Question: This is a question about spirit pairs, when we identify a separate self and let it die, is it safe to assume that the dualistic opposite self also dies and is no more, that both the spirit and its twin are no more? Or once aware of a specific separate self, should we be actively seeking to identify the dualistic twin of that spirit so that we can let it die? If so, can you give us some tips as to how we go about this, some keys to look for, as it seems some of these separate selves are subtle and hard to identify, especially if we have identified with them for aeons.

You cannot assume that if one self dies, the dualistic pair or polarity will die also, because even though you may have created these two selves at the same time, they are not exactly based on the same illusion or the same decision. You need to make an effort to identify the opposite polarity, in some cases this will be fairly easy to do, in other cases it will require more work and contemplation.
How can you do it? Well use the tools we have given you for exposing these selves and you will gradually build that momentum, that intuitive momentum on being able to see these selves, being able to receive the directions from your I AM Presence and from the ascended masters.
