Inner dialogue

Question: Why do some people not experience an inner voice, also known as an inner dialogue? It is the voice some people hear in their heads that helps when thinking through things, making decisions or rehearsing what to say out loud.

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2023 Korean Conference.

Well, there are some people who are not as auditory but are more visually oriented. They do not think in words as much as in images. It is natural for them not to have an inner dialogue with words. However, it must also be said that those who do have an inner dialogue, it can very much be some of the subconscious selves that are dialoguing with each other. If you are a more intuitive person you can, of course, also have some dialogue with your Christ self or even with an ascended guide.

But that is not really what is the common experience. There are, of course, some people who hear inner voices in terms of lower forces who are projecting words into their minds which can often be very disturbing to them. There are various aspects of this phenomenon. And generally what I will say is that as you rise higher towards the 144th level of consciousness you will have less and less of this inner dialogue and you will go into more of a state of neutrality and equilibrium where you just receive an impulse from your I AM Presence and you act it out without having to have a dialogue about it first inside your head. There is we might say a shorter time from impulse to action with less need for going over it inside of your head before you implement it.
