Question: I am surprised that the momentum in the Ukraine war has still not turned against Russia in a more decisive way. Is Russia’s defeat still moving through the four octaves and close to breaking through to the physical as described in the last conference or has something changed?

No, it is still moving through the four levels, but it is coming closer to the physical. Part of what you have seen during the winter is determined by conditions, the weather, the conditions of the winter. It will start to switch. Exactly how it will go is, even for an ascended master, difficult to predict. I cannot tell you that this will be a smooth decisive victory for Ukraine because free will is involved. There are many complicated aspects of this.
But it is clear that the momentum, in a sense, has already shifted because when you look at the fact that Russia brought so many more soldiers into the area. The fact that they have not made more progress than they have is actually a shift in momentum. You will see what happens in the next few months and whether this will be a decisive outcome or whether it will be more dragged out. Naturally it would be best for everyone involved to create the least amount of suffering if there was a decisive outcome. But again, so many complicated factors play into this that I do not actually want to make any predictions about this.
