Question: During the invocation for Can You Love Yourself, I experienced what seems like a deep blockage in my throat chakra and heart to receiving it fully. I would describe it as almost excruciating pain in my throat. What is the key to dealing with this large blockage and pain? It says in the books it will not be as painful, but it did feel that way. I understand the need to use the tools, but do we just need to allow the pain to resurface? Is this the main split trauma in the fourfold vehicle?

Well, all of the chakras can be blocked. And it can prevent you from fully accepting that you can love yourself, that you can receive the love from your I AM Presence from the Ascended Masters. That you are worthy of it. It is just a matter of which chakra has a certain imbalance that blocks that flow. But of course it is associated with the qualities of a chakra and the ray that corresponds to the chakra.
The throat chakra, for example, is often seen as relating to power. You could have had a past life where you had a position in power, misused it, it created painful consequences for yourself, perhaps for others as well, and therefore you feel that because of what you did you are not worthy to receive love and love yourself. Same thing in the heart. There can be a blockage where you felt that you were not loving enough in a past life and therefore, you are not worthy to receive love because you did not give it to others.
It can be individual for each one of you. And as I said there can be a blockage in each of the chakras. It is really a matter of looking at if you feel this pain, use the tools to expose the subconscious selves and the birth trauma and see if you can get down to the belief that you have associated with a particular chakra that makes you feel you are unworthy of receiving love. You are not lovable and therefore, you cannot love yourself or you cannot accept the unconditional love from the ascended masters. If you use the tools to uncover the self then you can resolve it.
