Question: I am the one who asked about the bad dreams problem previously. It has been more than eight months and it is just as bad. Mother Mary said it partly has something to do with reciting incorrect mantras. Did any of the incorrect mantras I recited somehow get multiplied by the Ruchira mantra? That is why I have been suffering this long? By the way, I did not get bad dreams after I recited Om Guru Michael Astrea cut me free from all dark forces. With the Ruchira mantra, three to five days before I recited, Om Guru Michael, help me, help me, help me. It was after I recited the latter that I started having this problem. If it got multiplied, does it mean I am going to have many, many years of bad dreams? Or even carry it into my next life if I do not resolve it. That would be a very big problem and it worries me a lot.

Well, I suggest you stop using these mantras and focus on the tools that we have given. As I said the last time, use the tools for resolving the separate selves. That is what causes your anxiety, what causes your dreams.
If our tools for doing this does not work for you, then look at what is available from the psychological profession. Find books, therapists or whatever may be practical for your situation. But you need to do something to resolve the psychology behind this because it is not just the mantras. It is the unresolved psychology that is the real problem.
