The concept of the Holy Water

Question: In Orthodox Christianity, Jesus’ baptism is commemorated on January 19th as the feast of Epiphany. The water from all sources is considered to be consecrated during the whole day. Another day July 7th is the Slavic holiday, Ivan Kupala Day. During that day water also requires healing properties. How does water acquire such healing properties during those days? Is it because by divine grace water becomes holy? How can people use that water?

Answer from the Ascended Master Jesus through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2023 Easter Webinar.

These ideas, these teachings are complete fiction. They have no bearing on reality. Nothing happens to the water on those days. Now again, there may be some people who claim to have been healed, but that is again, as I explained in another answer, the placebo effect. People’s beliefs can create healing of the body. And you can say, well, if people can believe the water is holy and it can help heal them, what is the harm? And I am not saying there is any harm, but you are asking a direct question so you are getting a direct answer.
