions towards Kazakhstan

Question: President Tokayev pursues an open policy towards China. For example: visa-free visits to Kazakhstan by Chinese citizens for up to three months have recently been introduced. Benefits and privileges are also provided in various economic projects. What are China’s true intentions towards our country?

Well, I could tell you what China’s true intentions towards Kazakhstan are if China knew itself what its intentions are. You see, the Chinese government, the current Chinese government, is a good example of what you find in many countries around the world right now, where the Chinese government itself does not actually know what it wants. It has a better awareness of what it does not want than what it actually wants. You see a certain wavering, a certain indecision.

You see, for example, a lack of a willingness to clearly step in and do something about the economic situation, such as the crisis in real estate companies. You see how there was for a long time this Zero-COVID policy and then all of a sudden it was abandoned, going from one extreme to the other. You see how government ministers have disappeared without any explanation and you might think that it is typical for a totalitarian government that they want to maintain secrecy. But they are actually maintaining secrecy because they do not know how to present this in a way that will not make themselves look bad.

You see a government that is in upheaval, that is insecure, uncertain. You may look at President Xi in China and think that he has greater power than any president since Mao and surely, he has some agenda of establishing China as a major world power. But in reality, he and many of the people in the government are almost in a state of panic because they, of course, know more about the state of the Chinese economy than the people or even the media, even the media outside of China. And they are beginning very slowly to realize that China has really, to use a popular expression, dug a very deep hole for itself and they do not see how China can get out of it.

Now, why do they not see how China can get out of it? Because they are not willing to abandon communism, they are not willing to truly change the structure of the government, to give more autonomy to the regions and less power to the central government. They are not willing to really change the centralized system. In fact, Xi has been trying to strengthen the centralized system, but it is precisely the centralized system that has created the current crisis in China, because it is a crisis regardless of the happy face that the government tries to put on.

And this crisis cannot be solved by the current governmental structure. China needs to decide, does it want to be a communist country, or does it want to be an affluent, prosperous country because material affluence for the population is not compatible with a communist political ideology.

Until there has been a shift in China, China does not know what it wants to do concerning Taiwan, concerning Kazakhstan, concerning other neighboring nations. You see how there is a move in one direction one week and a move in the other direction another week. You see how they are building up their military, which means that at some point they could potentially decide to attack Taiwan, but they have not decided: “We are definitely going to attack Taiwan when we are strong enough.” You could say that there are some within the Chinese government who would like to take over Kazakhstan and gain the resources that are in Kazakhstan, but there are others that would be against this because they know this will have a cost concerning China’s standing in the world.

There are no direct plans to take over Kazakhstan. As I am saying, the Chinese government does not know what it wants to do, what its intentions are. You could say that there is a certain collective beast in the Chinese government that has this dream of expanding the Chinese empire, just as there is a collective beast in Russia around Putin’s government, just as there was a collective beast in Nazi Germany. But these beasts are not self-aware. They are more like computers that are pursuing a goal of greatness without really defining what it means. In China there is a certain element of the government that has this dream of the greatness of the Chinese empire and of dominating the world or providing an alternative to the United States and the dominance of the West as they see it. But they do not have a clear vision of what does that actually mean. And first of all, they do not have a clear vision of what it would take to achieve this goal. They are not able to define a series of logical steps that will lead from here to there, and they are not even attempting to define these steps because if they were to try to define these steps, they would see that the plan is unrealistic.

Putin, before he invaded Ukraine, went through a certain decision-making process. But he was also blinded by these delusions of grandeur, we might call it, and he thought it would be easy to achieve his goal. He did not sit down with his advisors and create a logical step-by-step plan for how his goals could be achieved because had he done so, he or at least his advisors would have seen that this is simply not realistic. Not to get distracted from the topic of China, but it is the same dynamic in China. They have an idealistic goal but no practical, realistic vision of how to achieve it.

What is the answer? Well, the answer is that there is currently no answer. As spiritual people, you can, of course, make calls for the protection of your nation, and you can make calls about the Chinese nation coming to clarity about what kind of a nation it wants to be.

Can President Tokayev reform Kazakhstan?

Question: Can you please comment on the personality of President Tokayev, Kazakhstan’s president. After the well-known bloody coup in January 2022, the people enthusiastically supported his intentions to undertake cardinal reforms and build a new Kazakhstan. However, the pre-scheduled presidential and parliamentary elections have shown that significant changes will hardly happen and nowadays apathy and distrust are clearly felt in our society. Does he have sincere intentions to bring real changes and can he take Kazakhstan to a higher level? Does he have an attunement with the ascended masters, or is Tokayev just a populist?

As we have said before, a government is always somewhat a reflection of the collective consciousness of a country. There are still some deep divisions in Kazakh society, and there are still many people who, you would not have them say this if you asked them consciously, but subconsciously they do not really want Kazakh society to change, because they are longing back to the old ways where they had more security like it was in Soviet times.

What is happening here is that any government is kind of between these two states. When I say that there is a faction of the population that does not want change, there is a certain faction of the general population, but there is, of course, a power elite in Kazakhstan that go back both to Soviet times and also to President Nazarbayev where they were put in privileged positions. You can call them oligarchs, but they are not all necessarily business people. There are also people in various aspects of society that have these privileged positions and they do not want a change that could threaten their positions.

What you are seeing in Kazakhstan is what you see in many other countries, that there is a division, there is a pull in different directions, and so far, those who do not want change, have been the strongest. The president, at a certain level, has an intention to reform Kazakh society. On another level he realizes that he came to power as is held in power because he is in good standing with the elite. So he is divided in himself, he does not really know how to carry out reforms in a way that brings real reform without threatening the elite.

If you want to have an honest assessment, he is not the one who will bring change to Kazakhstan. It will take another leader to do so, but this leader cannot really come to power until there has been a shift in the population where a critical mass of people is determined that it is enough with the old ways and that it is necessary to bring change and it needs to start now.

Even though there is some discouragement and distrust now because things did not go as many people hoped, you need to continue, you need to continue to hold a positive vision. I am talking about people in general, but you who are the spiritual people need to also hold a positive vision, continue to make the calls and you will see that there will be gradual changes. At some point a new leader will emerge, who can bring true democratic reforms and who is really dedicated to democracy.

How to wisely help your parents financially

Question: Tell me, please, how to wisely help your parents financially. If it constantly goes with difficulties and scandals, is it good not to give if they do not ask, or not to give if it is misused and do not appreciate?

Well, in questions like this, you are always walking this very delicate balance between helping people and enabling them not to change themselves. And what unfortunately happens with parents is that once they reach a certain age, it is as if they cross a threshold, and now they become very unwilling to change themselves. Perhaps they were already unwilling before they reached that age, but after a certain age, it is like they give up: “Oh, I cannot change my life. I cannot do anything about it. I just have to live the way I am living. There is nothing else I can do.”

Many children get into feeling an obligation towards their parents, and so, if they need help financially, they provide that help, even if the parents misuse the funds or use it as an excuse for not changing. And this is, of course, a very delicate individual balance, but certainly you do not want to look at your parents as if they are incapable of changing. You want to recognize that as long as somebody is in physical embodiment, their life is an opportunity for change.

Even at a very advanced age, a person can have just one insight that puts them on a different track so that when they come back in their next embodiment, they come back in a much better position than in the previous one, or that they otherwise would have done if they had not had that insight. Even up to the very end, it is possible that your parents could be helped, and it is partly your responsibility as an adult, especially as a spiritual person, to tune in, use your intuition, and say: “No, I will not continue to allow you to live this way because it is not responsible”.

And, you know, the unfortunate, you might say, “reality on earth is that when you are a child, your parents are supposed to parent you. But when your parents reach advanced age, unfortunately, often you have to parent your parents. And I understand fully that many people do not want to deal with this because you might still have children that you need to be a parent for, and it is just too much to have to be a parent for your parents as well.

But still, if you are in this situation where you have supported them financially, you feel obligated, you do not know how to deal with it, you have to look at this. You have to look at it in yourself, see what separate selves you have, especially look at: “Do I have a co-dependent relationship on my parents where I feel I cannot say no, I cannot withdraw, I cannot let them suffer the consequences of their own decisions when they will not listen to me?” It can be necessary to see that you have these selves and overcome them. And if you can overcome them in relation to your parents, you will also be free of them in relation to your children, and that can prevent many problems in relation to your children.

All I am saying here is that working on your psychology is always a win-win. You can never lose. And whatever situation you encounter with children, with family, it is always an opportunity to look at your own psychology.

Putting the evil eye on yourself

Question: Tell me, please, how to stop putting a bad or evil eye on myself. I often think about my health and attract negative situations with my own thoughts and fears.

Well, stop looking at yourself! Take all the mirrors out of the house!

You will excuse my attempt to lighten the mood here in the late afternoon, but there is, of course, some validity to what I am saying because you need to simply take the teachings we have given on the separate selves and realize that there is a separate self that is projecting a certain image upon you. There is most likely more than one. You need to uncover those selves and resolve them. You cannot do this with an act of will, because that will just create another separate self to try and suppress the first one, and you get into this spiral of creating more and more separate selves. You need to stop, step back, and look at: “How do you actually look at yourself? How do you look at your physical body?”

Many, many people, as I said earlier, have been caught in this, that the physical body is an enemy of your spiritual growth. Many spiritual people have, from past lives, built these separate selves that are seeking to punish the body through some kind of disease or limitation. This can even affect the look of your body, that you have precipitated from past lifetimes. You need to get serious, if you are serious about resolving this problem, looking for these selves, uncovering them, and seeing how they are projecting a certain image on your physical body. It can even be, for many people, a positive, so-called positive image that you want your body to look beautiful, you want your body to look a certain way, and you are willing to do various things to make the body conform to a beauty standard in your society. This can also be putting the evil eye on your body in a certain way, because you are trying to project this image onto the body that just is not natural for your body in this lifetime.

Parenting challenges and the development of child speech

Question: Our son, who is slightly over two years old, says very few words, mostly trying to communicate with gestures and sounds. Earlier he pronounced more words and tried to express himself with words. It is possible that at one point we misbehaved somehow and missed something. In the last years, there was a tension in our family with the relating consequences. We have a feeling that because of this, our son could close himself up. Now everything is going to be quieter, and the situation is slowly improving. We assume that if the development of speech will stall, then it can stop the further development of the child. Taking into account the known standards of the age of two, children should pronounce more words, but we also know that each soul has its own plan, according to which the child is developing in harmony with itself. What recommendations would the ascended masters give? Is it important to apply to the specialist on speech issues in such circumstances?

You need to determine this individually. You need to determine whether it was the outer situation that caused your child to become more closed, or whether it was simply part of the child’s growth. I would recommend that you observe the child, perhaps take the child to a specialist, and see if you can see any other signs of trauma.

Children go through natural phases. They can have a certain period where they are experimenting with language in a very innocent manner. And then, as they get a little older, they can become aware that words can be pronounced correctly and not correctly, and this can cause them to back off, not being so willing to speak, because they want to be able to pronounce it perfectly before they speak. There are also issues like this that can affect a child’s development that are not caused by an outer situation. I know it is not easy to tell the difference, but you need to tune in, and you need to be careful to look at your own psychology and look at whether you feel guilty for the outer situation, and whether you are then projecting something onto your child that is not realistic.

Look at your psychology. Do you have some separate selves that make you feel guilty, and now you are, as a sort of penance, putting this burden on yourself, and thereby also potentially putting a burden on your child? If you are willing to tune into this, you will be able to sense what is the case, and I recommend that you, first of all, work on your personal psychology, overcome any sense of guilt, and realize that situations happen, situations have to be dealt with, and yes, of course, a situation can affect a child, but you also need to be careful not to project something upon the child that is not caused by the outer situation.

In your particular case, I would strongly recommend that you look at your psychology and look at what you might be projecting on the situation based on your feelings about the situation, and any sense of guilt, and any sense of having done something, irreparable harm to your child, which I can assure you, you have not done, because at that age, it takes very severe abuse to do irreparable harm to a child.

How to approach the healing process

Question: Please tell me if it is possible to improve health as quickly as possible, and does it help not to take illness for granted?

We have given extensive teachings on the fact that it is not realistic to expect that you can improve your health instantly. This is not saying that it cannot happen if you can shift your consciousness enough. But in general, we recommend that you approach this as a gradual process where you look at your psychology, look at the separate selves, and overcome these. It is clear that with any health issue, yes, it helps to not take the condition for granted, not to accept that this could never be changed.

And this also means that sometimes, when the doctors give you a diagnosis, you need to find a very delicate balance where you accept that this disease is there, and you need to take whatever measures you need to take, both in terms of traditional medicine, alternative medicine, and spiritual methods, but you also need to be very careful not to accept that if the doctors say this is terminal, then it is necessarily so. You need to realize that the doctors have a limited perspective. I am not telling you to disregard what the doctors are saying or the methods they have, but you need to realize they currently have a limited perspective, and therefore some of the things that they see as unchangeable can actually be changed. But this is a very individual matter, and you need to be realistic and not expect some kind of miracle, but expect to go through a process of working on your psychology.

The verdict coming out of the mathematical modeling of these changes says that if the divided humanity does not unite in opposition to the global planetary threat, then in a maximum of seven to ten years it may disappear on earth. Is this so? Do you support or sponsor Allatra Science?

This is not a realistic scenario, and it is not something that I or any other ascended master sponsors. The human population will not die out in seven to ten years, and the earth will not become uninhabitable in seven to ten years. The earth will progress gradually towards the golden age, and the earth will be here at the end of the next 2,000-year cycle, and so will humanity.

There are all kinds of doomsday scenarios out there, and it is very easy to create a mathematical model that will show whatever you want simply by setting the initial conditions and the formulas a certain way. You can literally prove just about anything by using mathematics in a selective way. So no, this is not a realistic scenario, not something you need to worry about, not something you need to make calls about.

I know that there are many people that are into these doomsday scenarios that will disregard my answer or say that this cannot come from the ascended masters and the messenger is not in touch with the real masters. My only reaction to that is, well, you predicted that humankind would not be here in seven to ten years, so let’s talk then and see if you are still here. I know I will be here.

Extermination of predators and invasive species

Question: There is a problem with predators that can attack people. In some countries, they are totally exterminated, sometimes in an inhumane way. There is also a problem with the animals that were brought to the places where they did not originally live, for example, in Australia. But they are also destroyed en masse by the excuse that they cause harm. Are such actions justified by any necessity?

Well, as we have explained before, there are many animal species that are not natural on earth. In fact, you could say that virtually all of the current animal species are not natural in a sense that they did not exist when the earth was still a natural planet. Many of the animal species are very much affected by the collective consciousness. They are, so to speak, a product of the collective consciousness. Most of the current animal species will actually disappear as we move into the golden age. This is clearly shocking to many people because there are many spiritual people and many environmentally conscious people who find it necessary to preserve the “natural species”, as they call them.

But again, you need to look at what kind of a planet you are on and ask yourself if parasites that invade both human and animal bodies are really natural, if poisonous animals and insects are really natural, if animals that carry disease and spread it to other animal populations or human populations, if that is really natural. You can clearly realize that some things are not natural and there will come a point, as we move into the golden age, where predators will disappear.

Predators became necessary because of the imbalance in the collective consciousness of humankind that has created imbalances in nature. This means that there are certain animal species that are well adapted to their environment and there will be a certain phase where they grow almost uncontrollably, and then suddenly the population crashes and tens of thousands of animals die from starvation. In order to balance this cycle, predators evolved to give a certain natural balance of the number of a certain species. But of course, humankind also has as part of its responsibility to go in and become a balancing factor, that you do not allow an animal population to become so big that it will crash from either starvation or disease or both.

You could say that the biggest challenge of predators is that human beings need to recognize that they are a balancing factor and that human beings have a responsibility to be such a balancing factor to compensate for the imbalances that humankind has created.

Naturally, as countries become more developed, have more developed agriculture, a larger population, these large predators, such as wolves, cannot really exist in these countries. They can exist there, but it certainly is not natural.

The challenge is to realize that you cannot look back to a situation and say: “500 years ago there was a wolf population in Denmark”, for example. Now there was a period where, not quite a couple of hundred years ago, wolves became extinct in Denmark and since then there have not been any. But in the last 10 years wolves have started coming in from Germany and establishing a population that is breeding. You cannot look back and say what was there 500 years ago was natural, and therefore we should allow wolves to re-establish a population because this is natural.

You need to recognize that compared to 500 years ago the population has grown, agriculture has changed, so many things have changed in the country that when you look at current conditions you cannot say that a wolf population is natural. It is actually unnatural given the current conditions. However, this requires you to step back and realize that the fallen beings have influenced the environmental movement so they want to say that any change created by humans is unnatural and only conditions not affected by humans are natural.

But as we have explained, the planet only exists for the growth of human beings. If there were no human beings on the planet there would be no point whatsoever in having animal populations. Human beings are an inevitable, inescapable, and in fact, natural part of life on earth. You cannot say that any change created by humans is unnatural. The current conditions affected by humans are now the natural conditions and therefore it is not natural to have wolves or saber-toothed tigers in these densely populated nations.

Again, in terms of species that have been introduced on continents where they do not normally live, you can say: “Is this necessarily unnatural?” But you can of course look at these populations and say because there are no natural predators, they can reach these very high population numbers that eventually causes them to crash. If human beings have introduced them in a certain environment, they have a responsibility to manage the population and prevent these unbalanced swings.

You can, of course, also say that the Australian people and government have a right to decide that we do not want camels or rabbits roaming free on our continent because it has various negative effects. And then you have a right to say: “Well, we can then attempt to exterminate them even though it is probably not a realistic scenario to do this. But we can at least limit the population so it can have some kind of balance.”

Again, these are difficult questions, but the only real solution is a raising of consciousness where people realize, first of all, human beings are a natural part of life on earth. And you cannot say that what human beings are doing is necessarily unnatural. You can, of course, start to look at human behavior and say certain forms of human behavior are not natural, are not humane, they are not humane towards humans, not humane towards animals and therefore they need to be changed. But this is again a process that will be ongoing as we move further into the golden age. And many refinements will happen as the collective consciousness is raised.

The panik attacks

Question: A few years ago, my wife had her first panic attack. It was a very powerful attack. I was near her at that moment. She could not move or explain anything and lost her strength. I felt something slippery and very unpleasant running down my back. It felt like intense horror and absorbing fear. It was a shock to me as I had never felt anything like this. We have been working with this for several years, but I am afraid I am a poor helper because such conditions are not natural for me, and it is difficult for us to understand the causes and find effective methods of treatment. Many Ukrainians have similar symptoms since the beginning of the war. Could the ascended masters please give us a broader vision of how to solve this problem?

While a panic attack is always created by dark forces, I am not saying it is always directly the fallen beings, even though if you follow the dark forces back, then you end up with the fallen beings. But there are many dark forces in the emotional realm that are constantly seeking to overwhelm people’s emotions and cause them to go into this state that you can call panic. For people in the world, there is no effective way to deal with this. If you are open to the spiritual path and ascended master teachings, then you can certainly realize that this is dark forces and that you need to approach it as an attack by dark forces and give the calls and invocations to Archangel Michael and Astrea, to Shiva, to myself, for the protection, for the binding of the dark forces, for the protection of the person, the person’s aura, the person’s emotional body. And then, in the more long term, you need to start working on the psychology and ask why the person was vulnerable to this kind of attack?

You might say that the dark forces are constantly directing lower energies at everybody, but not everybody is overwhelmed and goes into a panic attack. There is always a psychological reason why a specific person is vulnerable to this. It is, of course, that there is a separate self, created in past lifetimes where you were exposed to severe trauma. And when you have been exposed to such severe trauma, you are always fearing that something similar could happen again. And that is why you then become open to the dark forces seeking to overpower you by using that fear.

You need to do the work to expose why you have this separate self, what are the characteristics of the self, the belief behind the self, and then work on resolving this. In this respect, even traditional psychology can be a help in giving you clarity, but you will not really be effective in dealing with the issue unless you use the spiritual means for protection and for cutting you free from these dark forces in the astral plane.

The same goes, of course, not only for people in Ukraine, but anybody who has been exposed to this kind of trauma. If you are spiritually interested, then definitely use the spiritual tools to defend your energy field, basically, from the onslaught of these dark forces. It is something that if spiritual people in general could accept this idea and this fairly simple teaching, it could have a tremendous impact on their spiritual growth. Because many, many spiritual people are not going into a panic attack or feeling overwhelmed, but they are still having their spiritual growth slowed down by the influence of these dark forces, who are able to put them into an unbalanced reaction. And an unbalanced reaction does not necessarily mean that you feel fear. It can actually mean that you go into denial, and you are denying that there is any reason to be afraid because: “It is all good”, as so many spiritual people say. But look at the planet and realize it is not all good on earth. And if you do not take measures to stop the dark forces, I can assure you that the dark forces will not stop themselves.

Regaining Crimea

Question: How likely is it that Ukraine will be able to regain Crimea and the rest of the territories militarily or is it important to work on legal means?

It is reasonably likely that they can regain Crimea militarily. Not so likely with the Donetsk region. The importance of regaining Crimea would be that this would very much demonstrate to Russia that they have failed in their attempts because now they have lost something that they had before. In terms of legal means, what legal means exist in the current situation? As this ties-in with the previous question that there is not an international body that can enforce international laws. So when Russia will not respect, for example, the International Criminal Court, what legal means does Ukraine have to get back territory from Russia unless, of course, there was a change in the situation in Russia and that would be more political than legal change.

Building a global humanity standard

Question: Vladimir Putin leads a highly organized and well-equipped group of individuals with various statuses and abundant resources. This group, henceforth referred to as the group, came into power in the Russian Federation through a combination of deception and a series of violent acts many years ago. It is widely believed that this group exploits its authority, often holding the citizens of the country hostage with many people possibly unaware of the situation. Consequently, there is an ongoing debate regarding the legitimacy of this group as the governing body of the Russian Federation given that the legality of elections is often viewed as largely formal. It is necessary to legally separate this group from the Russian Federation and its people in order to diminish its influence. [Kim: And I am going to skip some of it. It talks about when ordinary citizens commit the same kind of acts that this group commits then they are held accountable by the law but this group can get away with it.] I believe that it is critically important for the international community to establish a global body with the authority to develop new protective mechanisms for human rights and an international procedural code. These should not be subject to the approval of heads of states. These norms should be created and coordinated by individuals who are competent in these matters and possess a high level of consciousness. These norms should be binding for all individuals without exception. Additionally, it is crucial to create an entity capable of apprehending and prosecuting international criminals even those of the scale of Putin’s group on any territory even if this group disagrees with the new international norms. Can you provide an assessment of these ideas to understand whether it is worth conveying them to the international community through legitimate means, or if there are hidden dangers that could benefit the fallen beings. Is it possible to eliminate the weaknesses in these ideas and if so, how?

You raise a very important question that will become more prominent as we move into the golden age. You look at the world today and you look at the many conflicts that are taking place around the world. Ukraine is just one. Look at Nagorno-Karabakh. Look at some of the nations in Africa, Central America, many other issues like this.

Naturally, you could say that there is a need to create an international standard based on humanity, what is acceptable for how you treat other people or your own population. What is an acceptable standard of humanity, and then to create a sort of worldwide police force that could enforce this standard. And the creation of both a certain standard and a worldwide force to enforce it is a valid concern, a valid consideration to raise even now. It is not realistic that it could be created right now, but it is definitely not too early to raise the question.

And many people are, of course, already thinking in these terms. Now you need to realize here that you face some very big obstacles, and that is why I say it is not realistic until the world moves further into the golden age and the golden age mindset. Because if you think about this realistically, you already have an international body that can condemn someone as a war criminal and issue a warrant for that person’s arrest. And there are a number of countries around the world where if this person traveled to these countries, the person would be arrested; would be put on trial at an international court in Hague. However, what you lack is a body, an institution that could enforce this in any country, in other words, some international force that could go into Russia, arrest Putin no matter what happens. And even if the military resisted it, they could then still carry out their task. But you can see, of course, how there would be formidable obstacles to this happening and how many nations would resist this. Very few nations would actually be ready for this even though some of the smaller nations who do not have the big ambitions would be willing to support something like this.

But the question is how you could actually give such an enforcement organization the power to carry out this in any country. Take, for example, the United States, prides itself for being a democratic country dedicated to human rights and humanity. But now imagine that, according to an international standard, what Donald Trump did, in questioning the 2020 election and encouraging people to overthrow the government basically in a coup, which is what they attempted to do, that this was a violation of the international standard. And therefore, this body would now go into the United States and arrest Donald Trump and prevent him from running again as president.

You can see that there are many people in America who would violently resist this, not even those who support Trump but many Americans who will be objecting to some international body having this kind of power in the United States. You see here it is not just a matter of dictatorial nations that would resist this, but certain democratic nations would also resist it. There needs to be many changes that need to happen before this could be realistic, but it is certainly valid to work towards this.

Now it is obvious that there are dangers in doing this and they will need to be addressed, and that is why I again say it is not realistic to do it at this point, because the fallen beings have, for a long time, been working towards a fairly similar goal of creating not only a one world government but also a one world military force that was stronger than any national force and therefore could go into any country and enforce the will of this group of fallen beings who want to control the planet. The central issue would be, how you could create such a body without having it being controlled by the fallen beings. And, of course, given that there is so little awareness of fallen beings that is a very difficult question to resolve. Again, it is valid to debate it, it is valid to look at it.

Are there ways to prevent the dangers? Yes, but only through a raising of awareness and that raising of awareness will take time. Certainly, we are talking decades before this would be realistic. But in the more short term you could, of course, create an international military force that could step in and do what, in a sense, the United Nations was meant to do, but which would actually have the power to do what the United Nations cannot do. In other words, this could be a force created by various nations where, if a nation was under attack by another nation such as Ukraine, they could appeal to this international force to come in and help them defend their country. In other words, this force would not be authorized to take aggressive actions against any country but to help defend a country that is exposed to aggression from another country.

Of course, these are very complicated issues, but it is clear that the world is not going to move into the golden age unless people are willing to deal with these complicated issues. In other words, there has been a tendency, especially in decades past, that ascended master students thought that I am the hierarch for the golden age, and I have a ready-made answer to any problem, and if only people would listen to me, we could solve all problems. But, as we have tried to explain over and over again, our main concern is not to manifest certain physical conditions but to raise consciousness, and if I was the dictator that could tell everybody how to behave on earth, that would not bring the golden age. It only brings the golden age when people are willing to wrestle with the difficult issues, raise their consciousness, tune into me or other ascended masters and receive a higher awareness from inside themselves, not as something that is put on them from the outside. They come to that inner resolution.

In other words, I am not interested in having people obey me. I am interested in people raising their awareness so they see it from within themselves what is the best action to take, what is the best direction for the world to move in. I am interested in raising people’s consciousness, not being a dictator who tells people how to do everything, and then there will be a golden age that will last for a thousand years. That is not a realistic scenario either.

Yes, it is certainly valid, it is certainly very important to consider what can the international community do in these situations where one country or one group of people inside a country such as warlords are able to destabilize an entire country and commit genocide as you have seen in Africa. How can the international community stop something like this and how can they stop it on an even larger scale when a nation commits what can only be considered aggression against another nation or even a group of people such as an ethnic group within its own nation? What can the international community do instead of just looking at this situation, and then when the killing is over offer humanitarian aid?

I know this is a very difficult issue but ultimately, it will need, it will necessitate, that people will start asking: “Why do we have these people on the planet who are willing to commit these inhumane acts? Why is there a small group of these narcissistic leaders who are willing to disregard the humanity, the suffering of even their own people? Why is this possible? Why is this happening?” It does not mean they have to know about fallen beings, because much can be achieved by simply looking at the psychology of leaders throughout history and identifying that there is a certain class of these leaders who want power, who want destruction, who have no respect for human life and human suffering and a responsible international community must do something to either stop them or to prevent them from coming to power.

And this is essentially the essence of this question: How will the world deal with these few people who are willing to do anything regardless of the consequence that it has for others? Because the civilized world cannot allow this to go on. This is really the essential question that needs to be brought out with regards to this topic.

The situation in Nagorno-Karabakh

Question: For more than ten months the population of Nagorno-Karabakh has been blocked by Azerbaijan. People are starving, they have nothing to eat and are cut off from the outside world. There is no fuel, etc. I would like to know the worst and the best scenarios for the people living in this region. There is also another question. What is in store for Armenia due to the fact that it began moving away from Russia’s influence and changing its political course in relation to Russia?

Well, unfortunately there is no easy solution I can give you to this problem in Nagorno-Karabakh. The real issue here is that there are two groups of people who have allowed the fallen beings and dark forces to make them focus on their differences rather than their similarities. What you have is the same kind of conflict that you have among ethnic groups such as, for example, in the Balkans, you have it among religious groups, you have it among tribes in Africa and many other places around the world. And obviously the solution is greater tolerance. But this is not something that is realistic to achieve in the short run and therefore, unfortunately, the more realistic scenario is that there will be more violence, more bloodshed until the international community wakes up and does something about this.

This would, of course, include Russia which is somewhat responsible for the current situation but which is not really in a position to deal effectively with this, partly because it is not realistic that they would start a military intervention and partly because they are not willing to cooperate with the international society about anything. Unfortunately, it is likely to get worse before it gets better.

In terms of Armenia, well again, the country simply needs to ask itself, which direction it wants to move in. It may say because of the current situation in Ukraine, we want to move away from Russia as many other states, former Soviet states and others have said. But it needs to be considered not only what we want to move away from but what do we want to move towards. And then you need to look at where are we at as a nation, as a group of people. What is our level of consciousness? What is our level of humanity? Can we actually fit in with the European nations? Are we ready to approach Europe and eventually maybe become part of the European Union? Are we ready for that? Are we willing to make the changes we need to make in order to qualify, for example, for membership in the European Union? Is it possible that we can leave the past behind us and approach Turkey and what would that entail? What changes would we have to make in order to do this? There are really some very difficult questions that these nations or these groups of people need to go through before the situation is likely to improve.
