How to find a more balanced approach to food

Question: How can I step out of the two spirits related to food and sugar, one restricting me very much and the other wanting me to indulge and overeat? Then the first one blames me. I want to find a balanced approach.


 

Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given at a conference in Estonia in 2018.

You need to realize that even though there are certain collective entities about food – sugar, alcohol, tobacco or many other addictive substances – you are vulnerable to these because you have a separate self that has a certain belief about what you need, not just physically but also emotionally. You need a certain comfort, a certain feeling of being full and you get this through the food or the sugar or whatever it is. So you need to use the teachings and tools we have given you to uncover those selves, come to see them as separate, come to see the belief behind them and just replace it with a higher belief and let the first belief die. Then you will be able to find a more balanced approach to what foods you eat. You will not have the tendency to overeat because you are not putting things into your physical body in order to create a certain feeling in your emotional body. You are using the powers of the mind to produce whatever feeling you want in the emotional body.

For practical reasons, we will not be selling access to the webinar after midnight CEST Friday, May 29th, so if you are planning to attend but have not yet purchased the webinar, please do so before then.
 
 
Apparently there has been some confusion about the time difference, so I wanted to clear that up.
 
The times given for the webinar are based on the time in Copenhagen, Denmark, which is on central European summer time (CEST), which is UTC +2.
 
The easiest way to figure out the time difference between your location and CEST is to search for time zone converter, or use this link:

Enter your home town first, then enter Copenhagen and the program will give you the time for both locations so you can figure out the difference.
